Heiligenstadt, Döbling: soggiorni in alloggi con lavatrice e asciugatrice

Wir haben uns in Barbaras Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist schön eingerichtet und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen kleinen Straße mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Geschäften (Bäckerei, Supermarkt) direkt um die Ecke. Aufgrund der Erdgeschosslage ist es etwas dunkel, aber dafür haben wir die Ruhe dort nach dem täglichen Stadttrubel sehr genossen. Barbara war eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

A clean apartment with parking lots and next to metro station and restaurants is a good combo for short visitors in Vienna . And Yitschak is super friendly and thoughtful . Highly recommend!

Had a really good stay - location was fab as it was a 10-15min walk to city centre, metro and tram links nearby as well. Apartment was very spacious for two of us, and in a nice building. Only slight point to note is that on Saturday nights, there are three nightclubs close by and the music could be heard in the apartment until after midnight. Bring earplugs 🙃

Appartement parfait pour un séjour à Vienne, le quartier est très accessible depuis Wien Hbf et l'appartement dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Petra est très réactive et de bons conseils. Je recommande !

Ich/wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Es ist eine unglaublich schöne Wohnung, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage ist toll, man ist schnell überall. Und was ich ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ist, egal welche Fragen wir hatten uns wurde ganz schnell in einer äußerst netten und wertschätzenden Art geholfen. Danke dafür, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!😊

This was a great location for our vacation in Vienna. We were close to a train station, and walking distance to parks and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here. The shade covers on the sky lights were so great! I wish there was a little bit of a living area to hang out in, but we spent most of our time out in the city so it didn’t matter to us in the end. I would recommend this Airbnb for someone coming to Vienna.

Wir wurden sehr nett von Silvie empfangen. Sie hat uns das Zimmer und die Dachterrasse gezeigt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man brauchen könnte. Außerdem war der Ausblick super. Absolute Empfehlung, ich würde definitiv hier wieder übernachten.

Everything we needed for a great stay in Vienna. The house is not in the centre, but there lots of easy to use transport options right on your doorstep.

Our stay at Mariana’s place was amazing! There was ample room for the 6 of us to not feel crowded and the home had a classic Viennese feel to it. Mariana was also very helpful and very accommodating with check in as some of our guest had arrived at unexpected times due to flight issues. Overall, highly recommend staying here!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben uns einfach pudelwohl in unserer Unterkunft gefühlt. Die Nähe zu Wien hatte uns seinerzeit bewogen, diese Unterkunft anzumieten und es war genau richtig. Dem Trubel und der Hektik, der ohne Frage wunderschönen Stadt Wien, konnten wir "entrinnen" und konnten, wenn wir es so wollten, auch einmal einen ruhigen Abend verbringen. Doris ist eine äußerst angenehme und sympathische Gastgeberin. Sie war immer erreichbar und konnte uns hilfreiche und schöne Tipps geben. Wenn wir wieder einmal Sehnsucht nach Wien haben, werden wir uns dort wieder einquartieren.

It was a great stay! All amenities are as described. We even left something there and the host was very helpful with it. It’s just ashamed we came during wet days so kids cant really play around those lovely garden outside! All aside, 5 star!

We hebben een geweldige kerstvakantie gehad. Fijne communicatie. We waren veel vroeger aangekomen. Dat was geen probleem. Alles wat je maar kon bedenken was aanwezig. Fijn ontvangst. Host was altijd beschikbaar voor advies. En uitchecken was ook heel flexibel. In overleg konden wij zelf bepalen hoelaat we wouden gaan. Kortom echt een aanrader.

Great stay, Marianas was very quick to reply to any messages. apartment is large, with plenty of space, well equipped. Location is just across the road from the 71 tram which takes you into central vienna in about 10 minutes.

amazing location for families a playground in walking distance and a larger "Motorikpark" right around the corner with plenty of shopping immediately around. host was extremely responsive even though we decided to stay last minute, can't recommend them enough!

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, sodass man fußläufig alles erreichen kann. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und entsprach - abgesehen von den nicht vorhanden Gewürzen da nur Salz da war- der Beschreibung. Wir (zwei Frauen) fühlten uns in der Umgebung und der Wohnung sicher. Obwohl man an der Straße wohnt hört man von dem Lärm nichts. Wir würden die Wohnung definitiv nochmal buchen.

Katja is such a nice person!!!! She give me a warm welcome with a flexible check in time! And also the apartment is super clean and tidy. I felt very comfortable during the stay! It has different types of restaurants and has Billa, Spar, Müller in this area, which is really convenient. I highly recommend that if you wanna stay in Vienna for few days, Katja’s apartment will be a great choice!

Annemarie und Motti waren großartige Gastgeber! Sie waren immer erreichbar und haben uns sehr viele Tipps und super Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, um Wien zu erkunden. Sehr zentral, und trotzdem in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert! Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir waren rundum zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

It was perfect, the city center is close with public transportation. The communication was amazing.

Gemütliche Wohnung im 1. Stock, an einer rege befahrenen Strasse. Balkon mit Verglasung, gut Lärmgedämmt. Schnell bei der U1 Station Alte Donau. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Passte perfekt :)

We had a wonderful stay at Michael and Liliana’s apartment in Vienna! The place was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything, and with a grocery store right next door. Our hosts were incredibly kind and always available if we needed anything. Highly recommend!
