Great location, and a great time. Backyard with pool is perfect with plenty of room for activities and entertaining. You can walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes.

Another lovely stay at Lee's Breakaway! The house is well stocked and well kept. There is always an thoughtful upgrade each year. This time it was offering several streaming services on the TV. The house is an easy walk to the beach and you cannot beat the convenience of the Beach Pantry shop just up the street to replenish beverages or snacks. We had a great dinner at Salt 64; be sure to make reservations several weeks ahead. Beds are so comfortable and we ended each day turning in with a book!

We are so happy that we stayed at the Rivers! Everyone young and old had a great time. The estate is so private and beautiful we could not believe it. The home is amazing and well stocked. We enjoyed the sun rises and sunsets so much. We had kayaks delivered and explored the area and it was something dreams are made of in a fairytale. The elevator allowed us to comfortably enjoy this home with older members of our family with ease. The nature and bird wildlife is just incredible. from the Anhingas swimming in the Cape Fear River and the Kingfisher flying back and forth over the pond to the plentiful Bluebirds we constantly entertained. We can’t wait to visit again and transport to serenity. Thank you for a vacation that will always be remembered ❤️

We loved everything about this house. It felt like home away from home. We loved the layout of the house, pool and how close it was to the beach. It was very accommodating for us and my almost 2 year old granddaughter. Curtis and Michelle were wonderful to work with and we will definitely stay there again!!

The house was beautiful! We had 9 adults and it still felt huge! Area was perfect and the beach access was wonderful. The host (Jim) was so responsive with questions and extremely friendly. Highly recommend

Kelly was an amazing host. The house was exactly as posted. We had a group for the Wilmington marathon and the accommodations were amazing t perfect. We also loved that the trail was literally right down the street. We enjoyed walks and runs on the path to the university. In addition we were close to activities and restaurants. I would definitely return to Kelly’s airbnb.

Lindsey was a wonderful host with a beautiful spacious home to share. There was plenty of room for our large group to hang out and spend time together. We loved the short walk to the beach and the privacy the home offered. We would stay again! ❤️❤️

Well, the “storm with no name” took over our weather but we still had a great time considering! The place is exactly as described. It’s extra nice being on an end unit btw 😁. We enjoyed the pool the most!

Beautiful ocean views! Location is unbeatable. There was some construction while we were there but the hosts were extremely helpful as we navigated that. Saw pelicans, dolphins, and more!

The place was beautiful, very clean, and walkable to the beach. I hate that we came while it was cold, but that was ok. The host even allowed us to check in 2 hours early, which was very convenient and she was very responsive. For those who love hot water, this water was hotter than the water in my house lol! I would stay here again.

It was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. Very cool space in a very cool town with plenty of places to eat and shop. The beach access was easy to find and very short walk. The view of the ocean from the kitchen was unique as you looked between two condos. It was clean with all the amenities you would want. Wendy was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely book here again if we ever back this way. Thank you Wendy for a great place and a great stay.

Visited for a short spur the moment trip this weekend from Saturday-Monday and we had an awesome time. The condo was exactly as described with no surprises. Very clean, king bed was extremely comfortable, great views, and great food. Rhonda was super nice, attentive, helpful, and flexible. We had a great weekend getaway and we highly recommend. 👍
