Dunedin: soggiorni in alloggi con patio

We loved our stay on the Otaga Peninsula! Bjorn’s place was the perfect spot to enjoy the water views and all the action around the local area; many swimmers, sailors, cyclists and runners in addition to tons of birds. We loved visiting the local beaches (Sandfly, St Clair and Allan’s) to see the wildlife, birds and surfers. We also did two very close by penguin tours and saw many ‘little blues’. We had absolutely everything we needed in the apartment and loved the beautiful views out the huge windows! We ate at The Duck twice because it was so good and used the small local grocery store for essentials. Bjorn dropped by and gave us info on how to use the European style windows as well as restaurant suggestions. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend.

The perfect place for me and my adult friends to arrive at after the Otago Rail Trail! Perfect for a family, with lovely master and beds for three in the second bedroom, it was also fine for the four of us. Gorgeous open plan living, kitchen and dining that was light and bright with lovely green backdrop, and a quick walk to town. As the person booking I was congratulated on my find :-)

Great modern space, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was great. A bit of a walk into the city centre but worth it as we had a parking space for our rental car. lovely out on the balcony also.

We enjoyed staying at a very spacious, homely and exceptionally clean place. It was a bonus having a lockable garage for our small hire car. It was well equipped with extras (eg - spices, oil etc) for self catering. Very spacious for a family. It was walking distance into the city and many of the attractions but it requires an uphill return walk (which is great for fitness). We would highly recommend and we would certainly stay again. Lesley responded quickly to any questions and allowed us a slightly earlier check-in.

This is our second stay at Mike’s and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely, cosy accomodation and the washer and dryer are great for longer stays. Easy walk to the train station and The Octagon ( shops and restaurants), bit of a hill coming home but good exercise. Mike was a very responsive host .

We loved our stay here. Nicky has added so many beautiful touches to make this a comfortable and relaxing place. We will be booking again.

We loved our short stay here! Beautifully renovated, cosy and warm - just perfect for our young family.

Our second time staying at Paula’s. We stayed longer this time and were able to really enjoy and appreciate everything it has to offer. It is such a bright and cheerful cottage with a large sunny deck which we utilised for morning coffee in the sun and bbq’s in the evening. We had family visit and grandchildren were able to explore the surroundings. They all felt they were on holiday even though they lived five minutes away. All this was enhanced by bird song and lavender. I would highly recommend.

Wir waren mit unserer Familie (Kinder 6 und 10 Jahre) bei Tim zu Gast in St.Claire/Dunedin. Es war so schön. Morgens die Flügeltür zur Terrasse geöffnet und die Sonne genossen. Es fehlte an nichts und es war wahnsinnig unkompliziert. Wir fühlten uns sofort Zuhause. Tolle Küche, tolles Haus mit Stuck an den Decken. Die Kommunikation mit Tim war super. Alles wie es bei Airbnb sein sollte. Perfekt. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, haben aber an den drei Tagen tolle Tierbegegnungen gehabt: Seehunde, Pelikane und verschiedene Pinguine in freier Wildbahn. Das wird für uns alle unvergesslich bleiben. Auch das alte Salzwasserfreibad direkt in der Nähe können wir sehr empfehlen...

Really loved staying at Rebecca’s place. Great location, right across the road from the beach. The house is well presented and everything you need for a comfy cost stay. Considering my daughter is studying in Dunedin this will become my new getaway when I’m down visiting her.

We stayed the second time at Karen,s place because we liked it. Quiet neighborhood, unit separate entrance, small kitchen dining area separate by a door from main bedroom. Loved the interior dekoration. shower good pressure. And the best was being able to have little French Bulldog girl Mocha with us. she was comfortable in the kitchen area.

Alles super, hat gut geklappt
