This host was amazing, they went out of their way to help. Everything from private drivers to get around to offering push bikes and scooters to hire. The breakfast was great with lots of menu options. Great recommendations to visit local area. We would return without a second thought. Lovely family. We felt cared for and looked after. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you ❤️

I honestly wished we lived here all the time! My partner and I stayed here for just under a week and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The host responded to all messages immediately, and finding the building and checking in was so easy. They also provided us with lots of information on restaurants and bakeries, as well as local things to do. The Eco Park area is incredible! There are so many amenities around you and lots of play spots for children. There are multiple supermarkets at the base of all the apartment buildings - it was so ideal. The apartment itself was beyond our expectations. After some iffy stays before here, we finally had consistently hot showers, fluffy towels and a very comfy bed!! There was heating and air con. Also a fast washing machine and dryer. Everything worked and the place was PRISTINE! So beautifully decorated also. We cannot sing the host’s praises enough. You will not find a better or more comfortable stay. It was a home away from home. 🥰

The apartment is lovely, with modern amenities and a gracious host. The view is breathtaking, and the onsen hot spring experience was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and felt completely at ease. Thank you, and I look forward to returning

Tolle Gastgeber ! Sehr schnelle und einfache Erreichbarkeit, Zimmer war wie beschrieben, haben auf Nachfrage eine zusätzliche Bettdecke bekommen und das Zimmer wurde nochmal gereinigt als wir vorsichtig nachfragten ob es möglich wäre die Dusche nochmal zu putzen. Es gab günstigen Wäsche Service. Gut zu finden, ruhige Lage. Würden immerwieder kommen ! Danke Minh !

Wat een geweldige ervaring! We hebben het nergens zo goed gehad als hier. Hang heeft ons werkelijk met alles geholpen, van de eerste tot de laatste minuut. Ze stond altijd voor ons klaar en zorgde ervoor dat we ons volledig welkom voelden. Het appartement was perfect: van de inrichting tot de voorzieningen, alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De locatie is ook ideaal: lekker rustig gelegen bij het park, waardoor we volop konden genieten van de natuur en het prachtige uitzicht. Dit is zeker een plek waar we graag nog eens terugkomen. Hang verdient absoluut 5 sterren voor haar geweldige service!"

Easily one of the most responsive and helpful host. Chi's place was awesome, very modern and ecopark is really peaceful. If you're something for something that is walkable and convenient it's great. There's the gym and the pool included with the stay. Note that this is not in Hanoi so if you're looking for something outside and quiet this is your spot 100% Note that it can be confusing when you arrive to find the different location (gym & onsen for example) but that's the only minor thing Can't recommend enough.

We really enjoyed Hien’s place. The surroundings are very serene and peaceful. And it’s walking distance to a lot of food choices. Hien responded fast and went above and beyond on our queries. We really appreciate all her help and support. Kudos to Hien!
