Just as listed. The unit is a little dated and could use some cosmetic repairs/updates, but it had everything my daughter and I needed. Being right on the beach was perfect.

This was a great place for us to stay on Clearwater Beach! Quick 2 minute walk to the beach and it was very easy to find. It was clean and perfect for our quick stay

Lovely and comfortable place to stay. You can actually see partial views of the ocean from the dining room and the office area. We enjoyed our stay and would return again. Debra was helpful with communicating clear instructions for checking in and out.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

This beautiful, spacious condo is located right on the beach with a large, wrap-around balcony. The rooms are large and feature all the amenities you could want, including comfortable beds, roomy seating, and a fully equipped kitchen. Zac stayed in touch, giving us all the information we needed for a wonderful stay. We'd recommend this unit for an enjoyable beach getaway!

First off this home is absolutely beautiful. The Owners have spared no expenses decorating and making sure you have all the comforts of home and then some. The beds are all very comfortable and bathrooms well stocked with whatever you might need. The kitchen is also stocked with all you may need ie. Air fryer, toaster, mixer, nothing was missing. The pool was so relaxing. Sitting out back was great, especially when the wind was high as your protected. The BBQ and all amenities for a pool side snack was much appreciated. The TV out back was a bonus we loved. This home is a very short walk to the beautiful beaches and having all beach chairs and more with a wagon was great. The Free tram/bus stopped right outside. We used the Bus every day, so easy to get around the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will for sure come back again. We highly recommend this Airbnb! If what you want is a relaxing experience but close to everything this is the place. Darlene and John

Perfect little getaway! Loved the private pool area and just steps away from the beach! All needed amenities were available…wagon, chairs, towels, toys, etc! The outdoor shower was a huge plus, helping keep the sand minimal when returning from the beach! Loved this place and will definitely keep it in mind for future trips!

Great location, beautiful home!

Best time & best rental ever. Our experience at this amazing beach house on Indian Rocks Beach was kind of like a dream. Wonderful accommodations, comfortable beds, very attentive hosts and several nice restaurants within walking distance. But the star of the show was the breathtaking view of the beach, the sunsets, the ocean and the huge covered patio which is literally a few steps away from the beach! The beach itself is wonderful! …. for sunning, watching occasional dolphins, walking and finding shells. We also caught a couple of nice bonnet-head sharks surf fishing. We were lucky to have found this place and hope to return. Miss it already!

By far one of the best places we have stayed. We are very picky and this place was a great location close to the beach, super clean, luxury feel, and fantastic, responsive host. We will definitely stay again, if given the opportunity!

This place is absolutely beautiful. The home is full of character, wood floors, sash windows, it’s lovely. Plenty of room for a large family. And right on the beach. It’s amazing. We all loved our stay here & would highly recommend it.

We were very pleased with the house. It was clean, well equipped, and the location was convenient to all the activities we love to do—biking, kayaking, going to the beach. We loved the lanai, and often ate our meals out there. Timothy and Dawn were great hosts. They were quick to respond when we had a question (we rarely did), and very helpful. Most especially, they were very supportive to our needs when, near the end of our stay, we had a family health emergency. Their kindness and generosity in that time was above the call, and I will always be grateful for their support.

We stayed here for a family vacation with 8 adults and 2 kids. The house was beautiful, walking distance from the beach. FYI Reddington Beach does not allow tents of any kind on the beach. Only umbrellas.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

For an older building the unit was well maintained and was right on the beach and close to many restaurants as well as a grocery store.

The place was great as advertised. The location was perfectly set by the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Jorge was very helpful and communicated clearly and quickly!

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

Beautiful, quiet, secure. Great view of the beach and water. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, activities. Clean and comfortable. Modern major appliances in excellent condition. Coffee pot was an older single cup Keurig. Adequate for 2 people to use but a drip pot or French press would be a welcome addition. Pots and pans sufficient for us but if you do a lot of cooking on vacation you may find the cookware and utensils wanting. Excellent TVs. Overall excellent experience. Thanks, Peter.

Beautiful, clean, very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, nice balcony, convenient parking, pool and hot tub were nice. Loved being able to walk right out to the beach, lunch from the restaurant was good. We felt right at home and would love to stay again!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this beach getaway! The location is great - right across the street from the beach (with public access), walking distance to John's Pass (restaurants and shopping), near fun little beach bars/cantinas, and just a short ride to plenty more beaches with additional restaurants and fun. We loved Sweet Sage, Salt Rock Grill, and Crabby Bill's up the road to the north. We also spent a lovely morning at Pass-A-Grille beach to the south. Pro tip - you can park the car and take the trolley all the way to Clearwater. We also appreciated the beach equipment provided. Already making plans for the next trip!
