Cagliari: soggiorni in case vacanze

We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

Das Haus ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Lage ist total ruhig und wunderschön. Nach Cagliari fährt man 30 min und kann dort shoppen, gut essen und Museen besuchen. Daniel ist ein phantastischer Gastgeber und wir haben uns von Minute eins wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Betten sind top und der Pool ein Traum. Man sollte ein Auto nutzen, dass mit einer etwas steinigen Straße umgehen kann. Danke an Daniel und Pierpaolo und bis bald.

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Viel mehr als ein Super Host! ❤️🫶 Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir sehr genossen. Lory et Max vous accueillent avec le sourire ! L'appartement est jolie et très propre . Vous aurez le nécessaire en vaisselle et autre . La clim fonctionne et n'est pas trop bruyante. La piscine et l'extérieure est vraiment jolie et bien aménagé. Vos hôtes savent être discret malgré la proximité. Ils sont pleins de petites attentions a notre égard. A votre arrivé le frigo sera déjà garni ainsi que les placards ( lait ,céréales,biscottes,yaourts,fruits,fromage,confitures,charcuterie,eau,café........... ) Les petits bémols : un coq dans le jardin juste a côté qui chantent nuit et jour ( on fini par si habituer ) et le manque de rideau occultant .

Le logement est très agréable, avec une belle piscine et à proximité de la côte et des plages en voiture. Gian Luca était très réactif, je recommande !

Wir haben einen wunderschönen und sehr entspannenden Aufenthalt verbracht. Sowohl das Haus wie der Standort Torre delle Stelle eignen sich dazu sehr. Torre delle Stelle als Standort gute Wahl auch ggü anderen umliegenden Dörfern aufgrund Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Fischhändler ist mega und ist auch bei Restaurants aus der Umgebung beliebt und es lohnt sich da früh hinzugehen. Die Sicht aus dieser Immobilie über das Meer sind einmalig und überwältigend. Einen Sonnenuntergang mit Abendröte haben wir auch erlebt. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, aber schon etwas älter. Grill und Swimming Pool sind wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Auf der Veranda kann man gut verweilen. Gastgeberin ist sehr sympatisch und reagierte innert Minuten auf Bedürfnisse. dh insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Giacomo was a fantastic host! He was very responsive and helpful for our check in/out. The house was relatively big with a nice garden/patio area and a barbecue as well. The main grocery store (Eurospin) is located only 5 minutes drive away which was very easy for us to buy groceries for us to cook. The main city area of Villasimius is also around 5-10 minutes drive away with nice restaurants and cafes. The area was very quiet and peaceful (almost complete silence at night!) and had a beautiful view too. There were also plenty of breathtaking natural beaches nearby, our favourite was Spiaggia di Mari Pintau (this one was slightly further out). We went during the off-peak season during early April so it was a lot less busy than it gets in the holiday season, but we’d definitely recommend staying in Villasimius for a few days to explore beaches, mountains, and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. Overall, we highly recommend staying with Giacomo! 😊

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

The place was great, lots of space, very well equipped kitchen, small garden where children could play. The host Eleanora was very accommodating and ready to help when needed. The location is not very central, but easily reached if traveling by car.

Perfekte Unterkunft in totaler Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer langen, kleinen Straße in paradiesischer Umgebung. Natur, Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nach kurzer Autofahrt einfach und schnell zu erreichen. Aber auch lange Spaziergänge direkt ab Unterkunft in malerischer Umgebung sind zu empfehlen. Liebenswerte, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Ich komme gern wieder und kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Das kleine Haus liegt perfekt um mit der Familie entspannte Strandferien zu machen. Das Häuschen bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Strand vor der Tür ist sehr schön. Der Kontakt vor Ort mit Marcus war sehr angenehm. Marcus hat uns persönlich und herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, eine Wiederholung ist nicht auszuschliessen.

ciao, non è mio solito scrivere recensioni purtroppo ma stavolta mi sono promesso di farlo per come sono stato gestito, faccio i miei complimenti ti e ringrazio Cristina e Vincenzo per come ci hanno seguiti, ho passato 10 giorni in famiglia con 2 bambini di 3 e 6 anni fantastici . si sono dimostrati sempre presenti e attivi ad aiutare, la loro casa è molto bella noi siamo stati molto bene, vicino c'è farmacia, market , prelievo bancomat e bar non serve altro. ciao a presto

Alloggio molto carino, spazioso, pulitissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario per la casa e la spiaggia e anche per il nostro bimbo (lettino, giochi per casa e spiaggia). Posizione comoda per uscire a piedi in centro, ma tranquilla e comoda anche per spostarsi con la macchina. Insomma, esperienza da ripetere e consigliata!

La casa e' spaziosa, con giardino anteriore e posteriore. L'ubicazione e' tranquilla. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario in casa e Davide ci ha permesso di fare il check out con calma. Buon rapporto qualita'/prezzo.

We stayed in the apartment for a longer period due to remote work. The owners were very kind and communicative. Our stay was in January—off-season, which is worth noting. The house is part of a large golf resort that feels empty outside the season. There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, and you also need a car to get to the beach. So, having a car is essential. The apartment looks just like in the photos—clean and tidy, with a big bathroom. The kitchen lacks a dishwasher, oven, and even a kettle, which is quite inconvenient, as boiling water for tea takes a long time on the gas stove using a pot. The fridge is small with a separate freezer. The internet (4-6 Mbps) is not suitable for remote work. The patio has a gas grill, which I highly recommend. Heating is only via air conditioning, and the fireplace in the photos does not work. The smart TV is small, low quality, and slow. Overall, everything matches the description, but keep these details in mind.

We stayed as two families with a baby and a toddler, and everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is extremely child-friendly and thoughtfully equipped – we didn’t miss a thing. Taty was a wonderful host, always available, and even helped us arrange a hairdresser appointment, which was incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment itself is beautiful, in a great location, and made us feel right at home. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to come back. Thank you for everything, Taty!

We really enjoyed our off-season stay in Torre Delle Stella, watching the sunsets from the terrace and swimming at the nearly deserted beaches. The water was so clear at Spiaggia Cann’e Sisa, it was like one big swimming pool. The kitchen had the basics we needed for cooking each night and we liked the retro beach house feel!

I stayed at Michele's place with friends for two weeks, and it was an absolute blast! Michele was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply and ready to help whenever we needed assistance. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to relax and cook, including heaters to keep you warm during winter. The vibe of the house is fantastic, and the view is truly one of the most breathtaking I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend this place! A small note for those visiting during New Year’s Eve: the city is very quiet, with most(During my stay, everything) restaurants and markets closed, which makes it perfect for disconnecting and unwinding. Just make sure to plan ahead for supplies. There are small cities close by(20-30min by car) with restaurants and markets during this period.

A tengerhez közel kerestünk szállást, a repülőtèrről taxival közelítettük meg. Nagyon jól felszerelt, tágas, tiszta, kènyelmesen elfèrtünk hatan. Közelben Coop üzlet, 12 percre a buszmegálló. Cagliariba a PF sárga busszal mentünk, kb. 50 perc az út. Martina édesapja fogadott, elmagyarázott mindent. A hűtőben ásványvizek, az asztalon narancs ès citrom bősègkosara volt. Ami 1 kicsit hiányzott, hatunknak kevès volt a wifi.

Es war uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung von Laura. Sehr sauber und gut gepflegt, schöner Garten.
