Gianfranco and his partner are AMAZING hosts!! Super sweet, communicative, accommodating and proactive - couldn’t have asked for better 🙌🏻 RE: the unit, it’s gorgeous and exactly as pictured. The building is new, and the area is perfect. Many coffee shops, restaurants, bars and several grocery stores within a 10-15 minute walk. The coworking space has strong wifi and the staff in the building are kind and helpful. This place really is the best option for a stay in lima 👏

We had a fantastic time at Melania's place! The location couldn't be better—an ideal spot close to everything we wanted to explore. The area felt safe and welcoming, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. While we did encounter some issues with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, Melania went above and beyond to address our concerns and ensure everything was rectified. Her dedication and prompt communication made a difference, and we really appreciated her efforts to make things right. That's why we're giving her a 5-star rating! 🌟 We truly loved our time here and are definitely looking forward to coming back in the future. Thank you, Melania, for being an amazing host! 💖🙌

I'm very thankful to have such a spacious and private area for the two families that stayed in the property. there were total and we never felt cramped. the back patio is a particularly nice space, and balcony for the king bed suite was super cool!

Escogí esta casa para poder celebrar mi cumpleaños junto amigos y familiares, y la verdad es que no pude tomar mejor decisión. Reyna como anfitriona es excelente siempre preocupada por cada detalle nos recibió con mucha calidez y amabilidad. La casa es perfecta y tiene todo súper bien implementado. El departamento de Renee y Marion es espectacular, tiene vista a la playa y la zona es muy tranquila y segura. El duplex es amplio y cómodo, muy bien mantenido y prácticamente nuevo. La cocina y habitaciones súper bien equipadas. Es demasiado increíble que cada habitación cuente con su baño y adicional tenga un baño de visitas, creo que eso Permite a los huéspedes tener privacidad en cada espacio. Creo que el departamento incluso puede ser un éxito cuando el clima esté más templado porque el entorno es demasiado relajante. Volveremos segurísimo!

Ich bereisen die Welt viel mit Unterkünfte AirBnb. Mir ist noch nie so ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiten Host übern weg gelaufen wie Francisco. Ich habe seine Unterkunft gespeichert und werde sie auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen, auch wieder für längere Zeit. Francisco, danke für alles!!!

Très paisible, nous avons passé un très bon moments en famille loin du bruit du balnéaire, avec une vue incroyable, peut être un peu difficile d’accès et éloigné de la plage. Mais cela nous a permis d’avoir du calme

Max was a great host and the space was clean and well kept and in an incredible walkable location. unfortunately the water was shut off in the evening thru the night so I couldn't shower before my early flight but that's not his fault.

For the last fourteen years, my husband and I have stayed in over 20 Airbnbs in Miraflores. Hands down, John’s property beats them all. Unfortunately, we’ve been spoiled by this wonderful condo. The photos are accurate, the balcony is wonderful for hanging out,people watching, having breakfast or enjoying evening cocktails while enjoying the city lights. The open concept is beautiful, and the bathrooms spotless with wonderful showers! And the separate washer/dryer worked perfectly. The bedrooms are quiet at night, and the WiFi worked good. And finally, it was nice to have access to tvs that had multiple channels, without having to utilize a streaming service (like other properties only had). John, you hit it out of the park. We hope your wonderful property is still available for our next visit.

Mi familia y yo estuvimos muy cómodas, todo limpio, bonito, el lugar muy bonito, las piscinas lindas y grandes y cerquita a la playa! Lo recomiendo 😊

El departamento es muy acogedor, a pesar de estar en una avenida concurrida no habia ruido dentro del departamento. Como es una zona comercial tienes facil alcance a restaurantes, centros comerciales, etc

Muy lindo departamento! Es un duplex super cómodo y amplio, tiene todo lo que se necesita para estar unos días en la playa y con una linda terraza y piscina. Su ubicación es super buena, súper cerca a la playa. Muy recomendado, también por el servicio y atención de los hosts, se preocupan por que todo este bien para la estadía y son súper amables y atentos en todo momento.

Jorge is an awesome host. He made us feel at home and paid special attention to making the space feel welcoming. He was also easily reachable and made sure any questions we had were answered. The location is perfect. Just a few minute walk from the beach, delicious restaurants and extensive running paths along the boardwalk.

The pictures don't do this place justice. Everything about this place makes it feel very homey and I was sad to be leaving. Often one concern when finding a place in Lima is the traffic noise as well as a stable internet connection. To the first point, this apartment faces a garden. Beyond that is the sea. The only sounds you'll hear are the sound of waves mixing with the chirping of birds. To the second point, the internet connection was strong--about 100mbps. Never had a problem with it. Would 100% stay here again.

Luis's place truly felt like home away from home. We got there after 16 days of exploring the country and it was a perfect place to catch our breath and take it easy for 3 days before our flights back home. The location is perfect; within a walking distance to the grocery stores and to the malecon to go for evening walks to see the sunset. Even though it's in a busy area we were surprised how quiet the apartment was; in the mornings we would wake up to the sound of chirping birds!
