The apartment is better than the photos. It is big, authentic and really interesting. There is no air conditioning, which can be a problem for some people during the summer. We left the windows opened and it was okay to sleep. It was easy to park the car nearby. It is located in a strategic place to visit Castel Gondolfo and other attractions by the lake. The apartment is in the center of Marino, so there are caffés, restaurants etc. in walking distance. Besides, there are many great restaurants in 5 minutes driving.

Lorenzo the co-host was very helpful and was kind enough to allow me early check-in. The mobile wifi modem was very useful for walking the streets, although it stopped working the last evening I was there, don't know why. This place is so homely and has everything one needs. I highly recommend it.

The apartment was great and clean, the host was very nice and very responsive. The check-in and check-out was very smooth and the instructions were simple.

We had a lovely stay at Guiliana’s apartment. Giuliani was most helpful and welcoming despite our late arrival due to a train delay .. she made us very welcome and explained all the details we needed and made great recommendations for local eating . The apartment was warm , comfortable and peaceful . It was well equipped for the home cooking we did ; the local cafes and restaurants were great ., we liked Grazia and Grazielli nearby , and Pasticceria Mariana! The A metro line into Central Rome is 8-10 mins flat walk via Ponte Lungo station( try Kaos Cafe as you pass!) so very convenient all round .. Thankyou Giuliana ⭐️

Pobyt u Alberta a Mariky jsme si moc užili. Byt jsme bez problémů našli a cesta z letiště byla snadná. Spojení do centra skvělé. Sousedství bylo vřelé, plné místních lidí, restaurací, kaváren a obchodů. Cítili jsme se velmi bezpečně. Byt byl obří! Zážitek byla možnost vyjít z obývacího pokoje přímo na balkón. K dispozici byla spousta úložného prostoru. Postel byla velmi pohodlná. Občas jsme slyšeli zvuky od sousedů, jedno ráno dokonce začali rekonstruovat byt, ale Marika okamžitě tuto situaci řešila. Okna dokonale těsnila, z venku jsme neslyšeli nic. Rozhodně doporučujeme a rádi se vrátíme.

Our stay was wonderful! Accommodations were just as pictured and our host was very responsive with any questions we had. Area felt safe and was convenient. I would tell friends to stay here if they come to Rome.

Riccardo and Irene have been incredibly helpful and responsive. The place was comfy, tidy and clean. Public transports were nearby and connections were easy.

Giuseppe and Max were fantastic hosts! I communicated directly with Max during the stay and he was very helpful in meeting us, providing recommendations for restaurants, help with taxis, and more! The home was very nice- clean, all of the amenities were great. I would highly recommend this home!

Logement très bien situé à 5 min à pied de la gare, 2e étage avec ascenseur. Appartement très beau et bien décoré avec une belle hauteur sous plafond, très lumineux et de belles prestations. Extrêmement propre et confortable, notamment les lits. Tout semble neuf en fait! Une petite pizzéria en face où on mange bien, ça ne gâche rien! Transports en commun tout près, bus au bout de la rue et métro à 5 min.

El alojamiento es justo a lo descrito, ubicaciòn excelente con transporte público (bus) en la puerta de la vivienda y de paso frecuente, distancia al centro en menos de 15’, la vivienda en cuestiòn muy acogedora para grupos amplios y familias, todo perfecto y Roma es preciosa, muchas gracias!!!!

Logement très bien équipé, correspondant à la description et dans un état de propreté impeccable. Station de métro, facilement accessible à pied. Coin terrasse agréable. Accueil chaleureux

Отличная квартира со свежим ремонтом. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Хозяйка отзывчивая и дружелюбная. Район тихий и спокойный, рядом река Тибр, рядом с которой утром неплохо прогуливаться. Все отлично!

Logement très agréable et très accessible depuis le centre ville (2 stations de métro) Et une hôte hyper réactive pour nous recevoir quartier à proximité avec de très bons petits commerces Nous recommandons vivement

Very convenient and walkable to the basilica, we love our stay, felt like home. My family was very happy we were few minutes away from the Vatican. Maurizio the host is very responsive and flexible also Christina whom waited for us at the entrance of the building made us feel more confident on our stay. She gave us instructions and recommended a lot of places where to eat, how to take the bus, what number etc. our second day we were experts taking public transportation and walking around the neighborhood. And honestly everything is within walkable distance, from luxury shopping to any Shop, and restaurants! Over all my family had the best time!

We were very thankful to have found this place. It was a 5 mins walk to Garbatella station, and the host was so sweet to let us check in early. The place was amazing, it was so new, clean and has that perfect bath tub which helped ease our legs from the long walks in the day! Even a washer & dryer machine that came in handy. After touring Italy across few cities, this remains our favorite Airbnb and I would recommend this place to everyone. Will rebook if I’m back in Rome!

Departamento muy limpio todo ordenado el acceso fue rápido y seguro, buena comunicación y respuesta con el anfitrión lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Seconda permanenza (a distanza di due anni) in questo alloggio: pulito, ordinato e davvero ben tenuto. Simona e Stefano sono stati estremamente gentili e reattivi nelle risposte nonostante il periodo di festa. Hanno risolto un piccolo inconveniente celermente e assicurandosi di non disturbare il nostro soggiorno. Il quartiere è tranquillo, ci sono posti liberi per le auto nelle strade adiacenti e alcuni mezzi pubblici utili a distanza di pochi passi. Ci sono ristoranti di quartiere raggiungibili con una breve passeggiata. Consiglio questo appartamento per la struttura (dotata di ogni comfort) ma soprattutto per i due host.

I stayed at Francesca's place with my two teenage sons. We had a fantastic time in Rome. Francesca was an excellent host. She was very quick to respond to any of my questions. She was very accommodating when I asked for early check-in due to our early flight arrival. She met us at the apartment, showed us around, told us about the area and transportation, and let us know about events in the area. The apartment was well stocked with essentials, plus drinks and snacks for us to enjoy. Francesca checked in with me a few times during our stay to see if we needed anything. She was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was clean and matched the pictures. We were comfortable. The location is good. It's a 10 min walk to St.Peter's square, and then another 10 minutes to the Ottaviano metro stop, which made it easy to get to the Colosseum. There are nearby buses but we enjoyed walking everyday. It was easy to get to/from the airport by train, but Francesca offered to arrange transport if needed

Our stay was fantastic. Also provided clear easy to follow instructions. He was waiting for us at our arrival, which was a relief after our long travel time. Aldo was proactive in communicating and made sure everything for our arrival would work out. He checked us in, gave us some neighborhood tips, and made sure we had what we needed. During our stay the water heater broke and Aldo quickly did all he could to make it right - and rnded up getting it fixed the next day. He could not have handled this better - thanks! The apartment was spotless - even the Jacuzzi- which was unexpected. The location is right in the middle of Trastevere, very convenient.

Anna Rita was very responsive from the start, providing all the information we needed. The location is excellent—very central and within walking distance of many famous Roman sights, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment overlooks a courtyard, making it very quiet. The apartment itself feels spotless, and well-maintained. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils for a short stay. Bath tubs are a bit challenging for a quick shower, but squeaky clean and new. Overall, it’s a fantastic place, and we would definitely recommend it!
