Just a great experience. The location of Ocean Villas is incredible, and the amenities were better than expected. We cooked at the covered outdoor kitchen twice, and spent every sunrise and sunset on the beach, 100 feet from our condo. The grounds and room were well taken care of, and we felt the stay was a great value. Completely over-delivered compared to our expectations and we won’t hesitate to stay here in the future!

チェックインについて手間取っていた際連絡をするとすぐに返信をしていただき、それでもわからないと現地まで来て教えていただきました。とても親切です。 また、質問にも丁寧に返信していただき、不安を解消してくれました。 家も広く清潔で滞在期間中ストレスなく過ごすことができ、素晴らしい旅行となりました。

부모님과 아이를 데리고 나온 해외여행이었습니다. 3개의 방과 2개의 화장실, 넉넉한 거실과 부엌은 가족들이 편안하게 생활하기에 좋았습니다. 요리 해먹기 위한 주방 도구와 조미료 등이 구비되어 있고, 부엌과 각 방마다 설치된 에어컨 덕분에 쾌적한 환경에서 지낼 수 있었습니다. 이중문으로 보안에도 철저히 신경썼으며 각 방마다 배치된 옷장과 책상, 의자로 모두가 편안하고 공간에 제약없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 주변에 해변, 마트, 리조트 등이 있기에 어딜 가더라도 접근성이 좋습니다. 다만 처음 길을 찾을 때 헤맨 점과 2층이라 캐리어를 들고 올라가야 하지만 그 외에 모두 좋았습니다. 마지막날까지 최고의 배려를 해주신 호스트입니다.

The place was great, exactly what we were looking for. It was a comfortable, clean place to stay and Jake was quick to respond to any messages I sent. I liked the decor, the furniture and beds were comfortable and all the amenities were there, as described. The beach and stores were walkable and we felt right at home. After reading other reviews, yes there’s 3 flights of stairs, but I welcomed the exercise after all the eating we did and you don’t need much hot water for shower in Guam. All 5 of us took showers in a row at the temp we wanted with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.. Very spacious rooms and nice big dining table. Well equipped kitchen. Parking is doable but tight getting in and out of driveway. Entryway doors slide open and closed; keeping them closed kept the house cooler.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb. It seriously felt like a home away from home. Our kids have never had so much fun on a trip before, and that was definitely thanks to Carol's wonderful family. They were super welcoming and invited us to so many local activities and different things; we all just loved it so much. The house was perfect—it was much better than anything I've ever stayed in Guam before. It has the comforts of America, but the charm of Guam! Carol goes above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you could possibly need while you're there for a vacation. The AC worked so well which was shocking for Guam that’s rare! We felt SO SAFE they have a gated house! It was CLEAN and didn’t feel old and musty! We would absolutely stay here again if we are so lucky to come back! Their prices seem very fair especially for what you get! The bathroom shower was massive! Airbnb doesn’t give me enough words to share how wonderful this place is! If this place is open - BOOK

머무는 내내 너무 황홀했습니다. 이렇게 멋진곳에서 숙박할 수 있어서 감사했어요. 바로 앞 바다도 놀기 좋고 가까이에 이나라한자연풀장도 정말 좋아요. 조만간 다시 갈 예정입니다.

깨끗하고 넓은 숙소 따뜻한 물 음료 서비스와 수영장 바우처까지 대가족 숙소로 딱이었습니다 투몬비치 인근에서 완만한 언덕길이 있어 노약자에겐 자동차가 필요하지만 일반 성인들은 도보로 이동 가능할듯 합니다
