Delightful top floor apartment with uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean. Come rain or shine, the view is amazing! The aircon helped big time after hot and humid beach experiences. Bathrooms are modern and clean with Hans Grohe taps. UPS, torch and portable LED light came handy during power outage. Loved the extra touches of Cappuccino sachets with sugar and carton of milk. Gin & tonic glasses were a nice surprise and came in handy. Oh, and the Tupperware helped too! The Defy washing machine worked like a charm. Went home with clean laundry, yey! The gas braai gave some hassle, but was immediately attended to by host. Would replace Protex soaps in bathrooms with smaller glycerine soaps or liquid soap. All in all - a great experience and we’ll be back!

Beautiful home, the pictures don't do it justice. All the rooms are beautiful and spotless. The estate has great activities, including walking and bike trails. Ana was also very engaging, proactive and communicated well. The helper kept the house clean at all times and was friendly. The dogs also added to the fun. A few glitches like the freezer not working after arrival but Ana made a plan. We could have done with more cupboard space as we were a big family with lots of groceries and had to keep them on the counters Overall magnificent holiday... a proper fun house. Highly recommended.

Jacques' place in Casa Playa truly delivers on its promise of a beachfront, modern, and luxurious stay. The space is impeccably clean, warm, and inviting—perfect for both friends and family. The quality of the furniture and appliances was excellent, and we lacked nothing during our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a thoughtful complimentary bowl of biscuits, candy, and fresh fruit, along with milk and juice provided for our convenience. The warm welcome and friendliness of the staff made our experience even more enjoyable. This place is not only affordable but also offers a memorable and relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful beachfront escape!

Great spot to be if you want to experience Zimbali has to offer. A proper inverter system would be great improvement

We had never stayed in an Airbnb property before and so had no idea what to expect. However, The Lilypad surpassed anything we could have imagined. The house itself was beautiful and much bigger than it seemed in the photos and Derrick and Margi are the perfect hosts. The house is spacious and very well equipped. Even the monkeys turned up to watch us eating lunch in the garden one day. It was like a wildlife documentary in reverse! We could not believe their generosity in taking our children to the airport at 5.30am after we left! If all Airbnb properties and hosts are all like this then we are hooked. Gary’s place was absolutely perfect. Beautiful views, close to all good amenities and big enough for my family of 8. Would highly recommend.

Het was zeer compleet. tot in de puntjes verzorgd werkelijk alles was aanwezig om een ontspannen vakantie te houden. heerlijk privé zwembad en uitstekende bedden. we hebben een geweldige tijd gehad hier. met dank aan Bianca, de tuinman en de schoonmaakster.

We had a wonderful weekend, loved it all from the sweet little dogs to the outside shower. It was an excellent home away from home.

We arrived as strangers and left as friends. Angela and Wayne treated us as long held friends in going far beyond what could have been expected of them as hosts. Their rodavel in the big garden was peaceful and we enjoyed swimming in the pool after a hot day out.

What a beautiful weekend to refresh and reboot before the busy Festive Season. The setting and views are spectacular with horses and cows in the adjacent paddocks. Not sure who had a better weekend, the family or our dogs.

What a great find Maryke’s place is! Honey cottage is beautiful - very spacious, light and airy with a lovely covered terrace where we enjoyed our breakfasts and a glass of wine. Maryke gave us some great recommendations for hikes to explore. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great until the last day but the cottage is so well equipped and spacious we were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place if travelling to the central Drakensberg area

I had a wonderful stay at Warren's Airbnb. The check-in process was seamless thanks to his proactive instructions, which covered everything from accessing the gate to entering the property. The place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. It had all the amenities we needed and was beautifully located right next to the beach. The central location made it easy for us to access everything we wanted. Warren was a friendly and respectful host, giving us privacy while ensuring we had everything we needed. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this beautiful place!

A country style cottage. Rustic, and I mean rustic!!! With all necessary basic amenities. No TV which is great. Bring along a good book. In a very private setting. Overlooking a gorgeous bass dam. Perfect for winding down down down. Just an absolute gem if this is what you’re looking for. Super communicative host. Ideal for a couple or a small family. Or for friends looking to connect. The outdoor shower and the swing, together with the fishing, add so much more to this experience. Access to a forest and great for hiking although this isn’t offered as an amenity on the listing.

Stephanie was a very gracious host who welcomed us in her beautiful space. It was the perfect abode for us to rest and recharge in, and there’s a supermarket very close by. There isn’t much to do in the location but we didn’t mind. We felt safe at all times but we were told not to walk outside after sundown. The facilities of the Airbnb are great and Stephanie provided us some fruit, yogurt, milk, butter, etc, the basics for a breakfast, which was very nice. Would recommend this place!

Peter is an outstanding host, always prepared to go the extra mile in ensuring his guest’s comfort. Even in instances where a challenge such as theft of water pipes or substation burst, he ensured that my stay remained SUPERB! I would highly recommend Peter’s place to those visiting the city of choice!

Very nice home for a San Lameer holiday, centrally situated in the estate easy access to the beach and hotel pool. Home has all bells and whistles. Definitely coming back again

Such an amazing place to stay, very quiet and peaceful. Patrick as a host was absolutely amazing, always helping and making sure we were all good, while also suggesting ways to make the overall stay that much better. We loved our stay. Stunning views from the comfort of a well kept beutiful home. It is the only unit with its own private garden and plunge pool. The host ishara was always available for us. I would highly recommend this for a family getaway. We would definitely come back.
