Beautiful home in an awesome location. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Kitchen was really well stocked and house was super clean and well taken care of. Beach was basically right outside the front door and we rented a golf cart (highly recommended) to take a quick 2-5 min drive to restaurants and activities near the main street. Very happy we chose this rental and we would absolutely come back! Carol did let us know to bring our own shampoo/conditioner/soap but I missed that info, so be aware to bring your own stuff on that front.

overall we had a great stay. the house was very clean. there was plenty of extra blankets/sheets if needed. we had everything we needed. not having an actual shower in the master bathroom was a little challenging because we had 7 people having to use the guest bathroom to shower. and the hot water ran out pretty quick but we made it work. my kids enjoyed all the games. the hosts were very responsive when we had questions.

This home was perfect for our group vacation. Plenty of living space and bedrooms to be comfortable and enjoy the beauty of St. Simons. Walking distance from restaurants and a quick drive to beach access.

We booked this house for our annual family vacation, there were 12 of us, we each had our own space, the house was very comfortable. It had all the amenities you would need for a large group. Pamela was an excellent host, very attentive to our needs and always responded to our calls.

I stayed here with a few friends and we all felt right at home. Hyacinth and her cohosts were helpful, kind, and very quick to respond. They sent details for check in a day or two in advance (which made for a simple check in/ check out), as well as checking in with us via messages throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Brunswick.

This home is perfection. We had two families with kids and there was more than enough space, beach equipment, and a kitchen with all of the amenities. The decor is beautiful and the host is attentive without being intrusive. Book this home-- you won't regret it!

The location is so small town and charming! We didn’t have to go far to find an eclectic shop or unique dining spot. The home is so lovely and comfortable. While it’s obviously an older home, there is a modern kitchen and all of the amenities of home (touchscreen AC control, gas stove, comfortable furniture, etc.). We were easily able to make and have dinner for 8 people and 3 dogs each night of our stay. There was plenty of space and it was well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen appliances, dishes - really anything we needed. Our beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were clean and mirrored the charm of the plantation style architecture. We enjoyed the courtyard and sitting on the porch swing. We really were able to walk where we needed to go each day. The neighborhood is quiet and has multiple town squares to explore. The host is very responsive, professional and friendly in their correspondence. Definitely recommend this place!

We have stayed in many different places on St. Simon’s and this was our favorite. It is a beautiful, well designed, comfortable home. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the comfy beds - we all slept really well!

Sonny's place was great. Host was super responsive and friendly. We went to a friend's wedding on Jekyll Island, and this spot made it easy for us to get off/on the island easily over the weekend. Sonny's stay is just as pictured. Comfortable and clean. This part is about the neighborhood. Just an FYI this area does not have Uber drivers or rideshare options available. We tried a couple of times before and after the wedding, and found zero drivers (even at different times of the day, and over the weekend). So we drove the whole weekend. That part wasn't great. We have stayed in different size towns and never had an issue finding an Uber. So, if you do plan to stay here, plan to have a car for getting around and you'll be fine! :)

I had a very enjoyable time staying at Pam's place. The condo is in a very quiet neighborhood and it has an awesome patio and a nice secluded back yard, and a wonderful hammock for relaxing and afternoon naps. 💤💤 The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare any type of meal. The decor of the condo was beautiful and the pastel colors of the walls just gave the place a very relaxing vibe. I would go back in a heartbeat because Pam was awesome and the condo was the perfect place for my two week stay. You won't be disappointed, especially with all the little "upgrades" that Pam had done to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Jill’s place was fantastic. All her recommendations for food was great. The condo was very clean, and well stocked with everything you need. She even had local coffee for us. Will be booking many more times.

Nice condo that had been newly painted with nice touches. The bed was very comfortable with great linens. Kitchen was stocked for cooking . It is located near the causeway, which made it easy to get to other areas for exploring. St Simon's has a lot of different restaurant's & just walking around Neptune Park is always a highlight too! So glad this is a pet friendly area !!!

I normally do not take the time to write reviews. However, this condo exceeded expectations. The condo was very nicely updated and extremely clean. The bed was super comfortable and the location was great. I will definitely be staying here again. Five star all the way.

Scott was very responsive. Clean and homey. He gave lots of good recommendations on good local places to eat. Love the Porch! Close to amenities and the St. Simons Pier. We enjoyed our stay.
