Jody and her home were amazing. We stayed for two weeks and had a perfect stay. Jody was patient working with us to book and plan our stay. We drove across the country with our dog and you would never known another dog had been in Jody’s house - it was imacculate. Jody made us feel welcome - met us when we arrived and checked in periodically. She had recommendations for off-leash hikes that made our dog’s stay even better. Jody’s house had everything a family could ever need and more. We made nearly every meal in Jody’s amazing kitchen - double ovens, 6 burner gas cooktop and every smalI appliance we could dream of made it fun and easy. The master suite bathroom was exceptional and we enjoyed baths with a view every evening. Jody’s house is central to everything. We are skiers and had easy access to great Epic and Ikon mountains just a short drive away. It was so nice to work with an owner who loves her house and her community and ensured we did too! Grateful! Thank you, Jody!

This is the second time I have stayed here and it is great! The location is perfect - situated between Idaho Springs and Georgetown. Short drive to some great hiking and skiing. The fenced in backyard is awesome, I felt safe here as a solo female traveler, and had no issues with the Wifi while working remotely. Don't let the proximity to the interstate worry you - you can barely hear anything inside the home.

The pictures don't do this place justice! The home is wonderful, sturdy, and full of high quality furniture throughout. The couch and beds were very nice! We were more than comfortable with 5 people and a dog here; there was plenty of space and seating. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were well-supplied, and the backyard (even covered in snow) was a real treat. Great space for a dog, and in warmer weather it would be a great space to hangout. The location was quiet and peaceful, and with the proximity to the bus stop it was very easy to get anywhere in town without driving. Mike was a wonderful host; always responsive, always friendly, and his welcome packet has tons of local suggestions for things to do/places to go!

I absolutely love this place. It came with a spacious living room and a fully stocked kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a washer and dryer. The two bedrooms were identical and both rooms had queen beds. I thought it was cutely decorated. We really enjoyed spending time there and there was a little bit of a front yard for my dog. The house was Close to downtown Leadville and next to the highway very quiet very peaceful. The host was checked in on us made sure everything was good. I would totally stay here again.

Place was perfect for a ski weekend! Location to downtown Frisco was ideal, and the place itself was actually nicer in person than it appears on pics

Pablo’s place has everything! We did some gourmet cooking with the breville sous vide and enjoyed unlimited espresso and cappuccino! Great location. Pablo was very responsive.

We booked this space for a long ski weekend and it was perfect for what we needed. Located in the middle of Leadville and convenient to everything nearby. The house was clean and well equipped and the hot tub was a nice way to unwind after a day on the mountain. Would rent again!

We had a great stay in Keystone! Keith was very nice and responsive when we had some issues at check-in. Provided items that we needed promptly and offered some great recommendations for dinner! Only thing I would mention to future quests is that there is not a grill at the unit. They are no longer allowed to have a grill at the property. Other than that we had a great week and would definitely consider staying again! Great location and close to everything fun!!

Had a wonderful stay at Shelley's chalet! Shelley is an excellent host and made us feel at home. Great location - close to Breck but far enough away to feel private. Can't wait to return next season!

Fantastic place to stay in Breckenridge area, would come back!

We loved our stay at Mary and Alan's condo. The property was so beautiful and had lovely pathways and trees. The community pool and hot tub was so pristine and so close we enjoyed a hot soak after skiing. The condo was so bright and spacious we loved the space. Had many lovely nights in the large living room with the fire. We would love to come back and stay here hopefully next year!! Thanks again Mary and Alan!

We had a wonderful time as Israel’s place. The location is perfect—close to the free shuttle stop and just a short walk into town. The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. We really enjoyed having access to the amenities at Main Street Junction.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt so cozy and comfortable and at home. Our boys LOVED the location, the room and bathroom of their own, and the fun and thoughtful games. We had a snafu with an originally scheduled airbnb fitting our needs due to mold. We noticed this listing available, sent a message and within minutes, we heard back from the host. They welcomed us in and absolutely saved our day. We stayed for 7 days and had everything we needed in the space for comfort: blankets, towels, full kitchen space with cooking necessities! Storage was spacious for our belongings (for both food and clothing) and the laundry space in the club house was great. Our boys loved the pool and hot tub. My husband loved the sauna. And we all loved the beautiful upstairs space of the clubhouse for ping pong and relaxation. We were so grateful to have found this listing in a pinch. The space was cozy, comfortable, clean and amazing. Thank you, thank you!

it was convenient for ski in/out and we were close to the ski lockers and door to get out. maybe I misunderstood but I thought it was walk out room to be convenient with my dog but it was just a window which was half covered by snow bank. maybe I was thinking of a different place I looked at, but at least was very nice being on ground floor. it was also nice we could use the hot tubs but unfortunately the one there in building 4 has broken jets but still warm and soothing. the tubs at building 3 are tiny 4 person tubs and hard to get one available. It was quite pricey but it is Breckenridge and we needed a place that allowed dogs and didn't want to have to walk to ski hill. some lights weren't working when we arrived but Ryan was very quick to respond and it was just a circuit breaker and he told us where the box was.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this home, as well as Jeanne as a host. She was incredible helpful with our stay as we had many hiccups planning our family trip. She helped us get this booked within 48 hours of our trip. The house had plenty of space for our family of 8, and was accommodating for pets and children as well. The home was spotless upon arrival. Great size garage, spacious bedrooms and living areas. The basement was perfect to hangout and watch sports at night time. Lots of games and puzzles for the home bodies. Jeanne was super helpful with recommendations in the area. As we had last minute issues with our previous plans she helped accommodate us for an early checkin / late checkout process. The entire time I felt like she was helping make our trip happen as best as she possibly could with a genuine heart and wanting our trip to go smoothly! I would love to stay in this home again in the future. Highly recommend for anyone headed up to frisco!

Nice "tiny house" in a very nice community, Tiger Run. Quiet and private. well equipped. Good for a couple or 2 people. Convenient location close to Breck Ski Resort. Very responsive host.

We love Barbora and George’s place! This was our 3rd time here. Location is perfect and far from the hustle and bustle of Breck. Will stay here again if able!

Our stay was exceptional! We were so impressed by how well stocked the house was. The location is perfect and so close to all of the attractions. We loved being able to use the sleds (provided) on the slope right in the backyard. The hot tubs were a big hit with our group. It was snowy and cold (20F) on one of the days but we had a blast using the Lake House hot tub. The scenery in the background was magnificent! I look forward to another stay here next year. Don’t hesitate, just book!

Fonda’s place was absolutely perfect! We spent two weeks there for our honeymoon, and to our surprise we had a sweet note and bottle of Champaign waiting for us when we arrived! We were blown away and so grateful for this sweet gesture. The neighborhood was so quiet and the house felt like home. Fonda was always so quick to respond if we had any questions. We would absolutely stay again for our next trip to Breck! We highly recommend Fonda’s space-a definite 10 out of 10!

Nan’s place was amazing! We knew pets were welcome but Nan went above and beyond with making sure our little guy was at home. He had dog beds, bowls, towels - everything we would have needed (and more). We felt so much better knowing that he was comfortable - he felt right at home! The humans enjoyed the stay as well - comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living room. Bathroom was spacious and had ample towels/hand towels. The location was perfect for what we needed (close to 14’ers and browns canyon).
