The house is in a quite neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Rachel was very prompt in answering questions.

The house was very spacious and clean. We were comfortable in the house for our short stay.

We had a great stay for a girls night birthday celebration. Wonderful place with everything you need. Mckenzie was a great host as well, very accommodating and good communication. 10/10 experience.

The place was great and David was super easy to get a hold of and responsive when I had question!

The home was perfect for our family. The yard would be wonderful in the summer. Heat in the house was controlled in the master bedroom so at times the downstairs rooms were too cool. We were able to adjust the thermostat. The home was neat, spacious and clean.

We had had a major snowstorm the day before and when we arrived Cody had the driveway and walks shoveled and salted. The house was perfect for us and Cody had provided everything you could possibly need. There are lots of restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores and pharmacies. My husband was received cancer treatments daily at the Community South Cancer Center and it was only a 5 minute drive there. It’s only a 10 minute drive to any of the interstates and only about 20 minutes to downtown Indy if you’re attending an event there. I would definitely stay there again.

Very responsive host and easy to work with. The place I wanted to originally book was taken but he had several other units available. The unit was decorated nicely and clean.

Jonathan was very attentive and accommodating as advertised neighbors were very respectful the space was very clean and accommodating the ambiance was very peaceful would definitely be the place I stay when in Indy

Overall great experience. The place was exactly as described. Very clean and well maintained. Welcome snacks like cookies, chips, coffee and bottled water were so nice after a long day. The neighborhood felt safe and the owners immediately answered their phone the one time we needed to contact them. Great value and highly recommended.

All expectations were met 100% and the communication was great throughout. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend Dave's place! It was the perfect location for us. It was very clean. Check-in was easy. There was plenty of hot water for two people to take showers. The bed was a little too soft for our aging backs, but still comfortable with good linens. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Not far from the airport.

The private parking was fantastic and Samantha gave great instructions on how to get there.

Great spot especially of you're going to Lucas Oil Stadium as it's less than 2 miles away so a short drive. Place is really clean and cozy. You get your own garage. Coded lockpads to get in so no worrying about keys. Clear checkout instructions too. All in all I would recommend.

Dr. Eric's place was great! When we arrived, he had clear instructions on how to retrieve the key and check in. The place was clean too. He provides great additional amenities: Snacks, waters, oatmeal, soup, extra blankets and more. I really appreciated the comfort the place provided for the weekend. It is in a great location too. Downtown is nearby so you can walk or drive to delicious restaurants or grocery stores. The canal and walkway is right next to the building. We were able to access it, and our son loved the nearby playground. We really enjoyed our stay!

Exactly as advertised, well worth the price. Fenced in parking with code/key access to gain entry. Seamless check in and great communication. 5 minute Uber from anywhere you want to go in downtown Indy.

We stayed in the house over Christmas while visiting family and found it to be comfortable and convenient. The bedrooms each have a bath and are quiet. The kitchen is well stocked. It is possible to cook a meal. The neighborhood is desirable and full of restaurants and shops. Four adults and a non- walking baby fit nicely.

I was Anderson for the week working locally. This space was perfect for me. It’s an older home that has been thoughtfully renovated into multiple apartments for short term rental. The house was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Roku TV and internet were great perks. Thank you!

James's condo was absolutely perfect for our quick trip. The place was easy to find, clean, and exactly as it is described/shown in the listing. Beds were comfortable, living area has great natural light, and everything was clean and tidy upon arrival. James is a great communicator and make checking in and out a breeze. Ripping some Skynyrd on the record player was a nice bonus too! Would absolutely stay again!

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

Deborah’s place was amazing, so cozy for a couple of nights with my mom and I in Broad Ripple. Location was very easily drivable to lots of restaurants and shopping. Deborah was super communicative and it’s clear she puts a lot of thought into furnishing the space to make it comfortable
