We had a wonderful stay! Rarely would I say that places turn up better in person than in pictures, but I was so pleasantly surprised at how absolutely cute and charming the place is when I arrived! There were so many cute little details added to the decor. I’m not sure if the place has been updated recently, but everything is very clean and appears new. Everything works well! The beds were super comfortable. The towels were luxurious. And they actually have stainless pots (no toxic chemicals like teflon), which actually is a big deal for me! Location is convenient, literally right next to Snow Summit. Leanne is super responsive! Absolutely enjoyed my stay. I’ve stayed at numerous Airbnbs in Big Bear.. this is the one I’m definitely returning to.

Tawnya was quick to respond regarding reservation even though it was so last minute. Everything was as described. I would definitely stay again.

This place was great for our family. We got a unit close to the pool (which is heated, and has a kiddie pool next to it) and spent a lot of time with our daughter going back and forth. It's close enough to The Village that we were able to enjoy the lake, restaurants, and shopping without much of a drive. We will definitely be back!

Such a good house for being close and walking distance to the slops at Snow Summit. Backyard, kids could play in yard. Plenty of parking for both homes in the property. Duplex house. We always like to stay as close as possible to Snow Summit, to walk in snowboarding boots or ski boots, this is close. That exactly what we wanted to be close, short quick walk.

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

It was a perfect stay. My favorite part was that we were able to stay there w our fur babies, the place was fenced so I was able to allow them to run around in the back while I relaxed inside the apartment. Place heated up pretty quickly & I was very very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again once I have the chance :)

Kiro was an exceptional host! He responded promptly to all our questions and needs, making our stay seamless and stress-free. The cabin itself was incredibly cozy and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Enjoyed our time spent at Alex’s place it was extra friendly for kids and pets. Has most everything you’ll need. Would have loved if it were a tad bit cleaner, and to have things like an extra roll of paper towels or some napkins. We would stay there again and hope to come back when there’s more snow on the ground, though we had a great time regardless.

I think it was well worth the price. He was super friendly and very responsive if we had a question about anything. The cabin felt like home. My 1 year old daughter had the time of her life walking around the whole place

Mercedes’s Home was the perfect for a little getaway with friends , everything went smoothly and well , I would recommend anyone to stay in this beautiful home !

Place was definitely a gem in San Bernardino. Very nice very clean. Great hosts would definitely return again at first I thought it wasn’t going to be private, but that fence did the trick me and my wife absolutely enjoyed our stay. God bless you guys.

We stayed with friends and our little ones! Great space to be together and know your kids are having a great time. Plenty of things to do in the area and Alan communicated so well, we knew we were in good care!

Had an amazing stay! Lots of things to do at the home. My only con would be the pillows in one of the bedrooms, they were very flat and some decorative pillows smelled like urine. So I’d recommend bringing your own pillow, but asides from that the home was very cozy and well kept. My favorite was that it came with a switch console and board games! I’d recommend coming here! The host was very responsive and helpful, leaving detailed instructions for an easy stay.

The place was beautiful and amazing..and Mike was an excellent host..it was a perfect weekend..this place is a saver..we will be back.

The kitchen was really well-stocked, the bathrooms were clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The variety of children's toys and games was a huge bonus—our kids loved them so much that they hardly asked for screen time during our stay! The only issue was that the maintenance team forgot to leave paper towels, bathroom tissue, and dish sponges, but Mary Grace was incredibly responsive and quickly provided everything we needed. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

Very comfortable bed and couches nice 65 in tv also tvs in each bedroom all have prime and all the movies you want to watch. Nice bbq with patios and great pool and spa. I will definitely be staying here again when in big bear.

This place is very well kept, quiet and right on the lake. It's easy to find and access the parking. It's walking distance to restaurants and business areas. It was a relaxing winter escape for our party.

Great stay! The place is very modern, clean, and comfortable. The location to skiing is unbeatable. It actually is nicer in person than the photos represent. The hosts were very nice and responsive! Thank you!

Had to change from a different reservation last minute and Nancy was more than accommodating! Place was clean and comfortable. Kids had a blast playing uno and foozball…. They didn’t want to leave! Bathrooms even had fancy toilet paper bows and the toilets had the paper wrappers to show they were clean like a hotel. Would stay again!

es un lugar tranquilo y muy recomendable para estar con la familia, tiene vista del lago y está cerca de un parque, cuenta con espacio para estacionar el auto. las camas y almohadas fueron muy cómodas, cocina con los elementos suficientes para cocinar, pero también hay muy buenos restaurantes cerca por si lo deseas. la limpieza del lugar cuando llegamos era excelente
