Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

It was the perfect get away that we had in mind. The view from this stay was absolutely beautiful and the fact that this was situated on the river bank was simply amazing. The property has beautiful lawn area and has compound wall for privacy. Over all we loved the stay. If you are looking to relax in the slow pace of south goa, then this property is for you especially if you are traveling with family. Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

Staying at Red Rooster Village Homestay in Goa was a memorable experience. Melba (hosts mother) welcomed us with warm hospitality that made me feel like I was visiting a family member rather than checking into a homestay. Later we met karl and astrid, a lovely couple, incredibly gracious, offering great tips to explore the area :) Beach is only 5 mins drive with the scooter and the place is surrounded by nice little restaurants. If you’re looking for a place that offers more than just accommodation a place that feels like home Red Rooster is the perfect choice.

Oma Koti is nestled in the village of Majorda and is probably the best get away from bustling lives. What I loved the most about the place is that: 1. The villa has its own essence. It is carefully curated, and has the perfect blend of nature and art. It's is very much soothing and comforting. 🤍 2. Zak, the host is a gentleman and makes you feel safe and like a home. He adds warmth to that place. He genuinely takes efforts to make sure that guests enjoy the stay. ☺️ Overall, our experience at Oma koti was very pleasant and we definitely look forward to being Zak's guest again in future. 😁 PS: Place has a bonus point for dog lovers. All the dogs are well trained and very friendly.🐶💕

Had an absolute blast staying at this property. The hosts are some of nicest and most helpful people I’ve interacted with while staying at an Airbnb. And I really appreciated their flexibility with the check in and check out.

I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Had 2BHK with clean rooms. AC in both rooms. Kitchen utility available, Clean bathroom. Near by Carmona beach to hang out. Also grocery store, restaurant are near by the residence. Parking available for bike and car. The host is very friendly and responsive. Overall a great ambiance place to stay in South goa.

We stayed here for 4 days and we had a toddler with us. The apartment just felt like second home, as it had all the amenities and everything had its own place which makes it a zero clutter place to stay. My daughter just felt so comfortable staying here. I had an amazing stay in this cozy and well-equipped apartment! The place felt like a home away from home, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment consists of a spacious living room, a cozy bedroom, and a fully functional kitchen—perfect for those who love the convenience of home-cooked meals. Pratik is super host and his parents are very cool and responsive. One of the best parts of staying here was the convenience. There’s a general store right below the apartment, making it super easy to grab any essentials without going far. Whether it was snacks, toiletries, or last-minute groceries, everything was just a few steps away! The location is another highlight. It’s close to the beach, which means I could enjoy beautiful morning walks by the shore and stunning sunsets in the evening. Plus, there are plenty of hotels and restaurants nearby, offering a variety of delicious food.

It was a great and memorable experience at Hansa's aunty's house...she's so kind and a good heart person...nihar bhaiya was so responsive and gv us right guidance about the locality and surrounding places...he also helped us for the bike rental and car rental...even Saf Safai wali aunty was so polite.... About the location and house- it was a very peaceful place....if u feel stressed definitely you will forget all the problems tensions....Nearby Beach (Zalor beach) is so beautiful nd worth of spending time there...you can find all the beautiful beaches near of this residence over all this place is worth of spending money...

Taber's place was lovely! It was clean, felt safe, there were no check in, check out hassles. Taber provided all the amenities mentioned in the description; the kitchen was well equipped, there were sufficient towels and blankets provided, the bathrooms were extremely clean, the hall had a lovely collection of books etc. The best part was the little balcony area from where we could see the river which is just perfect to wake up to. Me and my friends felt very much at home and we even extended our stay. Would definitely love to stay here again!

I really loved this stay. Neil is very welcoming and always ready to help with any question. The room is big and especially very clean. The bathroom was so nice and comfortable. There is a small kitchen. And there is even an iron. The location was perfect with shops and restaurants nearby and central to tourist places.

A very spacious apartment with huge rooms. Fully furnished. TVs in both the bedrooms and a huge one in the living/dining room. Compact kitchen with every item of equipment, utensil, crockery and cutlery. Fridge, washing machine. Above all, great hosts! Pramod's mother is a kind, warm, gracious lady who made me and my teenaged daughter and son feel at home. She was literally at our beck and call, coming over as soon as we called her for any little thing. Thank you ma'am! And finally, value for money. I got it at off-season rates, but this place would be worth every paisa at twice what I paid. The icing on the cake is the free parking on the premises for one vehicle, plus space on the roadside on the opposite side for a couple more if you are traveling in a group. Highly recommended!

it was a home away from home.. my first visit to north goa made so wonderful and memorable bcz of tanya's place. calm peaceful location yet near and walkable distance to everything. clean swimming pool was USP as my daughter enjoyed it thoroughly. good invertor backup. lift available. good parking space. maid comes everyday for cleaning. Fridge, washing machine, T.V. fans, AC are really working great. there are no Cons for the this flat..

Very beautiful house, peaceful neighborhood yet everything is nearby. The host, caretaker, helper and securityguard all are responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend for families.

Sid's place looks even better in person than in the pictures. The bed and bath linen used is the best I've experienced in Airbnbs. His housekeeping staff does an excellent job. Sid was always responsive to any queries we reached him for. The amenities inside the house are provided thoughtfully. The view from the balconies is super peaceful and green and all of us enjoyed spending time relaxing there. The property overall is friendly, has a good pool with a bar and music that's functional through the day. There is even an in-house restaurant that delivers room service to the flat. The beach is very clean, and within walking distance and we found some good restaurants that operate near the beach, especially Chris' Goan Ambrosia that serves authentic Goan food apart from multi cuisine. The house is spacious and very beautiful. Perfect for a family or a couple of small families, or groups. We had a fantastic time. Definitely coming back here !
