Granada: appartamenti vacanze

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft um Bequem alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und blitzsauber. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, könnte durch die Umgebung und die Klimaanlage etwas gestört werden, mich hat es aber nicht gestört. Danke!

Álvaro ist ein perfekter Gastgeber: freundlich, zuverlässig, antwortet sehr zeitnah. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Wir fanden sehr besonders für Spanien ( es war unsere 5. Unterkunft nur in diesem Urlaub) doppelt verglasten Fenster mit einer ordentlichen Isolierung. Die Matratzen waren unseren Geschmack nach zu hart, aber es mag individuell sein und wäre evtl. mit einer Matratzen-Auflage / einem Topper leicht zu verbessern. Álvaro hat uns richtig tolle Tipps für alles mögliche gegeben. Alleine schon wegen seiner fantastischen Flamenco Empfehlung würde ich wieder kommen. Wir schwanken ob wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen oder als Geheimtipp behalten- eine wirklich tolle Adresse wo man sich wohl fühlt.

Extremely elegant apartment with stunning window frames exuding Andalucian charm. Walking distance to all attractions and shops. Beautiful restaurants are close by, we enjoyed Puerta del Carmen. Great shower, spacious double rooms with pristine linen. We certainly recommend! Muchas gracias 😊

El apartamento está genial, muy coqueto y no le falta detalle. Las camas y almohadas comodísimas, la cocina super equipada y ha tenido el detalle de dejarnos bebidas y algo para el desayuno. Muy bien situado, a dos pasos del palacio de congresos y ha 15minutos del centro andando. Me guardo el contacto porque pensamos repetir.

Muy buena calidad-precio, barrio tranquilo y facilidad para aparcar. La comunicación con Juan Miguel fue rapida y resolutiva. Recomendamos el lugar.

Conveniently located and easy to find. Very clear instructions and having a reserved and covered private parking spot was super helpful. 15-20 minute walk to most attractions..though we drove around most of the time. Apartment felt private tucked away in a corner next to the lift. Restaurant next door is convenient and serves good coffee. We stayed for 1 night and it was very comfortable. We would highly recommend Carmen’s apartment. Communication was prompt and helpful.

El apartamento era tal cual se describe y según las fotos. no faltaba detalle, nos sentimos como en casa. Estuvieron pendientes de nuestra llegada y de cualquier duda que tuviésemos respecto a la ciudad. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Virginia’s place! From the moment I arrived, she went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Her hospitality was exceptional—always available to help, provide recommendations, and make me feel at home. The flat itself is located right in the center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Not to mention, the space is beautiful, well-maintained, and honestly worth far more than what she charges per night. Reservamos el alojamiento para pasar el finde de san Valentín y fue un buen acierto, antes de hacer la reserva tenía unas dudas que nos aclaro rápidamente y en todo momento estaba atento, nos mando instrucciones para llegar al alojamiento y para poder aparcar el coche en parkings cerca, a la llegada nos recibió con una botella de vino, planos de la zona y recomendaciones para hacer en el barrio albaicin. El alojamiento estaba tal cual la descripción y las fotos. Con unas vistas espectaculares a la Alhambra, muy cerca de todos los bares, restaurantes, mercados, miradores..

We had a wonderful 28 night stay here. The cozy apartment was in the perfect location for us. It’s very close to the train station and bus/tram stops. Centro, Alhambra and other tourist stops are within walking distance. The location is quiet and located on a small street that is closed to traffic. The apartment is very clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. We cooked most meals in the apartment and had everything we needed. There are several grocery stores nearby. Ana Maria and Carlos were easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to any messages. Due to our longer stay, a cleaning person came in weekly to clean and switch out our sheets and towels. It was very nice that we didn’t have to worry about laundering the items, but I was not aware of this happening prior to our visit. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we had amazing fleece sheets that I fell in love with. We loved our stay here.

Muy bonita, tiene los implementos necesarios para poder estar varios días en ella, buena ubicación y está muy bien conectado con líneas de autobuses. Carlos muy majo y rápido para contestar nuestras dudas

Todo acorde a lo que se mostraba en las fotos. El anfitrión, desde el primer momento en el reservamos y tuvimos dudas sobre diversas cosas, respondió rápido explicando todo con total claridad, por lo que en ese aspecto no hubo ninguna queja. Además, la zona dónde se encuentra el apartamento está rodeada de todos los servicios posibles y muy cercana a las zonas más concurridas de la ciudad, por lo que se puede recorrer todo a pie!

Everything was great. The heating worked and kept the place warm. Just FYI: there's only 1 bedroom and a kitchen/dining area, so not much space to sit and relax when our daughter went to sleep.

Perfect place to stay in Granda. especially if u plan to go to Alhamra Castle. The house is beautiful with private jacuzzi on the 2nd floor (duplex). Highly recommended

Nos hospedamos por un fin de semana y estuvimos muy cómodos. Sí o sí hay que encender la calefacción porque sino hace mucho frío y al piso no le da el sol. La atención de Francisco fue amable. Volveríamos!

Great property and location. We enjoyed the in house Spa treatments. Kitchen was not stocked. There was nothing, not even salt or coffee!

Estuvimos muy bien, la casa muy limpia, como en las fotos. Solo tuvimos falta de comunicación a la entrada, pero al final nos organizamos.

A cute and cozy apartment in a fantastic location! Loved the decor and the terrace with a bath was a special treat. Also a very responsive host. Due to an unusually heavy rainstorm there was a leak in the courtyard area, which resulted in some water on the kitchen floor, but the host assured us it would be addressed after our checkout. It was a small inconvenience and didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the space. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks again!
