The house was perfect for our weekend break in Southsea. The house had plenty of living space, was clean and a short taxi from central Southsea and Portsmouth. Tilly was a responsive and helpful host.

Emma has been lovely and helpful from the start always replies very quickly. The caravan was lovely and well kept with provided with so much inside. We didn’t have to bring anything with us as Emma provided us with everything. It really be felt like home from home and is situated on a beautifully well kept site which is very peaceful and close to to other villages Highly recommend Emma

Lots of free parking in the vicinity. Handy for a no frills stay.

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing location. 3 minutes walk to beautiful secluded beach. Lots of children's activities within a short drive. Lovely house. Beautiful garden. An amazing selection of toys and games - no need to take any with you.

Eva was a fantastic host - so friendly, communicative and very accommodating. We stayed in the property over Christmas - it was very spacious and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Eva made it feel so welcoming and homely for us. She left welcome treats for the children and the adults, and a manual with all the ‘need to know’ information. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the utensils we needed for our Christmas dinner! The property is superb and in the most beautiful location. We enjoyed many walks around the local countryside and enjoyed watching the wildlife in the back garden - deer, foxes, pheasants, squirrels, as well as the resident chickens! We had the perfect stay. We stayed at Juniper House from the 4th-7th April 2025. Talk about a break not too far from home, but makes you feel like you are in a different world. Communication was great. We had a lovely welcome and were shown around the beautiful place and the grounds. We had the use of the pool, we hiked throughout the whole of the land daily including joining up with the trail, Nature reserve and finishing at Cobbets View which was just stunning. We used the BBQ area, the tree house and boxing area was also a favourite of the kids. We were looking forward every night to the feeding of the red kite birds 🪶 session and we joined later in the evening watching the Badgers 🦡 and fox 🦊 feedings. The hospitality, knowledge and sense of humour were very impressive. We were made to feel welcome by the owners and we cannot complain about anything apart from we all wished we could have stayed longer😀

Amazing cottage, we got exactly what we came for, a perfect English countryside experience. The environment is probably the absolute best, the house is surrounded by walking paths, fields, forests, horses and other animals - it is truly beautiful. You need a car to move around, but by that multiple sights to visit are nearby, we particularly liked Henley-on-Thames. The outdoors and indoors of the house are also reflecting the vibe, the atmosphere is very much as shown on the photos. The kitchen is perfectly functional, the rooms' size and arrangement are perfect for 3 people, and the mattrasse in the bedroom is exceptionally comfy. A great plus that the house is also properly insulated and warm, which is a rarity! We had a fantastic time at Carina's (many thanks for the helpfulness as well!) and fullheartedly recommend this place.

Stunning !! Tucked away and so private . Everything just worked so well for our family of 12 . The layout of the house and garden were perfect ! You literally are in the middle of the forest surrounded by wildlife and nature . It was hard to leave the house but our recommendation for a family day out would be Moors Valley Country Park . Katie thank you ! And please let us come back next year !!!

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

We enjoyed our break at the cottage, beautiful home in beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful but also close to amenities when needed. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I stayed here 14th-17th April 2025. We wanted to get away for a few days, somewhere quiet and secluded where we could relax and recharge. And the place did just that. Beautiful surroundings. Frankie and Jonathan were very lovely, welcoming and friendly, always on hand should we have needed them. Even had to ask if they had paracetamol one evening, and they brought it over for us, thank you. The cabin itself was gorgeous, and the hot tub was divine, and they had it ready for us every evening. Everything was catered for, tea, coffee, cereals etc. We will definitely be coming back for if you’ll have us. 10/10.

Really wonderful host, and a spotless cabin. It was a very peaceful and convenient stay. We were welcomed wonderfully and felt so comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

My daughter, dogs and I found this a great spot for an early Spring mini-break. It is in easy walking distance of Salisbury town centre, and accessible to other places of interest such as Stonehenge and Winchester. There was more than enough to do. Would be happy to use it The Haven again as a holiday base, as it was clean, comfortable and the host was responsive and left clear instructions. A well managed house indeed!

We have just spent the Easter weekend at this wonderful cottage - 4 adults and 2 children under 6 years old, and I have to say that Joel & Gaby’s place near the new forest is absolutely fabulous. Very spacious and ideal if you are looking for a getaway with a hot tub and table tennis in the garden. The cottage is in a great location, about 10 min drive to Paultons Park with peppa pig world so an absolute must for kids. It’s also not far from the new forest itself and Lyndhurst town. It was really tidy & clean, with a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms stocked with fresh towels. We were left a lovely gift on arrival of fresh bread, milk, eggs and a bottle of Prosecco which was an absolute treat! I couldn’t recommend this cottage more - thank you Joel & Gaby we had a fabulous time and would stay again in future.

We had a lovely time at Sarah's property. The bungalow was lovely and clean and spacious and perfect for our needs. It was very well situated for both the coast as well as beautiful woodland walks. The break was just what we needed and Sarah was very easy to get hold of and very helpful. Thank you. :-)
