I very much enjoyed staying at the Froggy Cottage and plan on staying here again next time I visit. Everything was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable , smelled new and the bed was so comfortable .

Beautiful home with pristine kitchen/bathroom/bedrooms. We enjoyed many places within walking distance. We took an Uber instead of driving further distances in Charleston due to excessive traffic/limited parking. We appreciated the locked luggage area we could use prior to our check in time that day. Next time we would check the Town and Island Co website for potentially cheaper rate.

What an amazing property with so much to do! My family of 5 had an incredible stay for Thanksgiving week. Mark (the owner) is good people and the place is even better than the pictures. Lots of room to spread out, a great big dining table and a large living room to hang out and watch TV (or the beautiful sunsets). Air hockey, foosball and video arcade game in the Game Room. Horseshoes, corn hole, basketball, pool and large open yard. Double-decker dock with tables and rocking chairs. Kayaks and river fun . . . We give this property a 10 out of 10 and will definitely be coming back!

This has to be one of my favorite stays ever! The house was perfect for my solo getaway where I was looking for a house with yard space to enjoy the sunshine. The backyard not only had a screened in porch which was enjoyable but various options on the deck as well for eating & relaxing. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need , including clean sponges and dish soap. They provided good quality items like knives, pans, dishes, unlike most other places I’ve stayed who give you cheap products. The house was very clean & comfortable from sitting areas to the beds & pillows . Lots of great detail like hangers in closets, provided shampoo/ conditioner / bath soap and a nice lotion. Full length mirrors in every bedroom ( so rare) and the decor is nice / not cluttered. Being walkable to park circle was the absolute best and I walked there everyday! My husband and I travel a lot and these hosts have done a top notch job with their house and all of the details!! I will be back!

I normally don’t review things, but felt like I had to for this one. The house had everything you could need. Everything was very thoughtful and beautiful. I would definitely book this home again!

Very nice home with large back yard. My dogs and kids loved it! Great location, short drive to the beach and to Charleston. Eugene even left me a bottle of Prosecco and a card for my birthday! Very thoughtful. He was very responsive and kind.

Great location! This spot on Edisto is stunning. Very quiet and the natural beauty of the island has been preserved. Our party consisted of a multigenerational group. There was plenty of space and the indoor elevator was very helpful.

If you are looking for a quiet place to get away from it all, this is it! Sunsets are amazing. It is perfect for stargazing. And the silence seeps into your soul. We left rejuvenated. Her place was perfect for the 2 of us. I would stay here monthly if I could! Ps. I highly recommend getting some shrimp & oysters (if you come in the ‘R’ months) at Flowers on Hwy 174 heading to Edisto Beach.

This cottage definitely deserves all 5 stars! The cottage itself is beautifully designed with the most amazing outdoor spaces! It’s a quiet peaceful retreat but close to plenty of restaurants and activities if that’s what you want. We most enjoyed sitting on the front porch and just enjoying the tranquility! Pam and Oliver are delightful hosts and we would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing spot close to the hustle and bustle of Charleston!

We had an amazing stay at Eden Wind Farm! The property is private and gorgeous. Denise and Tanya were very accommodating, relaxed, kind, and literally thought of everything to make our stay what it was. They had horseback riding class twice while we stayed-one of my son’s favorite parts of the trip! Molly, the horse he rode, is a retired competitive quarter horse that is gentle and was perfect for my son (he’s 5.) I felt confident in Molly. My son got to pet chickens, collect eggs, and fish for bass! Honestly, staying at Eden Farm was the highlight of our vacation. Thank you, Denise and Tonya!

Comfortable, charming and great location

This place is AMAZING! I wish we had taken more pictures. We had such a great relaxing time from the beautiful house and dock with it’s breathtaking views that we just enjoyed life and each other. The deep water dock was perfect for our boat. Only a short boat ride to the inter coastal waterway and beaches. Janie is a fabulous host. We couldn’t ask for anything better. She gave us excellent advice and recommendations for local restaurants and a close boat landing. Not only will we be come back again and again, but we have already started sharing this fantastic place with all our friends and family!
