Dumaguete: soggiorni in case vacanze

The place was very clean and comfortable . Joy was very helpful and quick to respond. Free pick up and ride to the airport are much appreciated. Location is quite far from the places we needed to get to.

I felt right at home Quiet,just what I needed, however you need your own transport,cause the venue is totally out of the way for most, if not all pedicabs.

We really enjoyed our time staying here, the house is clean and comfortable. The location is peaceful and picturesque, own transport/scooter is advised. There is a super nice and clean pool. The hosts were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and we was able to extend, I would definitely recommend and happily return in the future 😊 thank you

We enjoyed staying with Chona. Unfortunately our visit was cut short due to a schedule change but Chona was very flexible. The unit is very comfortable, including the bedding and living room. The bathroom was spacious and everything worked great. The shared kitchen has all appliances including gas grill which was nice and neat. The family was very welcoming and friendly, including their pets. We did not have a chance to use the pool, which is about 150m down the lane in the common area, but it looked great and the beach is accessible from the pool. This would probably be an ideal rental for those who are divers. Close to the Apo Island boat pier.

Such a hidden Paradies. You dont need to do anything else but watch the sunrise and sunset while enjoying waves under the Shade of big trees. The place of Jack is very clean and very Private. We got lucky as we arrived Jack and Emie are there and such lovrly friendly couple . Their incharge Toto and his wife were also very friendly and help us a lot. A million thanks and money cannot even pay the gratitude I pwed them. My son got sick and Toto's wife even came with me to the doctor for the check up. When we were advise to have my son admitted at the hospital Toto's wife Anna Lee and Emie, Jack's wife were with us the whole time until we able to get a room at the hospital. Without themx I really dont know what to do as we were only there for vacation and dont even know much about the place. I Highly recommended the place not only because I got a lot of help from the owner but the place itself. Apo Island is just on the other side of the resort.

It is a very clean and fresh house. Very big bedroom (only aircon room), big clean modern bathroom. The yard is beautifully landscaped with natural foliage surrounding the propery. It is very quite there which is rare to find, that's because it is out of the way. Thats the one drawback, it is one mile outside of town. If you have your own transportation, its no problem. We had the tricycle from the airport drop us off at the tricycle station across from 7-11 in Valencia. We got a local tricycle driver to bring us to the house and we got his phone number so we could call for a ride when we wanted one. There are several places to rent motorcycles if you want to. There is no tv. Overall is is a great house, great surroundings. Its a good value for the money. Just make sure to arrange transportation needs.

Very happy with our stay! The apartment was just right for our needs. We had several guests visiting from another island and the location is perfect, near airport and close to the Port of Sibulan. Ellie had the place very clean and tidy. Great for several guest. We actually rented two Airbnb and is accommodated all our guest and gave us a nice location to congregate and visit. It is a gated and guarded community, making it safe and there is a pool and basketball at the community center.

Great place and super close to the airport. Was very comfortable for our small group of 4 people, could easily accommodate another 2 comfortably. The only thing is it was sometimes hard to organise transport from this location, but otherwise everything else about this place was great!

Nice clean townhouse. Jo’s Seaside Chicken Inato is an 11 minute walk and a great place to eat breakfast lunch or dinner with great ambiance and affordable. We were able to find tricycles easily most of the time to Sibulan for 15 pesos. Mercury Drug bakeries barbers money changers and open air markets are all there. From Sibulan you can get a Jeepney to the central market of Dumaguete for another 15 pesos. Jeroel was an extremely kind and helpful host. With suggestions for cost effective tricycle tours and places to eat and buy necessities. A host can make or break an accommodation and Jeroel was great.

Definitely recommend staying here when visiting Dumaguete! We, 2 adults and 2 children, had the best time at Yucca Villa. We enjoyed the beautiful garden with swimming pool, the modern comfort and the beautifully decorated interior. Only 10 minutes from the city center which made it easy to go out for food and shopping. One of a kind in Dumaguete!
