Casa Turchese a 260mt dalla spiaggia (IUN P7111)

A casa di Annalisa abbiamo passato giorni fantastici. Una casa in posizione splendida. Nella parte alta del paese, ad un passo dalla torre, a 200 metri dalla spiaggia di Sottotorre. In zona tranquillissima ma vicinissima alla piazza principale del paese ed a tutti i servizi. Casa ristrutturata, pulitissima, molto ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort. Silenziosissima anche grazie a veneziane ed infissi anti rumore. A disposizione anche attrezzatura per la spiaggia. Annalisa non lascia nulla al caso e gestisce con grande attenzione e cura. Ci ha accolte e ci fornito tutte le indicazione per le spiagge, le attività turistiche locali e del circondario, gli eventi, i servizi, i ristoranti e le attività commerciali. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare! Ci siamo sentire come a casa :-).

Prestigious Villa Layla

Wir haben mit 5 Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und einem Baby 1 Woche in der Villa Layla verbracht. Federico war ein toller Host, antwortete schnell, hat auch auf weitere Anfragen und eine besondere Situation toll geholfen und schnell reagiert. Vielen Dank dafür ! Sein Mitarbeiter Elia war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprach sogar Deutsch. Vielen Dank auch an dieser Stelle ! Das Haus ist wie beschrieben - toller Pool, ausreichend Badezimmer für alle Schlafzimmer und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet - einziges Makel waren fehlende Topflappen und vielleicht 1-2 Geschirrtücher mehr. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig gelegen - man braucht in jedem Fall ein Auto, zum Einkaufen etc. Viele schöne Strände in der Nähe :)

Wow, what a stay! Beautiful sunsets, relaxing setting, short walk to the beach. And the host was absolutely amazing! She was there to welcome us and was super responsive throughout our stay. A 10/10 experience! We highly recommend and will be back ourselves 🙂

Ubicato in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa del paese di Millis, l'alloggio è impeccabile, ben attrezzato e curato nei minimi dettagli. La casetta indipendente è spaziosa per essere un monolocale. Dato che sia la camera da letto che il salotto sono dotati di una porta scorrevole che si apre sul corridoio dell'entrata, è possibile dormire in locali separati. Ho particolarmente apprezzato anche lo spazio esterno, recintato e molto intimo (riparato da sguardi indiscreti dei vicini, pur trovandosi nel centro del paese). Alessio è prezioso, un ottimo host sotto ogni aspetto. Sicuramente una delle mie migliori esperienze in Aribnb. Vivamente consigliato!

Sandro è un host gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci ha dato tutti i consigli richiesti, è stato sempre gentile in qualsiasi nostra richiesta. L'alloggio si trova vicino a locali dove fare spesa, con particolare menzione a macelleria, pescheria e forno che offrono prodotti ottimi. L'alloggio è anche vicino a molte spiagge molto belle della costa orientale, quindi rimane zona tranquilla ma permette di raggiungere molti luoghi interessanti. La casa ha mura spesse, per cui è sempre più fresca dell'esterno. Abbiamo sopportato giornate molto calde (39 gradi), in cui forse con aria condizionata sarebbe stato il top, ma tutto sommato dentro casa col ventilatore si è stati bene. Nelle giornate più fresche (con ondate di calore meno forte!) si sta molto bene nella tranquilla veranda. L'appartamento è davvero comodo.

Nicola et son épouse nous ont très bien accueilli. La communication a été aisée tout au long de la réservation et de notre séjour. Le logement est décoré avec goût dans un cadre magnifique et paisible. La maison bénéficie d'un espace extérieur très agréable avec une vue splendide sur la baie. La plage de sable fin est accessible en 15/20 minutes à pied ce qui se fait aisément avec des enfants en bas âge. Ce qui a particulièrement retenu notre attention est la gentillesse et grande hospitalité de Nicola et sa famille : plateau de gâteaux, corbeille de fruits frais, chocolats de Pâques pour les enfants et muffins fait maison pour notre retour. Les pizzas de sa sœur sont également excellentes ! Il y avait des jouets de plage pour les enfants et des peluches. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée. Si vous aimez cuisiner, penser à amener des épices (sel, poivre, etc...) et du charbon pour le barbecue. Le studio est un vrai plus, notre fille a adoré !

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Häuschen von Fiamma erlebt. Der CheckIn war gut organisiert, Fiamma war ebenfalls dabei. Es war sauber und sah wie auf den Fotos aus. Die Lage ist schön, auch wenn es vereinzelt noch Nachbarn hatte. Die Gegend ist wunderbar und Fiamma hatte noch einige Kleinigkeiten als Geschenk bereit gelegt. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Splendid rooftop terrace in the heart of village

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely home, hosted by Jonathan. The space was as described and honestly better in person. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good mattresses and linens, the kitchen has everything and more you could need for preparing meals. The beach equipment and towels was an added bonus. As everyone else has mentioned, the view from the balcony and primary bedroom are simply stunning. The village is so quiet and it makes the perfect place for a quiet retreat and to explore the many amazing beaches and local are which are within easy reach with a car. Jonathan was always super responsive and had great local recommendations, his website with a ton of information was also super helpful. We would certainly love to return, this has to be one our favourite stays and suited our family of four perfectly.

Sabrinas Unterkunft ist sehr schön, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Man befindet sich direkt in der Natur, nebenan ein paar niedliche Esel. Sabrina ist sehr nett und hat uns auch Empfehlungen für die Gegend geschickt. Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei und auch sonst war alles top. Super ausgestattete Küche, gemütliches Bett und eine schöne Terrasse. Wir hatten zur Begrüßung sogar frisches Obst, ein paar Snacks und Getränke.

Our family had the best time at Simona and Renato’s place. It was clean spacious. We loved all the amenities. Close walk to the beach and both hosts were really responsive and hospitable. Beautiful property.

Stunning 2 bed villa - Baia Azzurra , Capitana ,

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche mit unseren drei (kleinen) Kindern in Claires Haus verbracht. Für uns als Familie war das Haus mit dem kleinen Pool absolut perfekt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts und sogar Olivenöl und Geschirrspültabs, sowie Seife und Geschirrtücher waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Handtücher sowie Badetücher und Strandtücher werden gestellt und man muss diese nicht unnötig von zu Hause mitschleppen. Der Pool hat den Kindern super gefallen und auch die Strände, die in unmittelbarer Nähe liegen (ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto gut erreichbar) waren absolut empfehlenswert. Francesco, der sich um alle Belange während unseres Aufenthaltes gekümmert hat, ist ein unglaublich sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Er war bei allen Problemen direkt zur Stelle und hat uns noch mit zusätzlichen Tipps versorgt, was wir mit den Kindern alles unternehmen könnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Maison avec piscine à louer seule ou avec villa

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Pools sind traumhaft schön. Allerdings müssen wir ganz ehrlich sagen, wären wir nicht mit Freunden zusammen dort gewesen die die Villa bewohnt haben wäre es zum Teil etwas schwierig geworden. Die Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Poolhaus sind vorhanden aber bis zum Abend sehr heiß. Küche ist vorhanden mit allen was man braucht aber mit einer sehr sehr kleinen Arbeitsfläche die es sehr schwer macht zu kochen. Das war für uns aber kein Problem da wir den Großteil an der Villa verbracht haben. Wir hatten uns für diese Ferienhäuser entschieden da in der Beschreibung stand es gibt die Villa und das Poolhaus, allerdings ist das Poolhaus eine Doppelhaushälfte die auch bewohnt wird. Auf dem Gelände selber befindet sich noch weitere Ferienhäuser und es gibt einen Kiosk und einen weiteren Pool(der traumhaft ist) Es kommen aber auch Tagesgäste auf das Grundstück. Das alles ist nur zur Info. Wir hatten trotz allem einen tollen. Aufenthalt.
