Really enjoyed our stay at Ekaterina’s flat which is ideally located in the neighborhood of Regola, close to all the historical sights and great restaurants. The flat is spacious with two bedrooms (and comfortable beds) and one bathroom. It should be noted though that the flat is located on the fifth floor with no lift and relatively steep steps, so if you have trouble walking this could be a challenge during your stay. But overall really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Great location in the Monti District. Short walk to the Colosseum and a lot of great restaurants and small shops.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Muy buen alojamiento, muy central se puede llegar a todos los puntos turísticos caminando. Francesco fue muy atento y estaba muy bien dotado el apartamento .

Pietro è uno dei proprietari di casa migliori che abbia mai incontrato! Avevo bisogno di staccare la spina dalla città con il mio compagno per due giorni, non appena arrivati ci ha fatto trovare vino e formaggi locali! Un aperitivo di benvenuto con i fiocchi. Non abbiamo resistito nel trattenerci a parlare per qualche ora, una persona meravigliosa. Per poi spostarci nella casetta che ha costruito lui stesso, sembrava di essere in un altro mondo. Verde, pace, aria fresca di montagna, animali che vengono a salutare alla porta, buon cibo e buona compagina! Non avrei potuto chiedere di più.❤️ Un’esperienza che auguro a tutti! Grazie di cuore. Minou and Giovanni were great hosts! Giovanni met us at the apartment, gave us a tour and told us his favorite local places to go. The location was perfect for walking to everything. Great restaurants and food close by.

The apartment is located in a very secure and quiet gated area. It is a 30-minute walk from the Vatican, close to a bus stop, with a 10-minute ride to downtown, and a 10-minute walk to the metro. The apartment has everything you need. The spacious terrace is a great bonus for enjoying your vacation in Rome. Jacopo is a great host. He provides all the information you need to make the most of your time in Rome. I stayed in the apartment for 20 days, and it was amazing. There are many shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. I enjoyed every moment of my stay in the apartment.

Sehr netter Kontakt zuvor, unproblematisches Check-In über einen Schlüsselkasten, niedliches Häuschen, gut ausgestattet, es fehlt einem an nichts und Sandy ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind, würden wir sehr gerne wiederkommen.
