Gran Canaria: appartamenti vacanze

Szuper övezetben lévő szálláshely. mind a szállás, mind a környéke szép és igényes. Talán élőben kicsit jobb is, mint a képeken. Van közös medence, ami pont megfelelő távolságra van az apartmantól, így nyugodtan lehet pihenni mellette, a hangok nem zavaróak. Parkolás az utcán ingyenes, néha viszont csak kicsit távolabb van hely. Az ágy kényelmes, king méret ami egy matracból áll (több másik helyen két kisebb van összetéve). Mindent összevetve ajánlom mindenkinek.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Victor et Béatrice. Logement impeccable, très bon rapport qualité prix. La petite cour permet de prendre le repas en extérieur. La piscine est actuellement en travaux donc non accessible pour le moment. Béatrice est très réactive aux messages et apporte les réponses attendues. Très bien situé, à proximité de nombreux commerces accessibles à pied mais aussi proche de l'accès des grands axes qui nous ont permis de visiter de très jolis sites. Situé à 20min en voiture de l'aéroport.

Asunnon sijainti oli kannaltamme loistava: lomapäivät vietämme pääsääntöisesti kävellen, lähinnä rantoja pitkin eri suuntiin. Ovelta oli hetkessä rantabulevardilla. Lähistöllä on kauppoja ja palveluita. Lentokenttäbussilla pääsee paikalle ja paikalta lähes oven edestä. Kompaktissa asunnossa oli kaikki tarvitsemamme.

El alojamiento nos ha parecido ideal para pasar unas noches. La estancia es pequeña pero tanto la habitación como el lavabo son muy amplios y espaciosos. Estaba muy limpio todo. Magdalena nos facilitó mucho la llegada con indicaciones y recomendaciones. Recomendaríamos la estancia sin duda.

Ninas lejlighed er rigtig hyggelig og ligger meget centralt. Vi kommer gerne igen.

The apartment was perfect for our vacation. Having stayed at a few different apartments in Playa Del Ingles over the years we are familiar with the location and the apartment was in an ideal spot for us to walk to the beach during the day and close enough to walk to the main restaurants and bars in the evenings. The apartment itself is nicely decorated, modern, comfortable and well equipped. Everything we needed was available to make our stay enjoyable. The bedroom in a peaceful space and we found the bed to be very comfortable. The small balcony has great views, especially in the afternoon and evenings to soak up the sun and watch the beautiful sunset over Maspalomas. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation visiting again in the future!

Beyond my expectations. While I was checking for accommodation and found Alberto's apartment I thought something was going wrong based on the location and the price. And yes, I was wrong. The location is perfect, just a minute walk from Yumbo center with loths of restaurants and stores. Bus stops in 2 minutes walk. Although the bedroom is on the main road, it was very quiet. The flat was spotless clean, had way more amenities than what we needed for a week stay, including the use of the pool. The communication with Alberto was more than perfect, always responding on time and provided many information. I wish I could give him 10 star for his apartment and his communication. I'm looking forward to go back very soon.

Juan ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Wir haben uns in der Wohnung gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, mit Blick aus das Meer von Wohnzimmer und Balkon aus. Die Zimmeraufteilung empfanden wir ideal und die Ausstattung der Küche war für uns super. Der Eingang der Anlage war ideal, um zu sämtlichen Geschäften und zum Markt zu gelangen und der Hinterausgang führt direkt auf die Promenade zum Meer und wir konnten sowohl nach rechts, als auch nach links zu unseren Lieblings- Restaurants zu Fuß gemütlich gehen. Vielen Dank für alles lieber Juan. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our stay was amazing. The apartment is in a quiet area, but stores and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. Fabio and Marius were incredibly kind and accommodating. They even let us stay a couple of extra days to enjoy this beautiful island a little longer. Thank you!

Excellent séjour (fin janvier 2025) dans cet appartement, récemment rénové, dans un immeuble calme où les couloirs présentent un aspect un tantinet désuet. Très bon emplacement en front de mer, vue spectaculaire, beaucoup de bars et restaurants sur la promenade mais le lieu reste paisible. Gare des bus (guaguas) de Santa Catalina à une dizaine de minutes à pied. La description et les photos sont conformes à la réalité, et last but not least, l'appartement était pourvu du nécessaire pour bien commencer , bouteille de vin, eau, coca, café, sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, chips, ..., produits de nettoyage et pour lessive.

Recomendable 100% Precioso apartamento decorado con un gusto exquisito , baño limpio impecable , cocina y resto del apartamento reluciente . Sábanas y toallas maravillosas . La zona estupenda y la anfitriona un amor , pendiente de mi llegada y en todo momento localizable . Así da gusto! :)

Victors place is well located on the resort close to entrance and pool and tennis court The property has very large garden with plenty of sun and shade if needed Lots sun beds and patio areas with chairs and tables noticed there was hot tub and barbecue Inside was great space very clean well presented a well equipped kitchen with large fridge Good size bathroom plenty of towels provided Two bedrooms with lots wardrobe space I was alone But property would easily accommodate a family Thankyou victor My stay was faultless Regards Richard

The accommodation is perfect for small parties and larger ones if needs be. Hans has thought of everything there’s loads to keep everyone occupied from children to adults. The kitchens are well stocked with crockery and utensils. We had a brilliant time relaxing as well as going out for the day. The centralness of the location is perfect for days out. We went out to Puerto Mogan , Puerto Rico, Amadores beach as well as a few more places never more than half hour drive. The little beach in Arguineguin is a gem we numerous beach front cafes and restaurants that serve good food at a reasonable price. Then there’s the night life of Puerto Rico which is a short taxi drive away with loads of bars and restaurants. The more exclusive being around the harbour itself. Still very reasonably priced. All in all this place is a gem. Thank you Hans We will definitely be returning

Piso fantástico con terraza muy agradable e inmejorable. Ignacio es un anfitrión excepcional. Cualquier cosa que hemos necesitado nos ha atendido al momento y muy dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo lo que pueda. Si estás buscando un lugar agradable donde pasar unos días excelentes ya sea para relajarse o visitar la isla este lugar es el indicado.

Il posto è meraviglioso, addormentarsi con le onde del mare non ha prezzo. Molto Pulito e davvero ben tenuto sia l’ alloggio che tutto il contesto intorno, spazi comuni, spiaggia. Lidia molto gentile e veloce nelle comunicazioni.

Superb accommodation with fantastic private roof terrace. A perfect getaway in the sunshine. Our host Paula was very friendly and welcoming. The property is extremely comfortable, well equipped and super clean. It is well worth staying for a week or longer to enjoy the jacuzzi.

Heel fijn appartement, met alles erop en eraan. Direct aan zee en een fijn strand. Fatima was erg vriendelijk en flexibel. Wij moesten ivm ziekte 2 dagen langer blijven en dit was geen enkel probleem. We zouden dit appartement zeker aanraden en komen graag een keer terug. Een auto is wel handig.
