Lecce: soggiorni in ville vacanze

Nieves is a truly lovely host who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Her recommendations were invaluable and it was a genuine pleasure to meet her and her family. The house is beautiful with plenty of space, comfy bedrooms and everything you could possibly need. The large open terraces and pool surrounding the house make it a great place for socialising as a large group whilst enjoying the peace of its spectacular surroundings. It is easy to access and nearby the historic city of Lecce with all it has to offer including stunning baroque architecture and some great bars and restaurants. We will be back! Salvatore e Teresa, due persone squisite e molto disponibili. Nonostante il nostro arrivo in tarda serata sono stati molto gentili ad attenderci. Casa stupenda e accogliente con i tutti i comfort necessari. Giardino curato nei minimi particolari. Posizione strategica a 20 min da Otranto e Lecce. Spero di tornarci presto!

Eravamo in 8, 5 adulti e 3 bambini di 5 anni piu due cagnolini. ci siamo trovati benissimo, la villa è ancora più grande di quello che si vede in foto e dentro abbiamo parcheggiato comodamente le nostre 3 macchine. i cani avevano un enorme spazio all'ombra e non. la casa ha tutte le comodità, persino il phon la lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Cosimo è super disponibile, gentile premuroso e proattivo per ogni cosa. Vicino a pochi passi c'è la spiaggia di rocce e sabbia con un bellissimo locale da cui puoi ammirare il tramonto e il centro si raggiunge a piedi in 20 minuti..ma il più delle volte prendevamo la macchina per andare e trovavamo parcheggio tranquillamente. la spiaggia piu vicina e la piu bella dista neanche 10 min di macchina con parcheggio costo 3 euro al gg tanta spiaggia libera e un bel lido dove puoi pranzare. la straconsiglio per la sua grandezza e la posizione ottima vicino al centro animato con giostre,locali e al mare.

Wir waren 3 Erwachsene mit Hund und hatten wunderschöne Ferien in der Unterkunft von Riccardo. Unser Hund ist etwas jagdfreudig, weshalb wir leider nicht auswärts essen gehen konnten. Am Abend waren zu viele Katzen bei den Restaurants unterwegs. Wir bekamen aber von Riccardo die super Empfehlung einer Pizzeria und konnten Pizzas auch nach Hause mitnehmen. Auf dem Grundstück hatten wir glücklicherweise nie eine Katze angetroffen. Der grosse Pool war ein absoluter Traum und wir genossen viele Stunden darin. Er hatte eine super Grösse und war immer sauber. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Meer oder auch in grösseren Supermärkten (ca. 15min). Wir bekamen eine tolle Empfehlung von einem fantastischen Strand, wo auch Hunde willkommen waren. Die Kommunikation mit Riccardo war sehr gut. Wir bekamen immer eine schnelle Antwort und Riccardo war stets sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht. Vielen Dank für diese tollen Ferien.

If you’re looking for something peaceful and comfortable, just a ride away from beautiful sea and towns, Mariella’s guest house is the place to be. Mariella is an excellent host: she is responsive, helpful, discrete, and truly cares in making sure that your stay is going well.

An absolutely wonderful villa with a great view to the east and sunrise. Lots of space to sit and lounge and eat and spend time together with family and friends. A bit of a drive to the beach, but all very doable. Definitely in the return to list. Last but not least - Fausto is fab!

The house is perfectly located close to the beaches, supermarkets and is a great starting point for various trips in the area. It is beautifully decorated, very well equipped and well maintained. But the real highlight of our stay was the outstanding hospitality of Fabrizio who has gone above and beyond to accommodate us. He welcomed us with the local sweets and wine, he is very communicative, helpful, responsive and overall a very kind person. He also let us check out late at no extra cost so we didn’t have to rush and could enjoy the pool on our last day. Absolutely fantastic experience, you couldn’t ask for a better place to spend your holidays.

Une pépite !!! L'accueil au delà de toute attente, Ruggiero et Angelo sont des amours qui répondront toujours présents à la moindre demande ou question. Le calme est plus que magique, nichée au sein d'une réserve wwf (possibilité de découvrir une merveilleuse nature à pieds), la villa Acaya est parfaite pour découvrir les Pouilles. Ruggiero nous a réellement bichonné, des conseils plus que précieux. La beauté des paysages reste magique et nous nous sommes régalés. Une piscine plus que propre et des arbres fruitiers au sein du jardin. Que demander de plus... Au delà de tout cela, ce fut une réelle rencontre que je garderai dans mon coeur. Occasionally on Airbnb you arrive somewhere and it’s like hitting the jackpot. Each and every space is beautiful, well appointed and through a design lens- stunning. Laid back luxury at its best. We are a (grown up) family of 9 and appreciated the numerous spaces to step back for moments of solitude - both inside and out. All the bedrooms are gorgeous- so no one left feeling like they’ve pulled the short straw, and the kitchen is perfect for creating big dinners. A cool (thanks to the air con) sitting room-perfect for reading, and bathrooms all well designed and good looking. The pool is beautiful- big enough to get a proper swim in which in my experience is rare, but the huge table under the canopied terrace off the kitchen was the place to be! The village bar is a 2 minute walk away and more restaurants a 15 minute walk. Can’t recommend enough, and can’t wait to return. Thank you Rocco and the wonderful house keepers for making our stay perfectly fabulous.

We had an amazing stay at Francesca’s. We were in contact with Lukas who was extremely helpful, clear and friendly. At check in, Lukas met us and showed us around, he had many local recommendations for us. Throughout the stay he was super responsive and helpful. The first morning we woke up to fresh croissant and pasticciotti!! The house was beautiful, very spacious, full of light and extremely clean. There are many places to sit and many amenities like the pool, outside showers, hammocks and outside BBQ area. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you.

Puglia is a beautiful part of Italy. This tenuto is an experience in and of itself. From the first communication to being there, Patrizio answered all my concerns and questions. We are 12 friends traveling together so he had many questions! and yes we all enjoyed the tenuto very very much The home is pristine Every room has details to delight the senses, yet full of warmth and welcome. Kitchen well stocked and functional. Semira cooked two dinners for our group of 12. Oh my. The furniture was comfortable and beautiful and lots of common spaces. The grounds of the estate -- immaculate. I particularly enjoyed watching the veggies grow. Riccardo is the new house manager. So kind and responsive Patrizio had excellent recommendations for restaurants, winery lunch, etc etc etc. Such an excellent host in ALL respects. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We hope to come back and explore more of Puglia. From all of us, La Dolce far niente (although we did a ton)

Super easy to work with Stefano and his team. They were responsive with local knowledge and some small requests. Great place. Would highly recommend!!!!

Honestly one of the best places I have stayed. Nine of us spent over a week there and everyone loved it. Literally not a bad word to say about the place. The villa, pool etc were all as/better than described, especially the pool. We would definitely visit again. Pillows, air con, kitchen, outdoor seating, views etc were all great. The ‘neighbours’ were lovely, don’t speak much English but greeted us on arrival and made sure everything was all ok the whole time. Antonio is a true gentleman, thanks again! Couple tips - local town Martano has a lovely ‘caffe Stella’ with great cakes etc. Torre Sant’Andrea is rocky but amazing swimming under the arch etc. La Cala dell’Acquaviva is small but beautiful, swimming out between the cliff faces. I could go on but in summary, if you want a peaceful, well equipped, beautiful place to stay, away from the bigger more touristy towns but within driving distance of everything, book it up!

I booked this villa for my family for a mini trip and everything was perfect. Beautiful house, lovely location and Marco was an exceptional host. Extremely good value for money given the standard of the accommodation. Would absolutley have no hesitation in recommending Marcos place

Die Villa in Squinzano ist unglaublich. Sie hat eine außergewöhnlich exclusive aber gemütliche Ausstattung und ein tolles Design. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und möchte diesen wunderbaren Ort nicht verlassen. Der Garten mit dem extravaganten Pool ist echt traumhaft. Je nachdem wo Du hinschaust oder wo Du sitzt ist es nie langweilig fürs Auge und von jeder Stelle immer irgendwie besonders schön anzusehen. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war super sauber. Paolo beantworte alle Fragen in rasanter Geschwindigkeit und all seine Empfehlungen waren für uns sehr gut. Wir wollten die Umgebung kennenlernen und sind vom impulsanten Lecce sehr begeistert. Die Stadt liegt nur wenige Autominuten entfernt, was für uns gar kein Problem war. Leider war unser Aufenthalt zu kurz und würden sofort wieder in dieses Paradies reisen.

Ci dispiace che la scala di gradimento arrivi solo a 5 stelle. Abbiamo trovato la villa ben curata sia esternamente che internamente. Ciò ha reso il nostro soggiorno memorabile. L'host è molto attento e solerte a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta dell'ultimo momento per incontrare le esigenze dei suoi ospiti. Ci ha anche coinvolti nelle scelte perché la villa fosse adatta alle nostre necessità. Abbiamo, infatti, selezionato questo alloggio per partecipare al matrimonio di nostro figlio visto che non viviamo a Tricase e il fotografo ha giudicato molti angoli della villa gradevoli e stimolanti per le foto allo sposo.

The Villa was absolutely beautiful! It is located on the top of the hill with great use of the town and the sunshine was very beautiful. We were alone during the time of our stay so we can enjoy all the amenities ourselves in a very private way. The pool was absolutely amazing and perfect for a summer chill out. It is only a short drive also from the nearest town and the beach and the location was quiet yet safe. It is equipped with a very beautiful furniture and all cooking equipment was available.

Très bel environnement pour se reposer. L’intérieur est magnifique. Attention: c’est bien une chambre et un divan lit dans le salon mais bien deux salles de bain. Tout est parfait, moderne et de bon goût. L’extérieur est juste extraordinaire. Beaucoup d’espace, énorme piscine, 3 beaux lit de soleil XXL. Sur la propriété se trouve les parents de Carlo, qui sont charmants et extrêmement discret. On ne les voyaient jamais donc tout l’espace est vraiment bien privatisé. Il y a deux chiens qui se promènent librement, tout à fait adorables. La famille de Carlo tient une excellente pâtisserie et Gelateria au centre. Carlo nous a aidé pour réserver un restaurant à Gallipoli et donner de bons conseils pour le parking. Très bel endroit, permettant de découvrir la région. Merci Carlo.

Our two families with 5 kids (6-10y) had an absolutely wonderful stay at Andrea’s beautiful house! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The house itself is even more stunning than the photos, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering both peace and quiet while being close to local attractions. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this place is ideal. Andrea went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always quick to respond and full of helpful local tips. Their warmth and hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. They even thought of our late arrival time and fixed some food for us to feed the hungry kids!!! Absolutely outstanding for a AirB&B host in my opinion! I can’t recommend this place enough and would love to return!

Posto fantastico come previsto dalle foto e dalla descrizione presente sul sito. Abbiamo passato quattro giorni a contatto con la natura utilizzando frutta, verdura e uova presenti all’interno della tenuta. Lisa e il suo compagno sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno assistito in ogni richiesta. Ci torneremo di sicuro ✨

Très belle maison de campagne, calme avec un magnifique jardin et une piscine. Piscine que nous n'avons évidemment pas utilisée car c'est l'hiver et que nous ne sommes pas venus pour ce motif. Le logement est bien équipé (ustensiles de cuisine, linge de lit, serviettes, clim réversible en chauffage) et nous avons eu des petites boissons de bienvenue dans le réfrigérateur. Les hôtes habitent la maison d'à côté et sont très accueillants, gentils et discrets. nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Merci beaucoup pour cet accueil.

We stayed at this lovely place for two weeks and couldn't have had a better time. The place is beautiful, very clean and has everything you need. The host was also very kind and always quick to respond and help when needed. Besides having a great little pool, it's also close to the sea with many amazing swimming spots nearby.

Great weeks stay. Manuela was always very responsive host and any minor issues resolved quickly. The villa is a little way out of Town so You need a car. The upside is that’s it’s very peaceful and private. Casarano has some nice restaurants - our favourite was san Lorenzo Pizzeria for eat in or take out. Also ate in the other towns around Would happily return
