Bologna: soggiorni in alloggi con lavatrice e asciugatrice

Comment dire. Après plusieurs Airbnb effectué durant mes vacances en Italie avec ma chérie le logement d'Alfredo est de loin notre préféré ! Alfredo est un hôte très accueillant et a l'écoute des personnes et est aussi de très bon conseils 😉 Le logement est parfaitement rangé et équipé pour un grand voyage! Que dire Alfredo tu nous donnes encore envie de revenir a Bologne pour y rester plus longtemps 😉 Merci et bravo les 5 étoiles sont bien réels 😀

Appartement très bien situé pour accéder rapidement à la gare et au centre ville, confortable, très calme, extrêmement propre et parfaitement équipé. Franca nous a très cordialement accueillis et a pris le temps de nous donner des conseils ( restaurants, commerces, visites). Merci pour tout.

On peut difficilement être mieux situé pour parcourir Bologne à pied. l'appartement frapp par sa hauteur sous plafond ! la chambre principale est immense. il faut cependant avoir en tête que vous vous trouvez en plein coeur donc en prise avec l'activité matinale du marché et des commerçants matins et soirs. les fenêtres sont doublement vitrées et inhibent bien le bruit si vous y êtes sensible.

This apartment is absolutely spot on for location for the centre of bologna! it was close to everything and we were able to get a taxi easily from the square opposite if we wanted to go further afield. The walk to the train station is dead easy when you know it but we arrived in the dark so got a taxi for the first trip up the road to the apartment! Inside the apartment it is spacious but it has very strange shelving units!!!!!!!! the one above the bed is a strange shelf unit close to your head....in the lounge there is a hanging shelf unit...in the shower there is another shelf all of which I found very painful when I banged my head or my elbow....but placing a chair under the hanging unit helps navigate it in order to avoid a bloody nose!!!!! The bed was large and comfortable although a bedside table at each side would be helpful! However we would definitely stay again and fredrico was very helpful when the kettle needing replacing! thank you for a great stay.

Soraya's apartment is perfectly located. About 10 minutes walk from old town square and also pretty cose to the main train station, with plenty of great restaurants and cefes along the way :)) Beautiful, clean and cosy flat is located in a quiet courtyard of a palazzo, so you can't hear the noises of a busy street nearby. It's one of the best AirBnB apartments I've had a chance to stay in and Soraya is a great host, who is happy to help and explain everything. Grazie, ciao! :))

Had a nice stay, apartment exactly as described and in photos. All necessary amenities. I had a small issue with the access code and host responded very quickly. Otherwise very clear photos in instructions. Historic center was about 15-20 min walk. Though the building was off a very busy main street, it’s at the end of a small side street so very quiet. As other reviewers said, the gate to pull into parking is VERY tight. We had a small rental car and I still was extremely nervous pulling in and out, especially in a manual car as it is quite steep. With mirrors flooded only a few inches to spare on either side. Once in though you don’t really need the car to get around, which is good since the apartment is just inside ZTL and hosts do not provide the pass. You can purchase ZTL pass in person or on-line. On-line requires foreigners to generate an Italian tax code! It’s not difficult but still an extra step. Overall we would stay again, without car.

We had a great stay in the center of the market. Plenty to do and see close by. Busy area, but quiet bedroom. Very responsive host. I recommend and will stay here again on our next visit.

Barbara was a great host and made the check in process really easy. We were able to check in a little early but would have been able to leave our luggage if needed. The apartment was very spacious and located on a great quiet street. I wish we had stayed here longer because it was such a great place to stay at. At check in Barbara also was very helpful in explaining the area, things to do, how to use things in the apartment, and was super friendly. This made our entire Bologna stay a great experience and we would definitely want to stay here again.

The house is easy to find and is very quiet in a relaxed atmosphere. The surroundings are spectacular in the middle of nature. Even so, one can easily reach the town and the shopping areas. Piero was very welcoming and discrete and gave us very good points about Bologna and the surroundings. We are taking into account coming back.

Elena è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La villa è molto bella, nella natura r tranquilla. Le stanze sono molto spazio e molto comodi in due bagni per un gruppo di amici. Anche per la colazione ci ha lasciato diverse proposte, siamo stati molto bene.

Alessandro è stato un ospite eccellente. Ci ha accolti di persona e ci ha mostrato l’appartamento, che è molto comodo e accogliente. È completamente ristrutturato, arredato con grande gusto e curato nei minimi dettagli, il che rende il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Il riscaldamento è regolabile e permette di mantenere una temperatura ideale. Anche la posizione è perfetta: a due minuti da numerosi ristoranti e osterie, e a circa dieci minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore. Inoltre, è ben collegato con gli autobus. Alessandro ha reso il nostro soggiorno facile e confortevole. Senza dubbio lo ricontatterò la prossima volta che visiterò Bologna. Grazie!

Casa in ottima posizione, era proprio quello che cercavamo, in mezzo alla natura, puro relax, la casa si presenta in ottime condizioni, pulita e molto ampia

We waren zo ontzettend blij dat we dit mooie appartement geboekt hebben. Ruime kamers & badkamers. Ook de keuken en living zijn aangenaam ruim. Dit geeft een rustig & huiselijke sfeer. Zelfs paraplu’s aanwezig. Ook andere praktische zaken & details , bevielen ons zeer erg. Ik zou het zeker aanraden. Deze mensen waren zeer beleefd & vriendelijk in communicatie naar ons toe.

We zochten een rustige locatie, op relatief korte afstand van Bologna, om een beurs te kunnen bezoeken. Het is een heerlijk ruim en schoon huis met als extra feature de fazanten als buren. Voor ons was dit de ideale uitvalsbasis. En Federica is een fantastische host die snel reageert en meedenkt.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dieser Wohnung und würden sie wieder nehmen, falls wir nochmal mit 5-6 Leuten nach Bologna kommen - Schöne Wohnung - gut zu erreichen vom Hauptbahnhof - man ist nicht im historischen Stadtzentrum aber kann es zu Fuß gut erreichen - genügend Platz für 5-6 Personen (drei zimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten; zwei vollwertige Badezimmer (jeweils mit Dusche Spiegel und Föhn); jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ausreichend Schränke und Tische für jeden) - sauber, wie man es sich wünscht - gut ausgestattet (Kaffeemaschine; Spülmaschine; Waschmaschine; angemessene Menge an Handtüchern, Geschirr, Gläsern und Tassen für jeden) - angenehme unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Carlotta

Such a beautiful place to relax in the italian country side. Enjoyed Antonella and Vicenzo's carefully prepared breakfast! It was rejuvenating for the soul!

Durante il nostro breve soggiorno è andato tutto benissimo, la casa corrispondeva alle foto e la posizione si è rivelata ottima. In caso di esigenza futura valuterò sicuramente di tornare.

Eine tolle Unterkunft im Zentrum von Bologna. Zu Fuß ist man in 10-15min im historischen Stadtkern. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés und andere Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Antonio hat uns bei der Ankunft persönlich empfangen, obwohl wir spät angekommen sind. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist total sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Obwohl die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen ist, ist es sehr ruhig. Es gibt auch einen schönen Balkon, auf dem man die Ruhe genießen kann.

Wonderful setting in one of the Bologna’s arcades. Apartment was squeaky clean and had everything you would want or need for a stay away from home. Sergio was a perfect host, meeting us in person, making sure that we knew how everything worked and recommending the best places to visit ( and, of course, the best restaurants and gelaterias )

Perfect host, perfect accommodation, perfect location! Alessandra was amazing, making our stay so easy. We stay in Bologna every year but this is the best of the best! Will definitely come back.

Great location, walkable distance to the train station, where we were able to catch the train to Rome and Pisa. Easy walking distance to some of Bologna’s attractions and just around the corner from Pam’s, a fantastic hypermarket.

L’appartamento era in ordine, pulito con cura e dotato di tutto il necessario. Zona molto tranquilla, ideale per riposare dopo una giornata piena. Parcheggi gratuiti disponibili a pochi passi, davvero comodi. Tutto è andato liscio: soggiorno piacevole e senza intoppi.
