Simona is a wonderful host and her house is a jewel on top of a hill with absolutely spectacular panoramic views of mountains and valley! We had such a wonderful time and built some great memories. The house itself is so beautifully decorated and every nook and corner is amazing. Simona is super friendly and helpful with everything and ensures her guests are living in absolute comfort as if they were staying in her own house! We had such a great time in the beautiful garden that we didn't leave the house on first day at all! Absolutely recommend this place and so grateful to Simona for ensuring we had a perfect holiday in stunning Italy! Can't wait to return back soon!!

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

Logement au calme et a quelques minutes a peine du tramway qui dessert une des places centrales de la ville. Bien équipé, propre et confortable ! Bien qu étant excentré du centre ville historique, c'est très agréable de regagner le calme après une journée dans Rome. De plus le quartier de Trastevere est un vrai coup de coeur. Gros point positif du logement : les deux pièces ayant chacune une salle de bain. Cela permet d'avoir chacun son espace si,comme nous vous venez a 4! Merci Mannicci!

Excellent séjour chez Alessandro, je mets 5 étoiles car je ne peux pas mettre plus! Nous avons adoré l’appartement, la véranda et le jardin. L’appartement est moderne et dispose de toutes les commodités, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Bonne communication avec Alessandro qui a été arrangeant, serviable et réactif. Les instructions données pour l’accès autonome à l’appartement étaient claires et faciles. On s’y sent en sécurité car l’appartement est dans une résidence fermée et tranquille. Il y a un parking en face et des bons restaurants pas loin. L’endroit est un petit havre de paix à proximité du centre de Rome. Je recommande vivement, et je reviendrai!

È un'esperienza indimenticabile, totalmente immersi nella natura. Tutto il silenzio e la tranquillità di cui si necessita per staccare un po' la spina, una piscina a picco sul fronte della collina con una vista mozzafiato. Un barbecue in pietra per le tue grigliate e la compagnia di dolcissimi animali. Pietro e la moglie Pina sono degli host gentilissimi, disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza. Speriamo di ritornare il prima possibile, grazie ancora per tutto 🤍

The apartment was, as the description says, charming. Full of period touches as set out in the listing. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful and thoughtful - they decorated the apartment and provided cake and spumante so we could celebrate our granddaughter's birthday, and Giovanni came quickly to our rescue this morning when I managed to get a key stuck in the wrong lock! And as for the "secret room"! The kids had a whale of a time looking for it, and then sleeping in it once it had been discovered. An excellent stay - I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Angelo was the perfect host! He allowed us to check in early. He met us at the apartment to show us around. The space is beautiful and it had everything we needed. It truly felt like home. I loved the electric blinds. So cool! The space was quiet and dark at night for sleeping. Very clean and cozy. The bathroom was nice as well. Having an area to get ready in separate from the toilet and shower was a perk for me and my daughter. Angelo gave us many wonderful suggestions. I would definitely recommend him and stay here again while in Rome.
