Everything was perfect. Small place but very very nice! Great location!

Nos encantó el piso. La ubicación es ideal, muy cerca de la estación, así que movernos por la ciudad fue muy fácil. Azucena fue súper atenta, nos dio todas las indicaciones para llegar y estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. El apartamento es pequeño, pero tiene todo lo necesario: cocina equipada, productos de aseo, cosas para desayunar y, además, estaba muy limpio. También tuvo el detalle de dejarnos tarjetas y un mapa del metro, lo que nos vino genial. Además, nos permitió quedarnos un poco más el último día porque nuestro viaje era más tarde. ¡Totalmente recomendable, sin duda volveríamos!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end chez Maria et Raúl. Nous avons été très bien accueillies, les hôtes sont disponibles et ont répondu à toutes nos questions. Le logement, très bien placé près du Barrio La Latina, est conforme à la description, très propre et ne manque de rien.

Stor, moderne og lys bolig med særdeles god udsigt over Madrid og bjergene bagved. Altan hele vejen rundt! Vi brugte offentlig transport, og der skal man regne med 45-50 minutters transporttid ind til centrum. Men det var vi jo forberedt på! Da vi imidlertid opdagede, hvor billigt og hurtigt det er med en Uber bil, blev dét vores foretrukne løsning til hjemturene om aftenen, hvor man er træt og bare gerne vil hjem og i seng!😴

Toni s est montré très accueillant et fort sympathique. Le logement proposé est très propre et bien placé à 2 mns d un arrêt de bus rejoignant le centre ville ou à 8 mns a pied du métro. Les photos sont tout à fait fidèles à l appartement.

Apartamento céntrico y bien situado, vas andando a todos partes, cerca de todo lo que tienes que ver en Madrid, bien decorado, y sobre todo muy limpio. El anfitrión es muy profesional, dispuesto en todo momento a ayudar y dar todo tipo de facilidades, la comunicación ha sido impecable, muchas recomendaciones de cosas para hacer. Sin ningún tipo de duda volveremos!!!

No hay muchas opciones de restauración cerca, es muy cerca del recinto de ferias de IFEMA andando 20 min. En coche 8 min.

Great place to stay in Madrid if you don't want to be in the heart of the buzzing city. Having said so it has all the amenities one would need and it is minutes away from two metro stations. Would recommend!

Estancia muy agradable en el apartamento. Dispone de los servicios que anuncia y es muy cómodo. Comunicación muy fácil con Juan en la hora de entrada y salida. Zona tranquila, con tiendas y supermercados cerca.

Ana was a wonderful host! Communication was clear and quick throughout the stay, and she made everything easy and stress-free. The place was very clean and well taken care of. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend her as a host.

I had a great stay at this apartment, I would absolutely stay here again and very much enjoyed my stay. The location was super central and in the middle of popular areas near Gran Via and Sol. The place was no more than a 20-minute walk from any of the major tourist sites you might visit (and often less), and located 10-15 minutes from fun restaurants, tapas-bar streets, markets and the popular churro spot etc. The apartment interior was as described, very clean, charming, and well-decorated. I really enjoyed having the big window to look out on a popular pedestrian street that runs between Sol and Gran via, it had excellent people watching and felt vibrant and located in the heart of things. Despite it being central and on a popular street, it was remarkably insulated from noise day and night, and noise was never a concern at any point. Fernando was very responsive and ensured I was able to check in and out with ease and provided useful local recommendations.

Primero mencionar la amabilidad de Abel, atento en todo momento. En cuanto al alojamiento, estupendo!. Muy tranquilo, bien ubicado, cerca de supermercados, tiendas varias y restaurantes.Con todo lo necesario y sobre todo, muy ordenado y limpio. Esperamos volver de nuevo!

El lugar está bastante bien, definitivamente mejor de lo que muestran las fotos, super cómodo, cerca de la estación de San Blas y de un supermercado para hacer compras. Iván fue muy flexible con el check-in y muy amable, definitivamente me volvería a quedar en este lugar, la pasamos genial, gracias!

Great apartment in a good location. A bit far from the center but we were visiting friends that live in the area so it was perfect for us.

Tivemos uma excelente experiência com o Anfitrião. Houve um problema com o disjuntor, e ele prontamente contratou um eletricista para resolver a situação. O apartamento é espaçoso e muito bem localizado.

We enjoyed our stay! Such kind and chill hosts! The cleaning lady greeted us when we arrived early and allowed us to drop off our luggage. She was very kind and accommodating. The space was quaint and clean, in a quiet location but a short walk away from the city center and all fun things to do. Would highly recommend, also the doorman is super sweet

We loved staying here. The photos are accurate, it was clean & Felix is so responsive and helpful with any needs. It’s small and basement level yet with interior light it feels comfortable and has everything you need for a month long stay. The neighborhood is right next to the Palace and tourist areas, and also beautiful parks and the river walk, so you feel right at the edge of being in the middle of everything but with tranquil nature. 10-15 min walk to everything. Good restaurants and groceries and anything you need just a block away. We chose it based on price and being by nature and it was perfect for us. My husband and our two dogs stayed here comfortably.

Cozy, safe, and comfortable apartment central to all things in Madrid! My husband and I had a lovely stay at Raquel’s place. Very communicative host who provided all we needed for our stay! We would absolutely come again!

Marta's place was simply fantastic! Our family of six stayed there and had plenty of space and privacy. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment was immaculately clean. The kitchen has everything you could need. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The provided amenities lasted our entire stay. The apartment looks better in person than in the pictures! The location absolutely cannot be beat! Grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and a metro station are all within meters of the apartment. Taxis are very easy to find at all times of the day right outside the apartment door. The apartment building was quiet in the evening. We never heard any traffic. Check in was incredibly easy and straightforward. The key pick-up location is right across the street. Marta was always very accessible, friendly, and helpful. This was by far our best AirBnb experience. We will happily stay again on future visits. Thank you very much, Marta!
