Our stay was lovely and extremely comfortable. The house is very beautiful and it was a very different experience. Pedro was very very helpful through our stay! The staff are also very courteous! Overall, thanks for a wonderful and memorable time!

Absolute paradise! The room was a perfect mix of traditional and comfortable, with eclectic charm. The staff were incredible, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Amazing food in the restaurants, with fantastic entertainment to get the diners singing into the night! With the beach on your doorstep, this beautiful room had everything we could ever need.

We recently stayed at Khama Khetana, nestled deep in the jungle, it was an unforgettable experience! The location was serene, surrounded by lush greenery and the sounds of nature. The cabin was well-designed, blending perfectly with its environment, offering both comfort and rustic charm. Waking up to the sound of birds and dipping on their private pond was a highlight. The host was attentive and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful, off-the-grid retreat!

My wife and I stayed at Len’s Hideaway for a month and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The location was great and the apartment clean/well maintained. The host’s kindness and consideration added a personal touch that truly made our visit memorable. Our sincere thanks to the host and his family for making our stay so enjoyable.

The Loja is a little piece of heaven tucked away in a quiet corner of a quaint village with an easy laidback charm. An excellent place to unwind and forget the cares of the world, a few days spent at this property can rejuvenate your body and replenish your soul. We especially loved all the attention to detail in the pretty little house and the hosts' eagerness to anticipate and meet our needs. In particular, the caretaker, Vincent , an embodiment of true Goan hospitality, was welcoming, attentive and left no stone unturned to make our stay exceptional. It is obvious the Loja is run by people that value their guests and take pleasure in hosting them.

It was so easy to stay at Lenny's. There are many beaches- some a 15 minute walk and some that you will need a vehicle to reach. But if you have a vehicle, it is such an ideal place as it is tucked away and quiet and if you want to be at the beach it's all close by. Lenny's place was very clean and the linen that was changed was always so good and clean. It's a studio with a pretty balcony and lots of greenery around. The internet was amazing. I stayed for over 3 weeks and worked through this time and had no problems with internet. I really enjoyed my stay with Lenny and Sonia. As a solo woman traveler, I felt very safe and felt like I got both a lovely, quiet village experience and an enjoyable beach experience. Thank you Lenny.

I booked this stay for our family trip and my 2 year old nephew. The place looked exactly like in the photos which was surprising. The decor was great and the furniture was classic. The surrounding was quiet and peaceful. The beach is just 700 mtr from the place and is more like a private beach which was great. There was an Indian Veg restaurant nearby which had great option for food. The host was responsive and proactive from time to time. Great deal.

It is undoubtedly one of the best properties that we have experienced so far in North Goa. Their attention to detail is immaculate. The location, views, vibe and hospitality of the staff is amazing. It’s very easy to find and close to Mandrem, Ashvem and Arambol beaches. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity, yet we felt secluded in the lap of nature. Would definitely love to visit again!

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of our tour of Goa. Hosts really friendly and easy to communicate with an app group. Photos do the place justice, it is as you expect. Location is beautiful, beach is about 15 minutes walk but get a cab as it's very hot 😂 bed comfortable, aircon refreshing, outdoor bath is a novel touch. The grounds vrihi is sited on is surrounded by forest, there are monkeys in the trees and black & yellow oriole birds which are very chatty. At night the a-frame is lit up with bulbs and you can sit on the balcony and relax. We had a great time, and look forward to our return for the final night of our trip in 2 weeks time. You will struggle to find anything to be disappointed with here

Amazing beautiful cabins, completely private and luxurious. Everyone was so attentive and friendly.

Da wir in Canacona wohnen und jeden Strand und Touristen sehen, wollten wir für zwei Nächte einwenig Ruhe geniessen. Die Unterkunft von Chris war genau das, was wir gesucht haben: Ruhig, keine hupenden Fahrzeuge, keine Hunde, die die ganze Nacht bellen und kein Partysound. Die Unterkunft ist genügend gross, das Badezimmer hat viel Ablagefläche. Wasserdruck ist hervorragend, heisses Wasser sogar in der grossen Outdoor-Küche. Das Wasser im Pool ist ausserordentlich sauber. Wir haben die zwei Tage genossen und Goa mit dem Scooter entdeckt, fern von Strand und Party.

I really loved the property. The best part was an amazing swimming pool and a great view surrounded by coconut trees and a lush green field.

Our stay with Vithal and his family was perfect. We felt so at home. The food was truly incredible and we were never disappointed. We loved just sitting on the balcony watching the birds and listening to the beautiful forest noise for hours. Vithal was so helpful in recommending us places to go. The farm is truly a magical place and it is evident how much care and love went into making our stay special and comfortable. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

What a wonderful place to relax and be in nature. Ashleshas mother made us an amazing breakfast on our first morning . The surrounding nature with all the birds ( a vast variety of species ) was such a pleasure to wake up to every day. It is a short walk to the beach and all amenities in the area, yet it also is distant enough away to be able to have complete quiet and privacy at all times of the day. We both , loved every day of our stay, and will recommend this stay to other travellers to Goa

I stayed at Ashoks place with my husband and 2 kids. The farm is beautiful and we felt very inspired by the story of the farm and everything they had achieved. Ashok, his family and staff were all extremely helpful and professional. We really enjoyed the tour and the pool. unfortunately for us, we visited during a heat wave which meant we decided to leave a little earlier as we were too hot! We would love to go back another time and stay for longer during more manageable weather. The food was delicious and accomodation spacious and practical. Thanks Ashok to you and family for making our stay a wonderful experience.

Жильё понравилось ещё до заселения: хозяйка забрала нас на машине с автовокзала Маргао, сразу помогла найти байк в аренду. Само жильё расположено в тихом месте. Территория большая и ухоженная. Раскинулись пальмы. Нам понравился бассейн с лежаками, где здорово купаться по утрам и вечерам — ни с чем не сравнимое удовольствие. С террасы открывается живописный вид, закаты здесь смотрятся изумительно. С удовольствием пользовались кухней для готовки, фильтром для воды и бутылками, чтобы брать воду с собой. Порадовал отличный душ с горячей водой и хорошим напором. Хозяева очаровали гостеприимством, радушием и вкусным ужином. Только положительные эмоции, даже не хотелось уезжать, к сожалению закончился отпуск.

What an absolute gem! A truly magical place with great staff, really felt at home here. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in South Goa! We went for Christmas with my family (6 adults) and there was plenty of space for everyone. Lancaster and Shibu coordinated our arrival, so we didn't have to stress about anything when we arrived in Goa! The villa is incredible, it's spacious with beautiful furniture pieces, the kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are incredibly comfortable. All the rooms are a pleasure to spend time in, we particularly like the outdoor balcony! The pool is great and the beach is very close by. It's a lovely quiet beach with some beautiful stretches, only a short walk from many beach shacks in both directions. Would recommend Baggies Beach Shack and Magzika to anyone visiting. The staff were incredible. Lancaster was always available if we needed anything, even giving us a local phone to use if we needed. We also rented bikes from Lancaster for the duration of our stay which were dropped off to the villa, in very good condition and a very fair price. All of the staff made our stay stress free and fun, Lancaster, Santosh, and our favourite security guard Bikash! We arrived late on the first day and after Lancaster and Santosh dropped us all home, Lancaster took two of us out to pick up some food for the rest of the group! Really went above and beyond on so many occasions! I cannot speak highly enough about this place and the people here, we all are sad to be back home and want to start planning our next trip!!

The stay was just as good as we saw in photos . very helping care takers. well planned villa to spend time with people in common area pool area. overall it's a good place to recommend to other people
