I really enjoyed staying at Sarah place. The bedroom was nicely decorated and the bathroom was nicely laid out and comfy. The kitchen has all the essentials needed to make you feel at home. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay! The room has a comfortable bed, there's a decent size bathroom and tidy kitchen. Akanksha and her husband were really friendly and accommodating. The pets were lovely as well! I recommend staying in this place if visiting Newcastle :)

My work colleague and I needed a place for 4 weeks of work in Newcastle, and Thomas’ place was perfect. Great amenities, well equipped kitchen, with a dining table, lots of space upstairs, effectively we had a floor and bathroom each. The centre of town is only a 20 mins walk. Thomas was a superb host. It’s a charming home. Thanks so much.

Great base for exploring Durham and loads of room for us to relax and spread out. Ample parking, excellent kitchen and facilities and the Christmas tree was a lovely touch.

My second stay at Paul Js beautiful home . Lovely room .( As is in photo) Comfortable bed . Wi Fi . Use of all kitchen facilities with dining table. Lovely bathroom good shower. On a quiet residential street. Walkable in to town .Also a local bus No 1 just around the corner will take you to Central train station/ Coach station close by. A few cafes and takeaways/ Corner shops localy. I would highly recommend a stay here . Very good value for money. Great location. Excellent friendly host. Thank-you N.Lewis.

We stayed 22 nights in this Airbnb and truly felt like we were at home. From the very beginning, communication with Aggie was excellent. Her message was informative and friendly, which gave me confidence in our choice. I mentioned my dust allergy, and she reassured me right away. When we arrived, the house was even cleaner and better maintained than I expected. The house was immaculate, warm, and perfect for our family. The sofa bed in the living room was spacious for me and my 5 year old, and the bedroom had all the amenities for my husband. The bathroom was modern, and the decor made us feel cozy and welcomed. We often forgot we were in an Airbnb, it felt like we were in a friendly home. The family’s dogs were a lovely touch quiet and friendly, adding to the homely feel. Aggie was a true gem, always kind and helpful. We found a new friend, and I can't wait to see her again. Thank you, Aggie, for an unforgettable experience!

Comfortable and cozy stay. Had one issue with a chirping smoke detector, but Mark acted immediately to try and rectify the situation. Recommended.

We were totally thrilled to be staying at Candlemakers. Sarah met us with the keys and had decorated the apartment for Christmas. On entering the place was warm and welcoming. Sumptuous bedding and towels. Even a toweling robe and slippers. Everything in the apartment was top quality and anything we needed for our stay was provided. The location couldn’t be better and I can’t praise everything about Candlemakers highly enough. Absolutely highly recommended.

We booked this last minute and it did not disappoint. Absolutely loved the style, character and look of the place particularly the master bedroom with bath and balcony. It had all the facilities we needed and was dog friendly which was perfect for us! It was in a handy location with easy access to all of the shops, restaurants and bars. The disc parking scheme in Morpeth made it easy to park and we were lucky enough to secure a spot at St James car park which is less that a minutes walk over the road to the house but there are lots of other places in town to park that are in close walking distance. Really hope to visit again in the future.

Great long weekend in Middlesbrough and staying in Franki's house helped a lot. It was a good base to explore the city and the area as the train and bus stations are close, while having a good rest for the next day.

A group of friends stayed at Aqeel’s place for one Saturday night. It was ideally located for the town centre and had all the facilities you would need for a comfortable short stay.

Clair's place is so lovely! Great location (near food, easy taxi, easy walking) and the listing was exactly as described. We loved the cemetery/church next door, and Stewart Park just across the street with a cafe for easy breakfast options. The neighbors were charming and helpful, and it was within easy travel distance from so many fantastic sights. Easy access to SO many other nearby locations, we were able to pack our stay with fun activities. The beds and bathroom were comfy, with lots of clean linens and bedding. We loved having a washing machine, and Clair made sure we had clothes pins to hang the laundry out to dry. Adorable back garden, too! The house itself was a treasure, with a rich local history. We'd stay with Clair again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home. Room was a good size, all clean and tidy and very quiet neighbourhood. Bed was very comfortable, perfect nights sleep. Caitlin was a lovely host, welcoming and friendly, would definitely recommend as a place to stay and have already booked another visit.

I’m originally from Hartlepool and have wanted to stay in one of the houses on the sea front since I was a little girl. This was a dream come true waking up to such a beautiful view. The house was perfect and we felt right at home. Everything we could have needed was provided and the WiFi was great. Alicia and Ross couldn’t not have been friendlier and more helpful. Absolutely magic few days staying at David’s Airbnb. Completely recommend. Home is beautiful with several views looking out to sea - while also being stylish and relaxing and lots of light pouring in. Everything in the place is clearly thoughtful and considered. Parking is super convenient with space allocated at the back of the building. A lovely spot too; you can turn left or right out of the house and walk to beaches and eating spots in minutes. Such a friendly area; runners, cyclists and dog walkers aplenty, delicious fish and chips nearby. Will hopefully stay again, thanks David.

Lovely house, with a good and enclosed pet friendly back garden, and the property is very well located for both Bishop Auckland town centre and Kynren.

For any Visitors coming to hunt seaglass in Seaham, this is the place to stay! Down the road from the train station and a mile or so from the beach in town center. No kitchen is needed since there’s many takeaways and if needed you can use the kitchen. Best thing to do is fly to Newcastle get on the metro and get on the train to Seaham and right down the road from the train station is the suite so it couldn’t be any easier! The hosta are absolutely a lovely couple that go out of their way to make sure that you are having a good time! They are very generous and nice. This is my Second stay here and will be coming Back!

We had a fantastic stay - Christian has been helpful and communicative from the moment we booked. The decor is beautiful, tasteful and everything has been done to the highest standard. Immaculately clean, high quality furniture and bed linen, towels, and even the hand wash / soap / shampoo were luxurious. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy a few nights way, and the information pack provided was really useful. This is an exceptional place with an amazing host.
