Stayed here for a week, and felt right at home! It was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Very walkable area, including right to the beach! The staff on duty were exceptionally friendly and helpful as well!

The 9 Palms Villa was a lovely place to stay for the week. The neighborhood was quiet, the villa and outside areas were cozy and welcoming. We had a great stay and would come back again. The host and co host were responsive and very helpful - check in / out were easy.

If you want a peaceful place that is next to a giant pool and 2 minutes away from an uncrowded beach this is the ideal place for you. The townhouse was extremely clean and well appointed. Linens and towels were new and plentiful. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances were all new. Even the basic condiments were offered which is really great (and rare). The townhouse is spacious. Bathrooms are clean and comfortable. It was easy to get into the house and the parking is right in front. Overall superb accommodation in Al Hamra with a thoughtful, responsive, and organized host.

wonderful place just as described, accessible by sedan cars just follow instructions on how to get there. well maintained space and very responsive host, a home away from home. noticed tap water was a bit salty so maybe drying for people with sensitive skin but over all a pleasant stay.

Great villa! Heated swimming pool, barbecue, great backyard. Very private! Blossoming flowers as a fence. Amazing. We enjoyed fresh air and fumigation inside. Towels are everywhere, much more than needed , and that's extremely convenient. Highly recommend for the stay!
