Favignana: case vacanze sulla spiaggia

Our stay at Maria’s charming historical villa on the stunning island of Favignana was pure bliss. From the moment she picked us up at the harbor, we felt her warm and kind-hearted nature. Despite my Italian not being perfect, we understood each other effortlessly and felt a deep, mutual connection. We spent our days on the beautiful terrace, enjoying swims in the crystal-clear, turquoise waters of our secluded cala. The villa’s location is perfect for exploring the island by bike, e-bike, or motorbike. We chose regular bikes, embracing the “dolce far niente” vibe as we leisurely explored every corner of the island’s beauty. Despite Maria describing the villa as small, it felt like a luxurious paradise with everything we needed and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax, recharge, and discover Favignana’s charm. We’ll definitely be back if we’re lucky enough to find this magical villa available again. Michael è un host fantastico e consiglio vivamente di soggiornare nella sua villa. Era perfetto per la nostra famiglia di 4 persone con 2 bambini piccoli ( 2 anni e 10 mesi). Avevamo organizzato prima del nostro volo per Palermo trasferimenti aeroportuali (costo aggiuntivo) e Michael ci è venuto a prendere dall'aeroporto e ci ha portato alla villa. Era molto pulito e aveva tutto il necessario, Michael aveva fornito 2 seggioloni, un bagnetto e una culla che erano molto utili durante il nostro soggiorno. Il mio bambino di 2 anni adorava giocare sullo scivolo e sulla casetta nel giardino. La villa si trovava a 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e a 5 minuti a piedi dal negozio (mini-market Despar). Nella villa c'erano un ombrellone e dei giocattoli da spiaggia che abbiamo portato in spiaggia con noi. È stata una vacanza molto piacevole e ci tornerei sicuramente. Grazie Michael!

Francesco hat eine tolle Unterkunft in perfekter Lage für Ausflüge in die Natur oder einfach auch mal den Tag auf der wunderschönen Terrasse zu genießen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Spülmaschine. Das war für uns sehr praktisch, weil wir selbst viel kochen. Wir waren mit unserer 5 Monate alten Tochter dort. Auch für sie war es perfekt. Es wurde ein Babybett und ein Kinderstuhl bereitgestellt. Beim nächsten Besuch in Sizilien kommen wir sehr gerne wieder. Es war sehr erholsam!

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad! Het huis is gelegen in een super mooie omgeving, we hebben goed geslapen en genoten van de knusse open haard in de avonden. Het zoute water was alleen niet zo comfortabel en gaf niet echt een schoon gevoel om mee te douchen. Verder was alles naar wens en zouden we het zeker aanraden om hier te verblijven!

We loved our stay at Alessandro's apartment in Trapani. The location was brilliant with a great view out of the kitchen door. The apartment is very central and great for all the lovely restaurants that Trapani has to offer. Alessandro was a perfect host and responded to any queries promptly. We really appreciated the pasta and wine that was left for us. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay again.

What a place! I think it looked even better than on the pictures. The view from the massive terrace is absolutely amazing. It's a very quiet and peaceful area. The sound of the Sea and birdsong greet you in the morning. Also an easy 10 minute stroll up to the village of Scopello with lots of restaurants and bars. Ferdinando and his wife greeted as personally upon arrival and again came to see us when we left. Absolutely recommend this place.

Had the best time here! The place is amazing. It is a part of a very very beautiful resort, everything was clean and cozy The host was very nice and kind, the place has everything you need, the pool was great, the views are stunning and is close to a beautiful beach. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay in Giuseppe’s place. Location was lovely and peaceful but easy walk to beach and into the town. The villa has everything you need and is very tastefully decorated. Giuseppe is a very helpful and friendly host. Only downside is that the jacuzzi wasn’t working during our stay so our son was disappointed. We would definitely go back again.

When we requested to book, Dominico said that the jacuzzi isn’t working, it wasn’t a problem for us, so we checked in, well what I can say, large “home” two bedrooms, large and amazing bathroom but this is not all, the most impressive was the pool at night and the great and amazing view in the morning, thank you for everything!!!

What an enjoyable, one of a kind experience during our 5-night stay. The home is right across the street from a beautiful lagoon, very secure, as others have described it. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout. Small, but really well equipped kitchen. Vivi provided us with pasta, sauce makings, bread, a bunch of water, coffee, jam. Made it so easy to snuggle in. The property in front of the apt. Was built in the 1800s - what a treat to see that type of home and live in a possibly simpler way than we might always. Also, great shower, hairdryer, washing machine. We were often visited during our late afternoon happy hour by neighborhood kittens and the sweetest dog in the world. Salt pans are nearby. Ate at mamma caura for lunch - best salad I’ve had yet in Sicily. Seafood was sublime. Went to two other restaurants/bars near by (outdoor) that were a treat. Quiet this time of year which also made it seem other worldly. Vivi was incredibly responsive to 1 blip.

Einfach hervorragend! Die Kommunikation war von der Buchung ab super freundlich und angenehm. Alles wurde detailliert erklärt und auf Nachfragen wurde sofort reagiert. Beim Check-in war Paola selbst anwesend, hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Sie ist eine super Gastgeberin, freundlich und nett und wir haben uns sofort am richtigen Ort gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt versteckt hinter Hecken und ist dadurch nicht einsehbar - also auf der Terrasse ist man völlig ungestört. Die Wohnung selbst war super sauber, große Küchenzeile, weiträumiges Wohnzimmer, Klimaanlage, Bad unten im EG, sowie oben im 1. OG... Beide Zimmer im 1. OG haben einen Balkon und große Fensterläden und man kann vom Bett aus, aufs Meer sehen-einfach ein Traum!!! Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Viele Buchten erreicht man zu Fuß oder in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto.bAuch der Supermarkt, sowie viele Restaurants sind im die Ecke. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, einen fantastischen Urlaub und können Paola als Gastgeberin nur empfehlen!

A wonderful house, beautifully decorated and with all the comforts you need. Beautiful rooms, lots of space, two blissful terraces, ... . The setting is magisterial with sea views and surrounded by greenery. Great for relaxing in silence, away from the crowds, yet within walking distance of the beach and the lovely centre of San Vito. Natascia and Giovanni are wonderful sweet hosts who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Natascia can also do fantastic cooking, so be sure to be persuaded when she suggests it. They give great tips, are always willing and super sweet. We enjoyed it incredibly with our three kids and will definitely come back ! Our best experience ever with Airbnb

The place is an exceptionally good hit. Quiet, peaceful, clean and safe. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of space, great porch, comfortable large bedroom, air conditioners everywhere, large bathroom. The second bedroom is a compromise because of the lack of a window and therefore air, but we were a couple and we did not use it. Great location just 10 minutes drive from beautiful beaches and good restaurants. The pool is great with an amazing view. The parking lot is large and is an absolute convenience. The best service from Danilo, who took care of us in a perfect way with advice, delivered us coffee and breakfast in the morning and was always smiling and available. I 100% recommend this place!

Beautiful villa in Marsala! We stayed for 3 nights and Tiziana and Sergio were so nice and welcoming. They live in the upper portion of the house but the lower portion where we stayed is secluded from the top. This also meant they were super responsive for everything and even brought us a welcome package with pasta, sauce and some fruit. The area was quiet and we felt very safe. My kids loved the pool and couldn't wait to jump in every morning. It's only a 10 mins drive to central Marsala, 15 mins to Trapani airport, and 45 mins to Trapani. I can't recommend this place enough!

Notre séjour fût hélas trop court mais intense. Cette villa et les environs du domaine m'ont laissé une très belle empreinte, la décoration, le côté paisible et le jacuzzi ont été un grand plus. À noté que nous étions présents à une période calme au niveau touristique ce qui a renforcé notre sentiment de calme et de plaisir dans ce lieu. Merci Favignana !

Even though we didn’t visit in the high season but early April, we had an amazing time here! The view from the house was incredible, bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. We even got to try some of Nonna’s cooking which was so fun! Recommend:)

Siamo stati a San vito per Capodanno per un totale di 4 persone. Siamo stati accolti di persona dall'host che ci ha gentilmente riscaldato la casa per il nostro arrivo, offrendoci anche acqua, succo e una bottiglia di vino. La casa pulitissima e fornita di tutto, ottima per due coppie di amici. Vicina al centro e vicina anche alle falesie. Abbiamo avuto un imprevisto con l'apertura del cancello e siamo aiutati subito nonostante fosse mattina presto. esperienza ottima :)

zona tranquilla e rilassante. ci sono degli appartamenti vicini ma nessun problema con loro. Casa attrezzata con tutto per cucinare e viversi la casa.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, schön privat, ruhig und mit Kind perfekt da er draussen frei spielen konnte ohne grössere Gefahren. Küche mit Tür zur Terrasse hat uns sehr gefallen! Räder kann man auch ausleihen. Hatten dann nur noch eines mit sicherem Babysitz im Zentrum geholt, aber das andere reguläre E-Bike war super. Super Abhol- und Bringservice zum Hafen, vielen Dank! Einzig der Weg durch oder um den Tunnel ist mühsam, nächstes Mal werden wir wieder die andere Seite des Berges wählen, hat aber nichts mit dem Komfort der Unterkunft zu tun. Rosa ist sehr bemüht und kümmert sich gut um die Bedürfnisse ihrer Gäste!

La casa di Marco ed Erica è stata perfetta per il nostro soggiorno. Cinque ospiti stanno comodamente nelle due camere e gli spazi aperti, giardino e terrazzo, sono ben attrezzati e offrono un bel panorama. La casa si trova al limite del paese, in un luogo tranquillo, ma in cinque minuti a piedi si è in centro. A Favignana ci si muove in bicicletta e la casa ne permette il ritiro in cortile. Erica è stata presente e premurosa nel darci indicazioni, inoltre, forniscono un libretto di informazioni sulla casa e sull'isola molto ben fatto. Insomma, la consigliamo per una spensierata vacanza di famiglia. Grazie Erica e Marco
