We absolutely loved our stay here! It was a perfect location to the ski hills yet a very quiet setting that we could relax after a day at the slopes. The house was a perfect size and layout for our group, decorated very nicely, and had great amenities; hot tub, sauna, comfortable choices, and a great sized kitchen stocked with all the essentials.

Great location to ski or visit waterfalls. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful creek out back.

We rented both sides and it worked great for two families. Two kitchens and two living rooms when you have 4 kids makes everything easier. The hot tub was a big hit with the kids and the walking distance to the hill was a bonus. We would definitely rent this place again!

Plenty of space and a good location for ski in/ski out

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed and we really enjoyed being so close to the lake and the peacefulness of nature.

Great location! We’ve been doing this trip for 5 years and we’re never able to bring our pup who loves the UP and the snow so we really appreciated that we could bring him this weekend. The place was clean and had plenty of space for the 10 adults we had. The kitchen was fully stocked and allowed us to do all the cooking we wanted. Would stay again!

Was sooo accommodating for my special request. I only needed the space for myself and bridesmaids get ready for our wedding. Daniel was so gracious to allow myself and others in his space for the limited time that we needed! Traveled from Kansas City, Missouri for our big day, and it was perfect! Even more fun, after our wedding we ran into his property partner!

Cozy little cabin in the north woods. Comfortable beds. Nice enclosed patio. Located right on the lake. It has all the amenities you would need for a long weekend. We'll stocked kitchen with all the cookware you would need.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. The lake is beautiful and the fall colors around the cabin were breathtaking!

Our family of eight and our large german shep had a wonderful this cabin. There was plenty of places for us to explore in the surrounding areas. We love the location of the cabin. We got to see the wildlife that call this place home. We enjoyed the peace and quiet this place had to offer. There was plenty of space for everyone and we couldn't have asked for better place. Our host tought of eveything to make our stay great. We loved that there was a book of recommendation to explore and to eat. We loved that there was a book for to write a Review and suggestions in for the host. None of us wanted to leave, we felt right at home. You can tell that the host very much cares for their guest. The only recommendation that I would make if you are Going to stay in the summer that you bring bug spray and a lot of it. However, you have to remember that you are in the wilderness and that is just a part of it. We are truly grateful for our host and we hope to stay again. Thank you to our host.

A great spot to enjoy the outdoors and feel like you have the island all to yourself. Quiet and secluded with a beautiful couple of nearby hikes that lead right up to the water.

It was very relaxing. There was 6 of us, so it was nice to not be on top of each other. Very spacious! We will for sure book it again!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway! The cabin and surroundings were beautiful. So many waterfalls and hiking nearby. We loved the private beach and views of Lake Superior. Beautiful cabin and peaceful location! Check-in was a breeze with a private keypad and entry. Comfortable living room with lots of seats and cozy fireplace. Large table and open usable kitchen and coffee nook. One larger bedroom and four twin beds upstairs. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future!

Our stay at the Lakefront Mercer Cabin was exceptional. The cabin was comfortable and clean, and its location was great. Our group appreciated the updates to the bathrooms, kitchen, and living area and the vinyl collection is legit. We used this as a basecamp to do some cross country skiing and snow biking in the area and found it to be an ideal launching spot. The lake is quiet and beautiful; abounding with wildlife. We'd love to come back in the summer to do some kayaking. The guest contact, Dave was proactive, responsive, and friendly. We would definitely recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a comfortable space with history and charm; all with the comforts of home.

Stayed here for a snowmobile trip and the location is prime with trail access right to the south. We had 5 guys stay here and there was plenty of room with 3 sleeping upstairs and the other 2 in the individual rooms downstairs. Place was plenty big and we’re looking forward to staying here again in the future.

The Bears den is a wonderful place for family to get together and stay. Pine Noel is a great little resort and a gem of the Northwoods. Neil is a great host and very accommodating and courteous.

The place was fantastic, very spacious for all of my family, the only downside is that it doesn’t have AC but walmart is 10 mins away so it was fine we bought a mini fan and it was perfect plus the sliding doors we left them open and the breeze felt great! Also we weren’t manhandling the screen door but it kept coming off! So it was difficult trying to put the screen back on every single time we tried opening it, but overall great experience. It’s nice to get away from the city/towns and enjoy your time with family in the woods.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cabin on the Trails. It is a lovely accommodation with beautiful surroundings and is staged to showcase the delightful pond and surrounding woodlands. The cabin is warm and well-furnished with comfortable chairs for lounging when relaxing. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for easy stay-in meal preparation and clean up. The bathroom is well-appointed with a large step-in shower that has great water pressure. The beds are large and very comfortable. We had plenty of space for our belongings, of which we brought much, and our dogs were very happy and content. We felt very safe and secure in the area, and enjoyed tremendous privacy, but also did not feel isolated or too far removed from easy access to major roadways. Stores, gas stations, and restaurants all are within a 30-minutes of drive. We had a great stay and would book the cabin again on return trips to the area. Thank you, Angie!
