Gold Coast: soggiorni in bungalow

Our stay was amazing! The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and had every amenity we needed, including a fantastic pool that was perfect for relaxing. The location was ideal—close to everything but still peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and ensured we felt right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

This is our third year getting a house in Florida for a few weeks, and this was by far the best. First, the house. It was spacious, yet cozy at the same time. The two main bedrooms had large beds and were very comfy. I used the third bedroom as an office. The backyard was private with a pool. The front porch was great for people watching. The kitchen was perfect for cooking a meal. But If you don’t feel like cooking, this neighborhood has you covered. This house was the perfect location. Nice and quiet, yet less than a five minute walk to the beach and lots of restaurants—from fancy to casual. Also, after dinner, I suggest some ice cream at Kilwin’s, which is right around the corner from the house. Or take a 15 minute walk over the bridge and check out The Cove. Lots of restaurants and a great brewery. All in all, we loved our stay. Our hosts were always available to answer questions and take care of any of our needs. We can’t wait to return next year!

L’appartement était parfait. L’emplacement était super proche de la plage et promenade à pieds et vélo, soit à 100 mètres. Un four m’a manqué. Faire attention à l’appartement no. 1 la porte se barre toute seule, on est restés dehors à 11 h 30 le soir sans rien, pas de cellulaire pour avoir appeler l’hôte mais a l’appartement arrière il avait ses amis qui a essayé de communiquer avec elle , mais elle était à l’extérieur du pays, il aurait fallu attendre de la rejoindre pour pouvoir appeler son serrurier, ce qui nous aurait obligés de passer la nuit dehors. Ça nous a coûté 150$ US, mais l’hôte en en a payé la moitié. La cafetière a brisé et nous en avons reçu une dans la même journée. Outre ses commentaires, l’appartement était parfait j’aimerais y retourner

We all enjoyed our stay. It was large enough for our entire family and nice to each have our own bedroom. The beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside and super convenient to be able to walk to Walgreens. Easy check in and check out and it was very clean and tidy. Provided a pack n play and a high chair.

This rental was clean, comfortable, and spacious. There is more than enough sleeping space for 6-7 guests, kitchen is stocked, and the pool is fantastic. We had some difficulty getting in initially but the host seemed to notice with the outdoor cameras and was quick to assist. The visitor policy is strict so we were unable to enjoy the space with a few family members we were visiting but enjoyed Lauderdale by the sea only a few miles away and many other activities in nearby Fort Lauderdale. It didn't apply to us but if you plan to bring a dog keep in mind that they're not permitted in the backyard due to the pool and will require leash walks. Overall we were satisfied and would recommend this as a family friendly spot.

Super clean!! Gaya and the property management team were awesome! Responded timely, we had absolutely no issues! Pictures are accurate. Beautiful home, lots of room and super cozy! We HIGHLY recommend staying here. We would definitely stay here again!!!

The space itself is wonderful and worked for exploring the Everglades. All the amenities needed, coffee and tea, good Internet and very private with a nice patio sitting area outside. It’s about 25 minutes to Everglades National Park entrance. We rated location a bit lower as food and dining options were limited, though Naiky did kindly provide a couple great options.

Michael is the best host you could ask for. We have only used Airbnb twice now, so we do not have a lot to compare with, but that being said, I have never stayed anywhere that had a more caring person to help us. That made all the difference in the world. I traveled with older people that needed some accommodations and he made sure that he helped out in any way possible. If this house was a tent, because of Michael, I would stay again! But the house was also just what we needed and suited our needs perfectly. It was clean, and well thought out. What a pleasure our business trip was because of a comfortable place to come back to. The beds, the lighting, the large TV screen, it was all great! The yard was maintained beautifully. I wish we could have enjoyed it more. We will be back again!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great, I really like the Victoria Park neighborhood and it's a short walk to Las Olas. An easy 2 mile walk to beach as well. The backyard layout w/the pool is fantastic. They've maximized the space. It is a nice oasis.

My family and I loved staying here. It was very private and still very close to all there is to do in Fort Lauderdale. The on-site staff is so helpful and extremely nice. I could not recommend this place enough.
