This is a huge suite filled with luxury. Everything felt like a 5 star hotel. The top floor has a huge bed room with separate closest space. The bathroom is huge with a large spa tub that is quite enjoyable. The top floor also has a beautiful ocean view and we watched the sunset which is beautiful. The ground floor has a huge living area and a very large kitchen and desperate dinning area. If you like to spoil yourself and family with a bit of luxury, this is the place for you.

Great little studio unit that worked well for our week long snow holiday as a couple. Easy walking distance to great local restaurants and cafes. Responsive and helpful hosts. Everything was as described and we found the place to be plenty warm with good sunlight. Thank you for having us 😀

Well the pictures instantly appealed- but it’s much larger in real life. The accessibility for me of being able to check in at 9pm was very helpful and as I had a lot of gear with me having the door at the front was very useful for loading and unloading. The details in the memrobilia were very interesting and yet a classic collection that was visually appealing A very classy apartment. Also much warmer and quieter that I had expected.

Spent a lovely 10 days here! Lovely and peaceful location, walking distance to the centre and close to a lovely trek by the river. Janee was a great host, super friendly and helped us with an early check-in. Would definitely recommend staying here😁😁

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was great with the park just across the street and restaurants and stores nearby - some within walking distance. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. Linens were very nice. We would have appreciated a fan in the bedroom. Highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay, handy location right next to Hagley park and unit had everything you could need. Comfy beds and nice little outdoor area to relax in.

The house is very comfortable especially for family. The location is very convenient and the fee is reasonable.

기대했던 것보다 더 좋았습니다! 숙소가 정말 넓었고 들어가자마자 보이는 뷰가 다 했습니다 에어컨, tv가 있는 점도 아주 좋았고 밤에 집 내부에서도 별이 잘 보이더라구요! 상당히 넓고 식기들은 물론이고 젓가락까지 준비되어 있던 주방과 깨끗하고 정말 넓었던 욕실까지 완벽합니다

Hi, we stayed here for just under a month. Great place and was awesome our dogs could stay with us. Was supposed to get a clean halfway through, but it didn't happen. Marilyn was responsive to messages and did replace the batteries for the front door as they were going flat. Regards Lisa

Wow! Amazing. Spacious, comfortable, and so very quiet! Bed was one of the best we've ever had; water pressure was fantastic; even more amenities than described; right by so many amazing places. We got up in the night to look at the stars and saw the Milky Way and Andromeda. Was truly fantastic and memorable. Thanks, Zelda!

Lovely stay at this beautiful place. Stunning views of Sumner. Very clean and friendly host. Please be aware it is up a steep and quite long hill from the centre, we walked/ran around which was great - if that’s not appropriate then maybe rent a car! Thanks for the wonderful stay.

During the time we stay in this house, we have a great time to enjoy the atmosphere, outside view, and very convenience facility. The house looks like newly built. All facility and tools are also helpful when we stay here. This is our family travel in South island. We will recommend traveler stay here. You will enjoy your holiday like us.

Stayed for a week in this fabulous home away from home, having a well deserved rest from the world. Incredible views from every window. Completely private and silent. The house has everything you need, including comfy couches, a huge range of interesting books, comfortable beds, a deep bath, and big shower. The kitchen is perfect. We loved sitting on the deck at night watching the stars (as the house is within the Aoraki Mackenzie International Dark Sky Reserve). For those who are doing the A2O bike trail this would be a great place to stay.
