This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent - walkable to town, but a little bit outside of it. There are lovely views from the second floor. The unit and the surroundings are well-kept. Value seemed very good. One thing that was somewhat unclear to me from the listing is that it's a two-unit building. The main downside of this is that I was occasionally able to hear voices through the wall. The pool is shared (which is fine, and I never encountered anyone there). Otherwise the location is quite private. Note: I didn't have any reason to see the second bedroom, which has its own entrance from the outside, but I have no reason to think that it's other than as advertised. All in all, a lovely spot, and a great value. I'd be very happy to stay again.

Melina et sa maman sont charmantes et très accueillantes. La maison est très bien située, avec une vue extraordinaire sur la ville de Gythion. Très bon endroit pour visiter le Magne. Tout était propre comme à la maison. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir, et nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, όμορφο περιβάλλον, από τον εξωτερικό χώρο φαίνεται η παραλία από κάτω (κάθεσαι κάτω από το δέντρο, έχει τραπέζι και καρέκλα και απολαμβάνεις τη θέα και το αεράκι). Θέλει αυτοκίνητο. Το σπιτάκι είναι μικρό και ομορφουλι, έχει ο,τι χρειάζεσαι. Όλα ηταν λειτουργικά και όπως τα ανέφερε. Πολύ διακριτική η Μάγδα και εξαιρετικός κι ο μπαμπάς της. Une maison magnifique avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est bien pensé et la rénovation est d’une très grande qualité. Tous les espaces sont très agréables et fonctionnels. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci pour ce séjour magique.

Επισκεφτήκαμε τις Κιτριές στις φετινές μας διακοπές και επιλέξαμε το "Kitries Summer Getaway - Eden Garden Suites" .Η εμπειρία ήταν εξαιρετική σε όλα τα επίπεδα.Ο κήπος πανέμορφος, καταπράσινος και με όμορφα διαμορφωμένο χώρο για barbecue .Η ωραία εσωτερική διακόσμηση και η καθαριότητα μας εντυπωσίασε όλους.Τα πάντα ήταν πεντακάθαρα και ολοκαίνουρια.Στρώματα Α ποιότητας,σεντόνια και πετσέτες όλα καινούρια και διπλά.Η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και με κεράσματα που δείχνουν την φιλοξενία των ιδιοκτητών.Επίσης η καλή τους διάθεση,και οι εγκάρδιες ευχές τους για την διαμονή μας,δημιούργησαν ενα θετικό καλωσόρισμα .Οι άνθρωποι ξέρουν και προσφέρουν,υπηρεσίες υψηλού επιπέδου. 10 σε όλα!

πεντακαθαρο και πανέμορφο σπίτι ,ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες , υπήρχε ηρεμία και ησυχία , ο κήπος πανέμορφος και περιποιημένος επίσης πάρκινγκ ιδιωτικό ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι. Οι οικοδεσπότες φιλικοτατοι και πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστεί . Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα είναι η πρώτη επιλογή μας όταν ξαναπάμε στην Φοινικούντα

We booked this wonderful house for a month in October. It was the perfect holiday house for us. Very clean and uncluttered. The bed was very comfortable. Everything worked exactly as it should. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making sure that had everything we needed. The area around Gialova and Pylos is very beautiful - so many interesting places to visit, lots of quiet beaches, and this house is in the best place to visit them all. Or, if like us, you prefer to be lazy, you can sit and look at the flamingos on the lake with the sea behind it. Thank you to the whole family for welcoming us so warmly and making our holiday very special.

Het huisje van Leonidas is heel charmant. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Het ligt privé op het familieterrein met olijfbomen en sinaasappelbomen op ong 100m van het strand. De gastheer is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij woont op het terrein en is daarom goed bereikbaar. We hebben goed geslapen dankzij de goede matras. Enkel positieve herinneringen dus.
