It was a short notice that my mom will be visiting me here in Pampanga and will spend the New Year with me. I immediately booked AirBnB and lucky enough, I was able to find this place. My mom told me that it seems that they are just at home because of the vibes of the unit. Will definitely book again in this place!

The place was great, the space inside the house is big. Everything was clean when we arrived. The caretaker was friendly and accommodating. The aircon is very cold and wifi was fast. We mainly took this trip for our dogs to run around in a safe enclosed space and swim in the pool, and I'm happy to say that this place ticks both of those criteria. Our dogs enjoyed running around the grass and swimming in the pool. The place is really worth its price and is a must recommend for pet owners. Just to nit pick, they didn't have a lot of outdoor chairs to use outside and no clothes line or hanger outside to dry wet clothes. We would definitely book the place again.

We booked Merlyn's place to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday, and it was the perfect spot for some quality family time! The place is super private, with a huge outdoor space where we could just relax and enjoy. The rooms were spacious, the ACs were ice-cold and having an outdoor kitchen plus three restrooms made everything really convenient. The pool was just the right size for our group (we were 9), and we had such a great time unwinding there. Merlyn was also very responsive and even left us a small token at the end of our stay—such a nice touch! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and private getaway.

Place is clean and quiet. Good AC. Fast WiFi. Nice TV with Netflix, HBO etc. Host was very responsive. Very convenient to check in via lockbox! Definitely 💯 recommended!

Everything is great! Smooth check-in and check out. Our family enjoyed the stay at Ms Jarah’s place, she gave clear instructions before checking in. I love that there’s another television inside the other room as my parents use the main tv while we use the one inside the room. All utensils are available, with free water. The owner is very proactive to make sure everything is okay on our end. Definitely worth the money. Thank you, Ms Jarah and team. Will be back here again.

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was cozy and exactly as described. The hosts were friendly and responsive. The location was close to everything I wanted to see and they have a very spacious parking. Would definitely stay here again.

I've been here a few times and it's always a pleasure to come back. Modern room, comfortable bed, high speed internet and the superb cleaning service.

Great housekeeper. Kandi 3 has an excellent billiards table in the lobby which was a bonus. Staff in lobbby bar/restaurant were superb. The only slight issue was wifi that kept dropping out, but it was manageable and affected other guests too, not just this unit.

We stayed here for my daughter's prom. Excellent location, walking distance to Hilton. Ample parking space. The property was as described and shown in the pictures. Very efficient Korean-style unit. The host was very friendly and responsive. We also requested for late checkout and the host was gracious enough to allow us to check out by 12nn instead of 11am.

Nice condo that provided welcome drinks. No smoking inside but has table and chairs on the balcony with an ash tray. Tower 3 has a nice restaurant down stairs if you need a quick bite to eat. I would definitely stay here again.
