Marigny's place was super easy to find and easy to get into. We were right along the parade route and easy to get to local bars and restaurants in the French Quarter. If you're looking for a place that's basically like a hotel but good for groups that need two bedrooms, this is your place!

Great location, beautiful unit, and well stocked. Short walk away from tourist hot spots and many of the best restaurants. This place is ran very well for a place that seemingly largely relies on remote workers. Speaking of which, there will only be some one available at the front desk via a monitor. But don’t worry if you arnt tech savvy, support can also be provided over the phone and they have great control over the building from where ever they may be. I will 100% be staying again.

This is a ultra modern two bedroom apartment with full bathrooms for each bedroom. Gorgeous kitchen with huge island and even a dining table with chairs. Two 8ft long sofas and a big wall TV screen in the living room/open floor plan with kitchen. Quiet building and safe garage parking with gate code. Two balconies with excellent views of the bridge lit up at night for Mardi Gras and Uptown all lit up. You can see the river and watch the barges come and go. AMAZING. Neighborhood was quiet because most folks stay elsewhere for parades but we walked a few miles to get to parades and also got ubers very easily and quickly. Food places like Frady's and Elizabeth's are a few blocks away, amazing artwork, and music places at night to hang out. LOVED it and will return soon!

Perfect for attending the convention center, very spacious!

Joseph is a wonderful host . He was very responsive and provided assistance. The rooms were very well maintained and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the heater / A/C worked very well. Overall this is a great place to stay.

Unit was clean and extremely nice. Photos are accurate. Check in was a breeze.

Roami's place in New Orleans offers an exceptional stay just steps away from Canal and Bourbon Street. Perfect for two couples, the apartment features two full bathrooms and spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, ensuring comfort and privacy. What stood out most was the seamless experience provided by clear and easy-to-follow instructions from the host. From check-in procedures to utilizing amenities, everything was straightforward, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The apartment's cozy yet stylish decor created a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. Overall, Roami's place exceeded our expectations with its ideal location and thoughtful amenities. It's a fantastic choice for anyone visiting New Orleans, offering both convenience and comfort in the heart of the city's vibrant atmosphere.

This is suuuch a sweet and comfortable place to stay in the Bywater, especially if you have a car because the secure parking is so nice to have. The condo was so clean and nicely appointed, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, the unit was quiet. We were there during Mardi Gras weekend so weren’t lacking for things to do but they do a nice job of having recommendations of their favorite spots. The Bywater is a gem of a neighborhood to stay in - kind of off the beaten path but so full of character and charm, and easy to get to the Marigny or the quarter. This is a highly recommended spot!

This place is in a great location- walking distance to restaurants, bars, live music, and parade routes. You won't need a car if you'll be mostly in the garden district and French Quarter. Easy walking and plenty of Uber/ Lyfts/ taxis. The beds were comfortable. Two of the rooms did not have windows so they were especially quiet and dark (if that's what you want after being out too late).

This place was fantastic for our recent stay. As pictured and described. Secure building with elevator. Comfortable, clean and well equipped. Fun decor. On Carondolet (streetcar uptown) and 1 block from St. Charles (streetcar downtown and parade route). 5 minute walk to Canal St. aka edge of French Quarter. 15 min walk to WW2 museum. Amazing restaurants all around. Host was super responsive and accommodated our late check out. Would definitely stay here again.

Cristopher’s place is the perfect spot to stay and worth every penny. I felt right at home in the cozy apartment and it perfectly matched the listing photos. There are lots of cute restaurants that are walkable in the bywater area and a short distance to the French quarter. I highly recommend staying here.

We are repeat vacationers at this condo in New Orleans. It is always clean, comfortable & has the added safety of a gated parking garage and coded entry doors to the complex. We absolutely love this condo!

Great location walking distance to Bourbon St and felt safe

The owner was responsive and provided all of the information needed for a great stay. The unit was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The location was convenient, and we appreciated the information provided for restaurants and places to visit. We would recommend this unit to others.

We booked this location for our entire family of 13 people, and it was very convenient and close to FrenchQuarter. Communication was always on point and we checked out early and arrived late. My family truly enjoyed this location for our family’s vacation.

Wow. To put into words this week long trip in New Orleans and Genevieve’s hospitality, would be insurmountable! From my arrival to my oresence and her absolute assistance in everything I needed. Genevieve helped with transportation, direction, and was very supportive. I enjoyed her presence, her knowledge, wisdoms, and wholesome spirit. I look forward to returning and I’m glad to have connected with such a genuine spirit.

If you’re visiting NOLA, stay at Kaitlin’s place! It was so roomy with 2 living rooms, two dining tables, two cozy beds, great kitchen appliances and such helpful suggestions. It got slightly chilly but with communication with Kaitlin and her quick response, she was able to increase the temperature. The location is in a safe neighborhood, across from an elementary school which was fun for my children to see. It is also near Esplanade Ave which takes you right into the French Quarter and up to City Park. I highly recommend this place!

we loved staying in Craig and Mark's home. The beds were very comfy, the couch was VERY comfy, and the location was perfect. I would highly recommend!

Came to Mardi Gras with my friends in celebration of my 40th birthday. Donny asked if there was anything extra he could do to enhance our stay prior to arriving. His place is right down the street from the street car, so getting to the parades in Uptown were easy. The neighborhood is very quiet, a nice retreat from the excitement of the evening parades and Bourbon St. We enjoyed our stay at his place, it brought a little nostalgia back to us, a reminder of an old apt one friend used to live in. He occupies the unit above with his dogs and we barely heard them. Any message exchanges, he was very responsive! I would definitely stay at his place in the future.

We feel very fortunate to have found this home. The Bywater neighborhood is very fun and walkable. We consider ourselves to be BBQ connoisseurs, and The Joint served some of the best we’ve ever had. We enjoyed breakfast at Elizabeth’s. The home itself is large and very comfortable. Nancy is a great host. Highly recommend!
