The condominium complex is very nice and family friendly. Jim was very helpful and extremely prompt on any requests and guidance for the area.

Très beau logement. N’hésitez pas à réserver. Super bien situé. À distance de marche des commerces dont l’épicerie, restos et plage. La piscine est très pratique avec les enfants; elle est située à l’ombre en pm. L’appartement était propre et ressemblait aux photos. Les hôtes répondent rapidement à vos questions. Je recommande ce logement à tous! Un petit coin de paradis.

Danny was very accommodating for all kind of questions and very quick by responding to messages and requests. The apartment was just great, we had a lot of space and the beach was so close, 5min by walking.

We have an incredible stay at Villa Tranquila. The pool and patio area are private, spacious and offer a stunning view of Playa Hermosa. The house was very clean with spotless tile flooring throughout, large en-suite bathrooms, very well stocked kitchen and supplies. Deborah was quick to respond to things that came up - the safe was repaired quickly and an empty propane tank was replaced within minutes of reporting it. Deborah gave us ideas on activities and restaurants and Fernando the property manager is friendly and cheerful. I agree with others that a 4 wheel drive vehicle is needed for steep streets. We will recommend this property to others and will stay here again if we ever return to Costa Rica.

Our stay in Nosara was absolutely perfect! The property is stunning, with gorgeous common areas that make it easy to relax and soak in the tropical vibes. The path to the beach is incredible—just a short walk through beautiful nature, where we spotted amazing wildlife along the way. The location couldn’t be better—so close to the beach, yet also just a short walking distance from great restaurants and shops. We loved biking through the maritime forest, exploring the area, and taking in the natural beauty all around. The pool is one of the best we’ve experienced, thoughtfully set up for a seamless transition from the beach. Beyond the incredible setting, our stay was comfortable, safe, and truly rejuvenating. It warmed our bones and our hearts, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this special place!

Great safe and stylish home! Tons of room and it provides a great atmosphere.

Where to begin… this place exceeded all expectations! The location is excellent for all things Manuel Antonio!… sunsets at the beach, entrance to the Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio, local ecotourism adventures, many restaurants with gorgeous ocean views and great food, and wildlife galore are just minutes from the doorstep! 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, a well equipped kitchen, the excellent El Cerdo Feliz restaurant just next door, Scarlett Macaws and monkeys just outside of the balcony… this place has it all. Not to mention the price cannot be beat! We would choose this place any and every time we travel to Quepos!

Au dessus de mes attentes. Le personnel sur place est très courtois, espace paisible mais à la fois proche de tout et le site est très chaleureux. Je le recommande fortement, un gros coup de cœur 😃

Great 2 bedroom place to stay in Jaco. Located in a good central spot a brief walk away from the beach. Air conditioning but no hot water for showers. Very clean only thing to be aware of is the bar across the street that plays music til 12:00-2:00am. Bar Oz across the street is very fun, worth checking out

The house was beautiful, just like the photos. Our host Fabrizio was outstanding! He was so extremely helpful throughout our whole stay. The house is close to the main street so, we didn't have to go far to the grocery store or restaurants. We opted not to rent a car and use Uber. That was wonderful, the only issue was some drivers weren't extremely familiar with the address but when we learned to tell tell them, when you go up the hill make the first left, it was much easier. Overall, wonderful and relaxing stay. Thank you!

Nos gustó mucho la casa y la limpieza, estuvimos muy cómodos y el jacuzzi una delicia, los chicos disfrutaron mucho la piscina!

Excellent place, host, and location. My in-laws, my partner, our two pets and I felt right at home and Roxy went out of her way to make we had everything we needed. Walking distance to excellent restaurants and nice neighborhood to walk around. I really enjoyed sitting in the backyard. Roxy has some beautiful trees and comfortable furniture, very well laid out. Would definite stay again.

Coco Sunset Hills at Mira's place is a great condo if you want a well appointed and well equipped condo with ideal location in Coco. There are not too many stairs to access condo from closer gate entrance, or only 1 if you access via the main gate. It is absolutely perfect for a long term stay. We were there for 4 weeks and absolutely loved it. The condo is one of the only ones that offers full shade all day, and is only 20 steps away from the sunny pool and surroundings. Lots of beautiful palm trees and tropical plants. All of Coco sunset hills is very well maintained, including the pools, which all have their own charm. (Our) pool got very busy in the afternoon, but otherwise fairly quiet during mornings. Srdjan was very responsive to all of our enquiries and Luis was also able to provide assistance when needed. Great place to visit if you are 50+ and for younger folks too. A lot of retired Canadians return here every year. Coco is a wonderful small town.

As a host myself, I can tell you that you will not find a more responsive Host then Fernando As he lives next door So with Couple issues I've had He was very quick to respond And do fix the situation. So I am confident that he will be a great host And I recommend the place if you have any business to do around there as it is a quiet spot and there's a swimming pool 50 ft in front of The door. best of luck Fernando keep up the good work

Wonderful home and great place to relax after a day full of adventure. Only 30 minutes away from la fortuna. Carol was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had.

Apartamento ideal para descansar y muy cerca de todo, justo a la entrada hay un pequeño centro comercial con mucha variedad de restaurantes asi como un supermercado con todo lo que se necesita. La seguridad es increíble y las instalaciones perfectas. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

April is super responsive, flexible, and helpful. The condo was clean, well appointed, full kitchen, internet fast, views are gorgeous and even better from the pool. It's a great base for surfing and exploring or just hanging and working.

We had the absolute perfect stay at Shannon's beautiful property in Playa Hermosa! The view from the primary bedroom on the second floor was sublime and the pictures of the listing do not do it justice! Pristine linens, clean, quiet, private, and a great kitchen to cook if you wanted to do so! Awesome plunge pool off the first floor balcony! We didn't cook much but explored some of the local restaurants - the ceviches at Marisco on the beach was amazing and the best I had in Costa Rica! Pura Vida Juice Bar for great healthy smoothies and Ginger for great cocktails and small appetizers plates! The property is located with an easy walk to the beautiful uncrowded, calm beach, perfect for swimming and cooling off. Shannon and Michael were the perfect hosts, always helpful, and available to answer any question!
