I enjoyed my stay at this fabulous apartment in downtown Bangkok. I have now stayed at all three of Gee’s apartments in this building, and this one is the best. It feels like home immediately upon entrance, charmingly decorated with paintings and wooden furniture, with two balconies and a fantastic view of the city. It overlooks a school, which is an oasis of green in the busy city, serving as a buffer against street noise. Sometimes when Phloen Chit Road clears up at night, motorbikes race up and down, so you might want earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Aside from that, the apartment is remarkably calm and quiet, a perfect work-from-home environment. The building staff is kind and friendly and responds within minutes to any maintenance requests. The apartment is next to a BTS station, but you can also walk everywhere. On a rainy day, it is possible to walk all the way to Siam Paragon mall without needing an umbrella, since there's a covered walkway the whole time. A special place!

Thank you for the great stay at your place! We enjoyed it so much. Great location near the train and has cool view when swimming. Very thoughtful to have some straw and hair dryer!

Good location and good facility in room and kitchen

We felt very comfortable. The pools were really nice and clean and we enjoyed using the gym too! It was a good spot have a base to explore.

The place is very good location, walkable to many attractions . Central and Union mall Is close by lots of great restaurants. Walkable to Sky train and MRT very convenient to get around. The facility is very nice. The room is like in the picture descried . I would highly recommend this place for anyone who looking for some fun in Bangkok.

I would rate this 10 stars if I could. Sweeann and his wife are kind, accommodating, and considerate, genuinely very nice people. Sweeann allow me to check in very early, this was very helpful after flying 16 hours with a toddler, we were very thankful. The place was spacious and very clean. Filled with snacks and had everything we needed. It truly felt like “home” away from home. You can tell they worked hard to make it comfortable for guests. Sweeann was very responsive with any questions I had, he offered a ton of good recommendations for currency exchange, SIM cards, and things to do everyday. Thank you Sweeann for everything and thank you for making the trip comfortable for me and my family of 6. We hope to stay here again one day. :)

The place was clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Do not expect the place to be a 5 star hotel. Simple amenities like towels trash bags dish soup etc are provided but do not expect extra sheets pillows etc. It is a simple clean location to stay with a very responsive owner always willing to help.

Our group of six loved our stay. Spacious, clean, pool table, full kitchen, and great location. There is so much to do right around this area. I'd definitely recommend this spot. It was a great price too!

This is a great apartment, it looks exactly as shown in the pictures. Excellent, highly responsive and helpful host. Location is great, right on Soi 11 and close to many shops, restaurants and nightlife options. Highly recommended.

Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft jeder Gruppe welche in diesem pulsierenden Viertel etwas erleben will und gleichzeitig eine ruhige und private Wohnung haben möchten.

It is so good room and location. If you want to stay in downtown in Bangkok, I definitely recommend to stay here.

Sehr grosszügiges Appartement. War sehr sauber und alles was man benötigt war vor Ort. Sogar kleiner Überraschungskorb mit Essen und Getränk. Besten Dank

It was a great spot and the apartment stood way beyond our expectations. Clean, organised, all appliances needed for a short and comfortable stay. Surprisingly even the minute of details like keeping hand sanitiser, corona swabs test swabs, first aid kits, extra pillows, sufficient tissues, all in all kept for the guests to use! The location is convenient and walkable distance to metro station and they also provide free buggy ride to the station. 7 11 store available all round the clock right inside the apartment complex was a boom. Mini shops, massage parlours all are seen within the complex.

I only have good things to say about Punusa and her apartment. Comfortable, well-furnished, and the view was excellent. Located in the heart of Ari, one of Bangkok's best foodie neighborhoods. Very fun and walkable, with eating options at all price points.

L'appartement est très bien entretenu, propre et conforme à la description. Il est idéalement situé, ce qui facilite les déplacements et l'accès aux principaux points d'intérêt. L'entrée est simple et très bien expliquée, ce qui rend l'arrivée sans tracas. L'hôte est réactif, répond rapidement aux messages et se montre très serviable. On s'est sentis en confiance tout au long du séjour. Le seul point à noter : le lit est très ferme. Personnellement, je n’ai pas aimé, mais ma conjointe a adoré – c’est vraiment une question de préférence personnelle. Mis à part cela, tout était parfait !

Die Unterkunft und vor allem der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn! Wanlop ist extrem freundlich und antwortet sofort auf Nachrichten, wenn man Hilfe benötigt. In der Nähe ist alles was man braucht, im Ergeschoss befindet sich ein 7 11 und direkt neben dem Gebäude ist ein Food Market. Ich würde die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen!

Nice place to stay outside of city center, much calmer neighborhood. Apartment looks like it’s presented on the pictures, we stayed for a month and it was perfect. There are 3 different pools and 2 gyms available. Many coffee shops/restaurants around. It is on 21st floor so you get nice view of the skyline. Host is great and friendly :)

I had a fantastic stay at Thanapol’s condo! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as described in the listing. The host was super responsive and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the building amenities were a great bonus. I really appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel like home. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

I had a lovely stay here in Bangkok! The apartment is located a 7 minute walk from the nearest MRT station so it is easy to get around, there is a 7-11 and many restaurants, a launderette service etc, all in the building! Incredible amenities and felt right at home here! Great kitchen facilities and fridge/freezer, I was able to cook some meals as well as eat out in the restaurants in the building and elsewhere! The only slight downside is some small cockroaches in the kitchen area, there was anti bug spray provided however and this was contained to the slightly separate kitchen area so wasn’t too much of a concern. Overall I would absolutely stay again and it was nice to have a ‘Home’ while in Bangkok! Thank you Nui for a lovely stay ☺️
