Pictures don't do justice, the place is better in person. Love the location and views, you dont need to go anywhere else, you have it all right there, they also have beach chairs, coolers, nets for the kids, floaties and much more. The apartment is very comfortable and it was perfect for my family, I feel I booked it too short.. next time at least 10 days. Amazing Host and will come back. Thank You so much.

We had a nice time. It was an impromptu trip so it was definitely out of season for the beach. However, the view was beautiful and the kids still got in the water. Brandon and Katharina's home was clean and comfortable. It was decorated perfectly for the beach and was not cluttered. The amenities were chefs kiss. They were proactive and provided detailed information that helped us check in easily. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store. All in all, we would absolutely love to return someday.

The views were amazing! We loved waking up to the sunrise over the water, as well as the quick access to being able to get down to the beach! Would definitely stay here again when we’re back in Gulf Shores!

Words can not describe how amazing our visit was! Where do I start… beds were super comfortable, spectacular view and ability to walk the beach and run in the community. The kitchen was perfect - it had everything you need without being cluttered. Bathrooms had great water pressure. Amazing two floor layout and amazing location. The decor was beach vibe, not over done, just so tasteful. There is also a work out room and pool in the building. The pool is half indoor / half outdoor and when the dividing door was open starting Feb 1, it was superb to swim in a heated pool and look out at the beach. Stores nearby and great restaurants at Rosemary Beach. I could go on and on… worth every moment and grateful to San for sharing her special place by the beach!

Lovely 9th floor balcony and view of the beach. Living area and kitchen like new and well furnished. Comfy bed. Easy elevator ride and walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Description & pictures are spot on and we NEVER heard any neighbors! Elevators were not a problem as we were weren't staying during peak season. Keith had great suggestions on being prepared for potential long check ins and elevator waits. Check in was less than 5 minutes & we had a 5 minute wait one time for the elevator! 180° view of the ocean is breath taking. We saw a manatee, and watched visits from manna rays several times a day. Bed & linens were very comfortable, & I'm picky about linens! My back never hurt due to an uncomfortable bed. I would find myself waking up at night and going out to the balcony to take in the sights & sounds. With a full moon during our stay the beach was fairly bright at night. Several beach towels, chairs, & umbrella were available for us. The walk to the water is a shorter distance than other beaches. Bring a scoop of some sort to look for the bigger sea shells! Come prepared for a very pleasant week & a lot of time at the beach!

We had a great experience here. The accommodations were clean and spacious. Having three separate bedrooms and three bathrooms was great! The close proximity to the beach was perfect, and the views were spectacular. We saw dolphins jumping in the water also! No issues whatsoever.

Our stay at B1007 was wonderful. Fran was very communicative and proactive before we even checked in; getting our pass and info we need months in advance. When we enter the condo the place feels like home. It has everything you need: towels, beach closetS(2), stocked kitchen, books, blankets, stroller for our youngest, etc. The place was clean and all the bedding smelled fresh. Brand new beach towels and a small stock of toiletries and kitchen needs. The condo was well decorated and well taken care of, updated but comfortable. Outside the condo was a spacious pool that even in the crowded July month, we always found a place. And then just down the boardwalk was the white sand, with a helpful pathway in the sand to roll your cart (which is provided in the condo!) There were always activities for our family and we only left the club twice. We ate, had dessert and drinks, played games, had blowups, rock walls, all the things right on the property. We never wanted to leave!

Beautiful, comfortable condo. The balcony is amazing - you can enjoy the beach without even leaving. Great location - convenient to restaurants, groceries, putt-putt, etc. Beautiful pool area and right on the beach. Melissa is wonderful to work with, highly recommend!

It was perfect for the two of us. The bedroom loft made it feel airy and open. The pantry was well stocked with small kitchen appliances although we ate out most of the time. All the furniture was very comfortable. The unit number was a little hard to see but very convenient to be next to the elevator.

This was our 2nd year coming here. Friendly people, beautiful condo and relaxing. highly recommend this condo!

My wife and I visited in May. The unit was amazing. Very clean and inviting. The balcony furniture was very modern & beachy and the view was great! We enjoyed watching the Sunsets and the ocean wildlife swimming past us each day. We walked to the local restaurants and it was only a short drive to St. Andrews state park where we enjoyed a sunset/dolphin viewing boat ride. The beach is sublime and the clear turquoise waters were ideal. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen was just the right size. We recommend this unit to anyone interested in a romantic spot with plenty to do. Looking to come back some day! Highly recommend!

Cindy was a pleasure to communicate with and really took care of us the entire time! She allowed us to check in early which enabled us to leave earlier in the morning and allow the baby to sleep most of the way there. It made for a much smoother trip down! The condo was beautiful and everything was perfect. We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

A couple of my girls & I came down to this beautiful place in Destin for a girls trip & we loved everything about the place it was super cute, relaxing with really great views! I would stay here again & I would highly recommend staying here!

This condo is a great place to stay! The view is awesome and the condo is well organized, clean and beautiful.

My husband I thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this beautiful, immaculate and peaceful home. Rick and Lorelei went above and beyond to include extra thoughtful organizational items like clothes hooks, extra hangers, and too many other numerous items to mention! We truly felt pampered! Our daily walks on the Navarre pier and area beaches, the fun local zoo, museums, restaurants and walking trails were terrific. Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a great time. There were 2 families and the right amount of space to hang out at. We liked the decks to wake up with our coffee in the morning. The location was beautiful. It was very close to a beautiful beach. The pools were very nice. The management team quickly responded to our questions.

Great place in Blue Mountain. Walk to the beach and restaurants! Place was very clean. No issues whatsoever. Will stay again.

Our family of four enjoyed our week at the Purple Parrott. The pool with live music each night lead to additional and unexpected entertainment. The house is a 10 minute walk to public beach access or a 3 minute drive to Johnson's Beach National Seashore. At $25 for the week, it was well worth the price to gain access to the National Park with pristine beaches and fewer crowds. Shane is very responsive with any questions. Also, the house is equipped with many beach essentials (beach chairs, wagon, snorkel, pails, beach toys) so you don't have to pack/purchase your own. The house also had a Keurig, air fryer, and any needed utensils/pots/pans/etc. which allowed us to enjoy some meals at the property. This location is ideal as it is between Gulf Shores and Pensacola so there are numerous spots within reasonable distance for eating and entertainment. However, Perdido Key is a less populated area which means less traffic and crowds. Will definitely return.

We found the perfect vacation home to rent for our family, and we are so thankful for Sarah's help! We were searching for a property last minute, and she was incredibly responsive. The home was spacious, clean, and made the entire family feel comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property to friends looking in the Pensacola, Perdido, or Orange Beach areas!

This place had everything we needed as a large family. All older children and we all enjoyed our stay very much! We will return to this location!
