“Beautiful little place to stay! The host was super friendly and went out of their way to arrange lots of activities for us. The surroundings were stunning—green everywhere and filled with beautiful, helpful people. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to return! I just want to share with future guests that if you’re invited to the host’s house for breakfast or dinner, there is an additional charge. It might be a language issue, as it wasn’t clear initially. It would be helpful if the cost was mentioned upfront when these offers are made.”

The place we stayed was quiet, private, had a covered seating area for outside breakfast, air-conditioning, shower - all that we needed. The real joy came from the hospitality of Dende and his family. Home-cooked, delicious meals, breakfast delivered (if wanted) and amazing evening vibes with honesty bar. The tours that Dende arranged were out of this world. Ethical elephant mud-baths and up close experiences, kayaking through the mangroves and exploring hidden caves, island hopping on a long-tail boat tour and swimming with bioluminescent plankton! All reasonably priced with transport arranged. All tours, transfers and tour guides are locals and it feels really important to support the great work Dende is doing, to keep these business busy and support the local economy. Dende (and his lovely wife) are helpful, speak great English, share stories and really make you feel at home. The evening guitar playing and thai singing were the icing on the cake. AMAZING!

Me and my friends had a great time in this place. Everything was perfectly clean and good looking. The service was also great and super friendly. The communication was super easy. Dende is a great guy and a perfect guide for all the trips we booked with him. And the bungalow looked exactly like on the photos! Dende war ein toller Gastgeber. Wir hatten jeden Abend dinner bei ihm zu Hause, das thailändische Frühstück wurde zum Resort gebracht. Seine Frau PLA kocht so toll!! Jeden Abend gab es Hausmusik. Auch die Ausflüge waren von ihm perfekt organisiert und sehr preiswert. Er ist ein toller Guide. Wir haben uns 6 Tage lang sehr willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Er hat den Roller und die Weiterreise für uns gemanaged. Man kann sehr gut 5 - 7 Tage dort sein ohne sich zu langweilen. Es war die schönste Zeit auf unserer Reise im Süden von Thailand.

Dende & Pra sind tolle Gastgeber, die einem ihre Heimat & Traditionen mit viel Charme & Lebendfreude näher bringen. Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Tagesausflüge, organisiert von Dende. Kayaktour in Mangroven & Höhlen & eine außergewöhnliche 4 Island Bootstour. Pra kocht fantastische thailändische Gerichte. Der Bambusbungalow ist sauber, der Ventilator funktioniert einwandfrei, die Gemeinschaftsdusche & Klo sind auch ok. Etwas überraschend fanden wir die Nähe zur Hauptstraße. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Erfahrung.

Alles bestens. Wir hatten 4 tolle Tage in Ao Bang, Lage war super. Mit Scooter aber auch zu Fuß alles erreichbar.

We stayed with Dende for four nights. Dende and his team were very friendly and helpful. We were welcomed the whole stay with big smiles. The place itself was beautiful, quiet and true to the photos. Theres a few restaurants down the road.. walkable. We were also welcomed to Dende’s home for meals which was really nice . Definitely recommend for a quiet, peaceful stay, suggest to rent a scooter or a car to move around for easy transportation as getting a grab/taxi was a challenge.

Phoom and his partner were extremely pleasant. The room was very basic, very clean, and met our needs. There’s also a long tail boat dock within easy walking distance to take you anywhere, as well as a night market. For what we required, it was perfect

Incredible location and lovely rooms, with friendly hosts

cały wyjazd od początku był wspaniały. Wypożyczyliśmy skuter na kilka dni od znajomych gospodarza. Wspaniałe kolację u Dende i jego żony. Przekochany właściciel i wspaniałe widoki oraz okolica. Codziennie mogliśmy jeść śniadanie w hotelu oraz kolację w domu Dende. Można skuterem jeździć po przepięknej okolicy ze wspaniałymi view point w okolicy. Bardzo polecamy pobyt w tym miejscu, czuliśmy się jak w domu. Wszędzie bardzo czysto również w pokoju, codzienna dostawa wody i przekąsek :) Pokoje bardzo czyste i dobrze wyposażone

השהות אצל סוסו ומייק הייתה מעולה. הם היו מאורגנים ודאגו להכל מאופנוע ועד אספקת ציוד שהיה חסר. ממליצה לכל אחד לשהות שם. המקום יפה ונעים מרגיש כמו בית. 5 דקות באופנוע ממרכז העניינים. he stay at Suso and Mike's place was excellent. They were organized and took care of everything from a motorbike to providing equipment that was missing. I recommend everyone to stay there. The place is beautiful and cozy, feels like home. 5 minutes by motorbike from the center of things.

Nice place far away from what you see on the other coast where most of tourists are! Here it is quiet and peaceful with everything you need !

Baan and his staff welcomed us from the start and were very responsive and accommodating when we had to adjust the dates of our stay. The unit was spotless, easy to find, and looked just like the photos. We didn’t end up renting a scooter and mostly got around on foot and using Grab and had no issues. Having housekeeping come occasionally was a nice plus. Staff was super friendly and responsive and had great recommendations for the area that we followed!

Our stay was amazing we booked last minute but everything was very smooth with the bookings. Location wise it a best location if you want to escape the tourist atmosphere in Ao Nang. Booking a scooter was very convenient it was right next to our our flat. Ta one of the receptionist helped us with everything like booking the scoot and calling a taxing for us to the airport. We enjoyed our time in Ao Nam Mao location, we were able to using a scooter to go down to Joy beach which linked up with the restaurant. We were also 20 minutes drive away from Din Daeng Doí view point, this location was definitely perfect from us a break from wild Ao Nang. Remember to bring cash because this area they use cash most of the time. 7 eleven is also not far it 10 minutes walking distance. All in all the room service and hospitality in this small town was great. Do yourself a favour get a scooter..

Excellent location! Walking distance to everything, but secluded enough that it was nice and quiet. We opted for their airport transport and it was great. We loved the air conditioning, especially in the afternoon. The outdoor bathroom got a bit buggy, but that was expected. It was still a nice feature of the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights here and would come again.
