The house is a great stay and the host is fantastic! Kristen is very responsive, helpful, and even offered to extend our stay at a reduced rate. The house is right on the water with an amazing dock. The community is gated and has great amenities--we enjoyed the playground and the hiking trails. Definitely beats any hotel in the area!

Our mountain getaway was spectacular! We usually vacation at the beach, so I was initially apprehensive, but this home made all the difference. The natural gas fireplace, fire pit, dock with canoes and paddleboards, and thoughtful touches like s’mores kits and spices made it feel like a true home. Everything we needed was provided, and the appliances were fantastic—our Thanksgiving turkey cooked quickly. Our group of six adults and four kids had plenty of space and activities to enjoy. The kids stayed entertained while the adults relaxed by the fire. The home is beautifully furnished and decorated, with an owner who was a pleasure to work with. The only caution: if you're not used to mountainous terrain, arrive during the day. The roads are twisty and the steep driveway is a challenge at night, but it’s worth it for such an incredible stay. We’re grateful for this experience and can’t wait to return next year!

The Estes home was immaculate and was everything they said it was. We celebrated Thanksgiving with family and couldn’t have had a better stay. Scott was super helpful and very accommodating. 5 stars across the board.

Oh my Goodness!! Me and my husband celebrated our 9th anniversary and this place was such an amazing home away from home. The place was very nice and cozy. Everything was very clean and the place was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Mr. Jason, which is the owner or co-host I believe, he was absolutely on it. Any time we needed to contact him he was available and very responsive. I have talked about this place non- stop to my family & friends. I will definitely be planning another stay very soon. Beautiful view, and I truly enjoyed the secluded vibe it gave.

When you first arrive, don't be put off by the age and appearance of the complex and building which are somewhat dated for Atlanta. It's what's inside that counts. The interior of this unit has been very nicely remodeled and is well stocked with everything one could expect, and more, regarding water, snacks, ample paper products, detergents, extra towels, etc, that are sometimes lacking or insufficient in other Airbnb apartments. The balcony overlooking the lake is a relaxing feature. The proximity of the complex is so convenient that, once you are there, you may not even need a car as just about anything you could reasonably want is within walking distance including restaurants, groceries, the Braves stadium and Cumberland Mall, mostly through a back entryway that is very easy to access if you read and follow the instructions carefully. The location was also perfect for meeting up with my family who live in the Riverside, Vinings and Inman Park areas. All in all, a very good value.

Home away from home…beautiful in every way! The apartment is equipped with everything you need and want, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is peaceful and beautiful, conveniently located near our daughter. The host was friendly and communicated very well, in addition checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. Thank you so very much for your hospitality which made our holiday even more memorable. We look forward to staying again with future visits.

I was very happy with Victoria’s space! It was clean and well-stocked with essentials like coffee, dishes, a dishwasher, stove/oven, cookware, and a washer/dryer. One thing to note is that I was unaware the BnB was a two-story unit, with the bedrooms located upstairs. I also agree with some other reviewers about needing more seating in the living room and that the patio could use a good sweep before use. While the listing mentions the patio is “private,” the presence of a ring camera there feels a bit intrusive for those wanting private conversations. Overall, the space met our needs and felt safe for our group of five women. I would definitely stay here again if I return to ATL.

Everything about the stay was great. Jermaine was a wonderful host. He helped us find parking spaces, explained entry and even showed us how to work the thermostat. The location was ideal, and it was peaceful and clean. We felt very safe during our stay. I would highly recommend this air bnb to anyone visiting the Atlanta area.

We stayed at the Cottage for a wedding event nearby. We loved the coziness of the Cottage and the view of the woods with the beautiful fall leaves was amazing!! Would highly recommend!!

We loved this place! It is such a beautiful and peaceful location. Everything was perfect! The cottage is great and the property is amazing! My husband loved the fishing and I enjoyed reading on the dock. Hope to be back soon!

A wonderful private getaway tucked away in the mountains right on the lake. Everything you see on the images pretty accurately reflects what you're going to be seeing and expecting at the Luxurious Lake Arrowhead cabin. The drive was a unique one, being an automotive enthusiast the mountainous terrain for the drive in and out of the cabin is a blast. Tyler was an awesome host, kept things very easy for the stay. If you're looking for a fun or quiet getaway, this location can support both with plenty of bedding for a small group to have a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was attractively decorated both inside and out. The view of the lake was beautiful from the living room, the deck and the dock. We also appreciated the quiet and peace. We’d definitely love to stay again in the future.

Peaceful... gorgeous surroundings.. a home away from home. Great place for writers or anyone looking to decompress, to think or just stay in the area a few days. I kept extending my visit because of the place, but also the people. Hard to describe just how much I love this place... so sad to leave but made a promise to myself and Dixie that I will return! I miss the farm and all of them already!!

Went out to visit family and found this to be the perfect place to stay in Rome! We have two little ones and they both absolutely enjoyed it! It’s a great size for a small family. I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Kiesha for a wonderful stay!

My bridal party enjoyed our stay at the cozy oasis. The welcome basket was filled with little treats and a sweet note. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. The bedrooms, bathrooms and shared spaces were exceptionally nice. The location near downtown could not be beat. Thank you for the flexible check in time too.

Suzanne’s place is absolutely amazing! The home has everything you need to feel comfortable. A HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETAWAY! From the moment you walk in your welcomed by such peace & beauty. Although we didn’t have pets, they have an area to help accommodate someone with pets. They offered several throw blankets in the living room as well. I slept Sooo good! I definitely Plan on booking again very soon! Suzanne was extremely detailed & helpful in her responses. I even had to call in the dark of morning & she answered immediately. This has been my favorite stay so far. Thank you so much Suzanne for all your wonderfulness. You really helped make this trip an amazing & memorable one.
