This is a fantastic villa! Brand new, spotlessly clean and really well equipped. Everything had been thought of, including washing powder, first aid to name a couple. Really beautiful, warm pool and outdoor area. It’s as good as it looks! Lovely peaceful surroundings but within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants. Really great hosts, who were super responsive and helpful, meeting us on arrival, showing us round the villa and then sending on loads of info about local places to see and eat. Cannot rate this highly enough!

This villa is a gem! As first time visitors to Kefalonia, this turned out to be the perfect location for our family of 5 (2 adults + 3 teenagers). Peaceful, with gorgeous views from every bedroom and a magnificent pool area, but close enough to Argostoli and other towns to make restaurants, shopping, church, etc doable. Even though it's near the airport, there was no noise and I think we honestly only saw one plane take off. I feel like you do need a car to get around the island. It was a bit difficult to find initially, but we figured it out and our host met us at the villa, which was such a nice touch. The house is amazing, super clean with every amenity you would need (ironing board + iron, hair dryers, washing machine, drying rack, full kitchen, plenty of towels). We even found a bottle of wine, bread and fruit for us on check-in. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat if we're ever lucky enough to return to Kefalonia. It was magic!

My stay here was just what my partner and I wanted! We traveled in the off-season so not much was open except in the main city (no tourist restaurants or beach cafes), but exploring the city by the water was wonderful, plenty to eat and see. The stay was wonderful! Nice bathroom, beautiful outdoor area, and great company from the kitties. We were shown in and given plenty of information. Only down side was the bed…not the most comfortable sleep ever, but the beauty surrounding made up for it. ;) Thank you!

Konstantina et sa famille ont été d'une hospitalité et d'une générosité sans égal. De nombreuses attentions nous ont été accordées pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Vous ne trouverez pas d'hôtes plus accueillants, ça a été un réel plaisir de faire leur connaissance. Le logement est exactement comme dans la description. Piscine entretenue journalièrement, le logement était impeccable également. Localisation stratégique pour se promener un peu partout sur l'île. Il est cependant nécessaire d'avoir une voiture pour se déplacer. Nous avons eu droit à plusieurs jours de pluie durant notre séjour, mais la superbe villa ainsi que les petits plats qui nous ont été offerts généreusement nous ont vite fait oublier se désagrément. un vrai plaisir, nous y retournerons.

What a wonderful week! George and Sofia were extremely kind and attentive hosts, giving us all the help and information we needed. As we arrived late, Sofia offered us some delicious stuffed peppers and had left us a bottle of wine plus stuff for our first breakfast, which we really appreciated. It’s in a great location with lovely views from the private terrace across the garden and olive groves to the sea. Although less than a mile to the airport, it was very quiet (only a handful of flights a day). There’s a small mini market up the road, and LIDL and Kritikos supermarkets are about 10 minutes’ drive away. Just 10-15 minutes’ drive to the capital Argostoli, it’s a great base to explore the island by car. There was tea, coffee and essentials like olive oil, salt and pepper and all the appliances you need to cook – we loved breakfasts on the balcony and dinner on the terrace as the sun set. If we return to Kefalonia, we would definitely stay here again. Many thanks, George and Sofia!

We have just returned from an amazing 10 day holiday at Blue Sea House & all we can is wow! The villa is spotless & kept immaculate & includes daily housekeeping, which we weren’t aware of, but was a really nice & pleasant surprise. Michela was an amazing host & always available, despite her & her family working all hours. She & her family do live above the apartment, but we never saw them the entire 10 days & we could tell they were consciously staying away, so we had the place to ourselves. We had a toddler in tow & Michela went out of her ways to buy a cot for him. She pointed us in the direction of supermarkets, boat tour providers & everything else. The kitchen was fully functional & had everything we needed. The outside area was amazing, the pool & views exceptional to the extent we stayed in on a couple of days relaxing. Could not fault Blue Seas in anyway. We hope to come back to Zante one day and if we do we will certainly be staying with Michela and at Blue Seas!

Die Lage ist großartig, nur 10 min vom Hafen zu Fuß, trotzdem ruhig und fast ländlich. Das beste ist aber der Gastgeber, immer für einen da, freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit,offen aber nie aufdringlich. Er geht ganz individuell auf seine Gäste ein und die Gespräche mit ihm waren interessant und bereichernd. Ich kann nur nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank sagen für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt und daß er sogar mit mir zum Strand gefahren ist, wenn jemals wieder Ithaka dann nur bei ihm!

The place was great the hostess was very attentive. The place was equipped with all you need coffee machine kettle a and so on. great location , close to the old bridge ,beautiful view from the porch. about 200 m from the place to the north there is a fine place that serve breakfast and dinner

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Apartment von Makis gefühlt. Beim Check-In war seine Mutter vor Ort und hat uns freundlich empfangen. Im Allgemeinen war das Apartment sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage.

Ubytovanie bolo nadherne, utulne a ciste. Dobre vybavenie kuchyne. Velka terasa s krasnym vyhladom na more. Poloha skvela, dobra dostupnost celeho ostrova. Domaci boli velmi priatelski a mili. Doniesli nam aj kolac na privitanie a zaujimali sa, ci je vsetko v poriadku. Odporucam

Maria's Studios was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The apartment was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious veranda was perfect for eating, reading or just staring at the stars. The location was ideal for exploring the island. The nearby village offered a peaceful and authentic Greek experience with a small mini market and an exceptional restaurant. The beach at the bottom of the hill is also lovely with crystal clear waters and lots of snorkelling. Katerina and her daughter were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home, they treated us like part of their family. They also provided valuable recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and activities. We highly recommend Maria's Studios to families looking for a charming and affordable accommodation in Kefalonia. The combination of comfortable amenities, a convenient location, and friendly hosts made it an unforgettable experience.

very beautiful building and very beautiful interior. it really stands out for its cleanliness it is absolutely spotless and the hallways smell beautiful. The apartment itself has been designed to an extremely standard. it most definitely deserves and justifies its luxury name. the air con was fabulous the water was hot the beds were comfy. and the technology was modern. free netflix which was a plus and very lovely host. and more than one balcony to sit at

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The house was spotless, with all the amenities you could ask for, and in a fantastic location facing the sea. Angela and her family were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the Wi-Fi to make it a bit faster and more reliable, but overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful studio, fully equipped and comfortable. I loved the location: it’s a bit on the edge of the village and very peaceful, but you can walk to the restaurants and supermarkets. Amazing sunrises over the sea from the balcony. I’ll come back here next time I’m in kephalonia. Warmly recommended!

Excellent accommodation for 2 adults & 1 child. 5 to 7 mins walk into town, which has numerous great restaurants. Private pool was excellent with bedroom & bathroom all spotless. Fresh linen & towels provided during stay. Perfect accommodation & location but it does require climbing some stairs so please bear this in mind.

Η Βασιλικη ηταν πολυ καλη οικοδεσποινα και το σπιτι ηταν πολυ καθαρο.

Wspaniałe miejsce na wypoczynek, zdecydowanie polecam dla osób ceniących spokój i ciszę. Gospodarze pomocni ale bardzo dyskretni, nie zakłócają swoją obecnością pobytu. Apartament czysty, przestronny i wyposażony w niezbędne rzeczy. Mogliśmy dzięki temu zrobić sobie małe śniadanie i zaraz po nim ruszyć na zwiedzanie wyspy. Śniadania niemal zawsze spożywaliśmy na stoliczkach, umiejscowionych przed rezydencją w cieniu palm. Dzięki temu mieliśmy piękny widok na Morze Jońskie. Jeśli potrzebny jest internet, to w apartamencie jest świetny sygnał wifi. Jeśli przyjedziecie autem, jest możliwość zaparkowania w miejscu zacienionym drzewami oliwnymi. Dzięki temu samochód nie był rozgrzany. Polecam z czystym sercem!

Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis zum Ende einfach perfekt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und neuwertig. Die Lage ist top, das Zentrum sowie der Strand sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die Gastgeber kümmern sich sehr herzlich und mit viel Mühe um die Gäste. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär und das Restaurant im unteren Bereich ist sehr empfehlenswert und qualitativ erste Klasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder 👍

Lovely apartment with excellent views . Marina's place was well appointed and everything worked very well. Marina was happy to accommodate our request for beach towels, extra set of keys and a late check out. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of local amenities. All in all a great stay and would highly recommend.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο μέσα στη πόλη είναι τα πάντα δίπλα και μπορείς να βγεις το βράδυ με τα πόδια και δεν χρειαζρυε αυτοκίνητο .Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολύ ευγενική μας εξυπηρετούσε σε όλα !!! Όποτε πήραμε τηλεφωνο αμέσως απαντούσε και μας βοηθούσε σε ότι θέλαμε !! Μου έδωσε και μια πολύ ωραία μαρμελάδα που είχε φτιάξει πραγματικά υπέροχη Κυρία !! Θα ήθελα να επισκεφτώ ξανά αυτό το διαμέρισμα !!!

En veldig fin og hyggelig leilighet med balkong som gir både skygge og sol. Sengene var veldig komfortable. I gangavstand til sentrum/gågate (10 min ca). kort vei til supermarkeder (2 min). air conditioning fungerte bra i både soverom og stue! Veldig fornøyd og anbefaler Dimitris leilighet for opphold i Argostoli!
