We feel at home and we were nicely surprised with the careful decoration in every corner as well as how warmth is the environment, everything works well and it’s prepared to live at you do in your own place.

Tilly’s house was lovely, clean and comfortable. It is in a nice residential neighbourhood and an easy walk to all the amenities that we needed. There was an awesome taproom just around the corner with really friendly locals. Parking was easy.

Lots of free parking in the vicinity. Handy for a no frills stay.

Great house in a fantastic location just yards from the beach. Plenty of space for all the adults, two children and two dogs. Rosie thought of everything including a nice box of goodies like bread, pastries, biscuits and milk on arrival. House was well stocked with toys and games and everything you need for a seaside holiday. Friends are already taking about returning.

Beautiful lodge in an idyllic location. The design and furnishing of the property made us feel very restful and luxurious. I didn't realise when I booked that the property is split into 2 holiday lets, so you are sharing the meadow and ample car park. It does mean you can't just let your dog out, you have to accompany them. I imagine I just didn't read the description thoroughly enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our 1 year old loved that the property was all on one level.

Well equipped, extremely comfortable with lots of room including two living rooms so people could do their own thing. Good position, corner shop nearby but walking distance to city centre and to also to major supermarkets. Car parking space for 3 cars was useful. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location especially for walking the dogs, there was a very local park area and beaches very near. Enclosed garden was perfect for the dogs and amazing sunny spot. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely come and stay again :) thank you

We spent a fabulous two nights at Marley’s house. The accommodation is connected to the main house, but has a separate entrance and is very private. Everything was clean and well resourced for self catering and entertainment including games for the children. The highlights were the daily kite feeding, watching the birds on the numerous bird feeders, the ability to hike up the well-kept woodland trails from your front door, the surprise cubby house with toys and the warmth and friendliness of Marley and his family. They even dropped us to the local pub for dinner on the Saturday night and picked us up afterwards. We felt welcomed at all times and extremely relaxed leaving. I highly recommend Marley and his accommodation.

The place itself was very clean and perfect for 6 people. We stayed one night between visiting Lyme Regis and Seven Sisters. The only thing I’d say is, plan getting off the island in advance as we left in the morning and had to wait in over an hour of traffic. The only other thing to note, the wifi and cell reception was a little slow.

Just had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 3 young children. It was a cosy and homely base for our exploring, and we thought the added extras of tea/coffee/biscuits were lovely. We hope to return in future :) thank you!

Had a lovely stay with family. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the property and surrounds. The living area was inviting and convivial with a cosy log fire. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive, going out of her way to accommodate and make our stay memorable. Definitely recommend.

Lovely location and lovely lodge, the owner Ruth was super helpful and Leigh the maintenance guy was superb, on hand with any issues or questions about the area at the drop of a hat!

We travelled to Stroud with friends for a two night stay. Anna was very communicative when we needed a cot for our friend’s little one and any questions we had. The pool house is a great location, bi fold doors open to a lovely patio, swimming pool and hot tub. A canopy occupies sofas, bbq and a pizza oven which we utilised. The fire pit along with sandals supplied and rugs are a nice touch to make it cosy. Further to this, Anna thought of everything supplying toiletries, sanitary items, right through to tea, coffee and breakfast supplies Inc a lovely loaf of bread and even dressing gowns to cosy up in Being a dog friendly location I don’t think you will find anywhere as good! The large garden area adjacent to the pool is more than big enough and enclosed for dogs to play and have fun. Would definitely recommend and we’d love to revisit again soon Many thanks Richard

Wow what a gem. Such a lovely cosy home from home. We spent 5 nights at this beautiful place over Christmas visiting our daughter and her family. Wendy was so friendly and helpful and communicated well with all our questions. Bed was so comfortable and managed to get some much needed extra sleep. Kitchen well equipped, sofa and chairs super comfy. Loved the colour coordination and the extra touches. Nice Christmas chocolates and milk tea coffee sugar etc. Really nice walk on the Red Squirrel Trail straight from the doorstep. We will definitely return and highly highly recommend. Lovely homely cottage with some thoughtful touches such as hand-cream and pump soaps and the torches as it was dark at night. Dog friendly providing a space for them to sleep and a garden for them to play in. Very comfortable bed and sweet courtyard off the bedroom for eating breakfast in the sunshine. Excellent electronic guide and all information very useful. Comfortable and homely lounge, en-suite and another bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Great for two people and would highly recommend. Very close to beach and village all walkable. A great airbnb!

'...when can we come back' ...our daughters final comment as we locked the door after a wonderful few days in the sun A costal bolt hole with the character you wish for, understated, relaxed & considered. The small touches of crisps & biscuits on arrival, heating on and gentle music setting a calm atmosphere as you enter, make this a spot to return to another time. Located on a tidal creek, there is always something to see, an ever changing tide swamps the mud flats & lifts your spirits as it does the house , feet dangling into Solent seawater from the deck, an array of wildfowl to watch, its all good here. The highlight, if your a small person (our daughter is 6) is awakening to the sound of squelching feet trudging through the mud at low tide, up to the house for breakfast, 'swans daddy' their daily ritual of knowing where breakfast is best served, is a wonderful addition to the ambiance of this little spot on the sea. David was fast with his messaging & accommodating to our needs.

Ami greeted us as we arrived but had left clear instructions in case she wasn’t around. The cabin was better than described. A few little extras were a nice touch (cereal, porridge, crumpets, milk) plus phone chargers. Ami was very accommodating to my request for a late check out. We didn’t need it in the end but was good to have the option. Location was perfect for us. 10 minutes drive to Goodwood. 15 minutes drive to the beach for a great dog walk and under 10 minutes walk to the local pub for dinner. It’s an ideal little place for a short stay.

Really lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable home. We loved the extras, like games and beach things, so no need to buy for holiday. Some things, like coffee maker and older video games not working, but no worries, there was a french press and plenty to do. Bit far for us to walk to the seafront with the kids. Unfortunately, they closed the road for maintenance work for most of our stay, but the crew was nice and we managed to get in/out, even if our sat nav didn't like the detours.

The apartment was quite and the check in was made easy with a video. The place was lovely with a terrace with table and chairs to sit in. It was about a 15 minute walk into town . But is a nice walk by the sea . I would recommended it. The owners wife was very helpful with taking my suitcase down the outside stairs

A lovely cottage. Really private and the hot tub was a brilliant bonus. Jenna & Dan were really helpful and replied really quickly to any messages.

Wonderful stay for a few nights. Host was very responsive, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Accommodation has just literally been updated so everything was immaculate. I will be back when I’m next in this area for sure
