Sean’s unit is lovey, modern, and clean. The location is quiet and safe. There is a great canal view. There are lots of cooking utensils if you plan to eat in. The complex has great amenities. We found the door lock a bit complicated at first, as there were no instructions on how to lock it, but we figured it out by googling it. The agency that manages the rental on the island are very responsive and helpful. We called Angela a few times and she was always able to assist us. There are 2 roads between the unit and the beach, one of them being very busy and it is not easy to cross, but otherwise the location is great.

Great apartment in a great location including mini supermarket and restaurants on site. Host was extremely accommodating with a last minute booking. Would recommend.

The Grove is an excellent location with easy access to all of Seven Mile Beach. Enjoyed the quiet activity of the restaurants and the small grocery store was extremely convenient. Extremely clean and safe, I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to experience the Caymans. The water and beach right across the street is some of the best in the world in my opinion. Will consider The Grove again on my next trip to the Caymans.

This was a very comfortable place to stay- very convenient to the beach, some restaurants right in the complex, and a small market there, too. The place was bright and very clean, and the balcony was a nice place for a morning coffee, though there was coffee, smoothies and a bakery just steps away. The bed was comfortable. We heard music from the restaurant/bar in the late evenings, especially on the weekends (as noted in the description), but we did not find this bothersome. We appreciated the chairs (note - chairs, not loungers) and beach umbrella in good condition. Communication was quick and easy - very little needed as everything was in working order. Overall a great stay, and we would stay there again. Thank you for hosting us!

Great stay at this studio apartment! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was exactly as described, super clean and well- equipped. The only downside was the bed, which was a bit hard for my preference, but everything else was fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

Diane is a 5 star host. Always quick to respond....from prior to booking and throughout our entire stay. Made us feel right at home and checked in to offer any support we needed. She goes above and beyond. Can not thank her enough for all she did for us.

This is a first class property in an outstanding location. The apartment was exactly as pictured and described - if anything larger and better outfitted. It contained a complete kitchen that we used for almost every meal. The location is outstanding. It is situated in a small mixed use complex - apartments/condos on second and third floor and businesses (restaurants, art studio, huge gym complex, bakery) on first floor plaza. All were extremely well maintained and attractively landscaped. VERY good security! Most important - from the front door of the apartment to mid point of 7 Mile Beach is literally a 3-5 minute walk - crossing one street. We especially appreciated that they provided two high quality beach chairs, beach towels and a very large and easy to deploy umbrella. Another big plus is that there is a moderate sized grocery store right in the complex. We highly recommend this property.

We had such a great stay in Grand Cayman. The property was in the perfect location in the middle of Seven Mile Beach. We chose to walk most places and felt safe at all times - although we were close to busy areas, our neighborhood was quiet. Sean and Karen were amazing hosts throughout our stay. Communication was easy, the condo was just as described and the on-property pool was very relaxing! Thank you for an amazing first stay in Grand Cayman! We look forward to visiting you again soon!

It checked all the boxes. If you want privacy and relaxation with the beach right outside your door and still have the ability to drive 10 mins into town. Then this is your place. We loved our stay in GCI and the condo was fabulous. Clean, spacious, up to date and ocean views from every window. Town is a quick 10 min drive to wonderful shops, restaurants, grocery stores etc.. My only issue and it wasn't a big deal but it would be nice if the beach was racked after the last storm. Again, first world concern.. We had one small issue that was addressed immediately by the property staff. Outstanding communication by the team through the whole process. We will be coming back to GCI and will stay at this property again or one of their other properties. In a nutshell, our 20th year wedding anniversary/vacation was the best. Super super great unit and location at The Grove. The 2BR 2BA is sparkling and very well-appointed with all needed amenities such as w/d, dishwasher, great bath towels, beach towels and chairs. Very nice beds and very comfortable. Would 100% recommend and stay here again. The Grove is very convenient with retail on the ground level and a very easy and safe walk across the street to Governor’s Beach. There is also a small pool for each section. My son and his friend used it and enjoyed it. Ollie was friendly and responsive and very helpful pointing us to local retail etc. Truly perfect. There is an underground parking space included as we rented a car. We did not have to use the car everyday as the location is very walkable but we were glad to have it to get to North Sound Golf Club and other places nearby. Highly recommend this listing!!!!

Close enough to 7 mile beach without staying in one of the major hotels which we loved! The proximity to Foster’s for grocery shopping was great too allowing us to utilize the kitchen. Having a washer and dryer was key for 3 young kids.
