Overall, a good value. Cafe downstairs was super convenient.

We had a very nice stay there! The room is comfortable and the location is very central, so that all you want to see in HCMC is very closeby. There are a lot of nice Japanese restaurants around. I'd definitely recommend going there if you want to see HCMC.

Sunny was a great host and was there to welcome us even though we arrived at 12 am! The apartment was great, good location, and sunny was always quick to answer us! She even made sure we didn't miss the fireworks on New Years Eve. Would recommend

Without doubt one of the favorite places I stayed during my time in Sai Gon! Upon arrival I were warmly welcomed by the staff and they know my name! My only suggestion is maybe consider upgrade the mattress to a better one !!! Because i am having back pains when I’m sleeping in that mattress!!! Thank you so much for making my vacation in Vietnam more fun and meaningful by giving a room with a lovely view from the apartment I stayed! Fyi: My room is 4A ☺️

훌륭한 위치, 편리한 교통, 신속한 응대, 주기적인 숙소 청소, 샤워 타월 교체 등등 호스트의 세심한 배려 덕분에 호치민에서 여행하는 일주일동안 매우 만족했으며 행복한 시간을 보냈습니다. Huy에게 다시 한 번 감사 인사드립니다.

I stayed at Sunny’s places for 3-nights and four days. The apartment was much better than I had imagined and the pictures do not reflect the quality of the rooms and fixtures. We used the gym everyday during our stay and the equipment was in great condition and functional. The neighborhood was upscale with a great view of the canal. The convenience store at the entrance to the apartment building was an added bonus and the clerks were courteous and spoke English well. The location was unbeatable with easy access to the best parts of the city by Taxi or Uber. I found Uber to be the best way to get around and the apartment was well-known to most of the drivers. I’ve stayed in a number of Airbnb’s from Aruba to Thailand and Sunny’s place rates at the top of the list.

The room is comfy and Anna is hospitable. There was a small problem with the door lock but was fixed quickly. If the illumination could be improved and store some beers in the fridge, it would be a better place. :-)

Small flat with all the necessary for a short/mid term stays. Swimming pool and gymnasium at 7th fllor really nice and well equipped. Some hairs by the floor when arriving and the flat cookware needs some cleanning but all in all it is a great price-benefit deal. Host always willing to help and providing quick responses and solutions to small issues found. Nhat is a super host regarding communication. Thanks for all the help during my stay.

the place is stylish and very clean. hosting service was so friendly and helpful. we enjoyed our stay at Anna’s place so much and would come back again. lovely time!

We had a little bit of a hiccup at first but Hang went above and beyond to resolve the challenges. Thank you for your patience and generosity! Communication was clear through and through.

it's walkable distance to ben than market and has many cafes and restaurants here. only downside can be the proximity to walking st.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Personal war immer freundlich und immer hilfreich. Wir sind von dort aus zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelaufen wiez. B. Das Kriegsrestemuseum ihrer einfach zum Frühstücken runter an die Straßenecke. Wir waren sehr zufrieden
