We recently had the pleasure of staying at "The Nut Farm", a beautiful property in Seymour, Tennessee. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a spotless, well-maintained home. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to local attractions. The house itself was cozy and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially loved the outdoor space, where we enjoyed morning coffee while taking in the serene landscape. Kathy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We highly recommend staying at The Nut Farm property if you're looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in Seymour, Tennessee. We can't wait to return!

The owner Michelle is very friendly and cooperative . The home is very comfortable and relaxing . . My family is very happy to have had a vacation in the mountains . We love Tennessee and hope to return very soon

The house was great! Emily was so nice and accommodating all the time. It was a great place to stay. We would love to come back as it was super close to where my daughter lives it Knoxville. Huge 👍🏻

Just a great place to stay.

We stayed in this cozy cottage on our recent trip to Knoxville for a UT college tour and football game. The location was very convenient for accessing the north side of Knoxville and avoiding most traffic related to the game. It was only about a 15 minute drive, but being on top of this hill in the woods of Fountain City made you feel you were worlds away. The views of the mountains in the distance were beautiful. And my teenage son enjoyed the tennis and basketball court. If we had had more time I would have loved to make use of the firepit. Oh, by the way, the bathroom is indeed tiny but the shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot!

This place was absolutely beautiful inside and extremely well furnished for the epic cabin feel ! Just some fyi, the bedroom is up the stairs and outside entry only from the kitchen and living room areas below. In inclement weather, may be a little challenging to stay dry and warm between the two spaces but otherwise it’s a perfect place to stay. There are two massive wall mounted TV’s in both living areas to enjoy.

Wonderful 2-night stay at the Salt House. Lisa responded very quickly to my initial inquiry allowing for a short-notice check-in which was very helpful. The place is constructed and furnished with superb quality and attention to detail and highlights Lisa’s impeccable taste. It is very quiet despite being right off a fairly busy road, and the surrounding fields and mountain views are beautiful. I enjoyed coffee outside each morning just taking in the peaceful countryside. Lisa was friendly and provided a couple of helpful recommendations. I very much enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

We had a great stay, it was about 30-minute drive to everything we wanted to do. The BnB was clean and spacious, while the neighborhood was peaceful.

This was a wonderful place for us to stay. We were in town for a Memorial Service and our relative's home was a 5 minute walk from Brett's. It was an extremely comfortable place to rest - peaceful and quiet. Brett and his Family were wonderful hosts.

Everything about this stay was incredible! The house is perfect for a couples getaway. Lise and Brian are amazing hosts and are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Doran + Breanne's place was impeccably clean and neat. The bed and bedding were top-notch and I rested so well. The living are was so comfortable and cozy, and the kitchen stocked with all the essentials we needed. I loved getting up each morning and having hot coffee to enjoy while I looked at the beautiful spring budding and wild bunnies playing in the yard. The shower was so amazing and had nice amenities for travelers. My husband and I especially loved where the home was slightly off the beaten path, but a very quick drive to anything we wanted to do. We will definitely be back to stay! Very beautiful home and it was a blessed experience. Thank you!

The Chicken Coop was absolutely fantastic and definitely planning on being returning guests soon. Being from South Knoxville my wife and I knew the area well and didn’t have any problems finding great restaurants and bars which most are in safe walking distance. You’ll love it there thanks Wanda for hosting us

Gloria's place was perfect for our trip to Walland for a big family Thanksgiving. My favorite part was sinking into the comfy mattress with the soft duvet at the end of day. The apartment was so cozy and comfortable with great decor. We loved the electric fireplace and the well stocked kitchen. A perfect place for two, hope we can stay again.

A great little place convenient to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, away from the usual traffic and quite peaceful.

Oh man! This place was everything we could have ever wanted! The kids were obsessed with the animals, we had an amazing fire with s’mores stuff provided. The place is absolutely stocked full of everything you could need and the hosts are amazing! This place is so cute and comfy, and exactly our style. We spent the night on our way to Florida and will definitely be back when in the area. We will have family memories to last a life time for the short amount of time we were there! Highly recommend!

Tonys place is currently going through some renovations (deck and pool) which took longer than expected to be completed therefore we were not able to use those amenities but Tony immediately messaged me in enough time to cancel and rebook somewhere else. Tony worked with us and we decided to stay at his place. The place was very clean, my kids loved the foosball table, and all the movie selections available. I appreciated Tonys quick responses anytime we had a question. The kitchen was well stocked with enough pots and pans and bathroom had enough towels for everyone to use. The downstairs bathroom had a really nice shower head. I'm pretty sure once the renovations are completed and the weather is warmer the deck and pool will look amazing. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to use the outdoor screen but it looked really cool.

Randy was nothing short of fantastic to work with! Very flexible on a couple last minute changes we had with check in/out times and amount of people staying at the bnb. He was beyond accommodating to us all! Randy was great to chat with and had suggestions for areas to check out for our stay (and has a fun little bike collection to show off too while he’s around). He offered to let us use the garden hose, a wash bucket, and even offered us to let us borrow his tools if needed (even though we brought our own!). The dirt road running up to the house is rough but not horrible, if your car is super low it could be a little bit difficult to traverse just due to occasional larger rocks (as he stated in the description). In my time there Randy was also actively working on smoothing out the road, the patches he had started working on were much smoother than the rest of the road. Overall great host and location! If you don’t mind spending ~7 minutes on a gravel/dirt road I’d highly recommend!

We cannot thank you enough for the beautiful living space and even more beautiful views! We wanted peace and quiet and that's exactly what we received. So calming and quiet. Just peace in that space of God's beautiful earth. Immaculate living space, large bedrooms and large bathrooms. Loved the large walk in shower too. Pamela and Jon were excellent hosts. We enjoyed talking with them and finding out more about the valley we were in and the local area. Honestly, cannot thank you enough. We are already looking into returning and staying with you again! This being my first experience with Airbnb I was nervous of the unknowns. My nerves were calmed immediately upon meeting and talking with Mandee. Amazing experience! Friendly, helpful, communicative. The rental was better than any hotel could be. I definitely recommend this rental to anyone who wants to visit Knoxville Tn.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und Wolfgang ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und ruhig, dabei ist sie sehr zentral gelegen, um etwas zu unternehmen. Ich war 2 Wochen dort und habe mich zu jeder zeit wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt: 5 Sterne! Würde ich empfehlen.

The property and surrounding areas are beautiful and extremely peaceful. The rental was clean, neat, safe, and comfortable. Our host Margee was very kind, friendly, understanding, and responded to my messages within a few minutes. Although the rental is near her home, it felt like we were by ourselves. The property has several areas to enjoy including gazebo and a nearby river (side note, she even has walking sticks next to the rental for hiking).The location is so private and gorgeous that it felt like a piece of heaven just for you. If you are looking for a place to relax, enjoy nature, beautiful scenery, amenities, and nearby shopping this is the perfect place. I hope to go back soon!
