What a cute little house. Everything felt right at home. The kitchen and bathroom were both stocked with lots of essentials. Can’t wait to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Kim's property—it truly felt like a little piece of her family's history! The storefront was absolutely adorable, with all the essentials we needed and more. The bedrooms and living room were cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped. While the front store area could get a bit chilly, there was a space heater provided to keep things warm. The listing mentioned potential noise from the post office next door, which we did hear occasionally, but it's also important to note that the highway behind the property can be quite loud, especially at night. However, it didn’t detract from the overall experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here! We will be back next time we are in the area!

THERES CATS HERE!!! Lol, That’s what sealed the deal for me when booking, that and the beautiful front porch. But the house, porch, and cats are even better than imagined! :-) There we’re so many happy surprises here. The interior and exterior of the house looked like something out of a magazine. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming and gave us many recommendations before our stay and during, as well as history about the area, and even some spooky stories👻. We even loved the neighbors we met, and the neighborhood too. The amenities were beyond expectation, they really make you feel at home. Our room was enchanting. The whole experience was. And yes, the cats were so sweet and cute. We cannot recommend this place enough! We will be coming back again and again. Location super close to a lot of hiking trails we enjoy (and you would too!) Thank y’all again💖

This was our second visit, and everything was just as outstanding as our first. Such a peaceful setting, with superb accommodations and a friendly host whose homemade biscuits are a stellar start to the day!

Historical spot just perfect for a visit back to Hazard to see family. Plenty of space with very comfortable beds. We really enjoyed reading about the Ritchie family. Definitely would stay here again.

Josh's place was perfect for the weekend while we ran in the polar plunge 5k. We could see the starting line which was so nice not to have to be in a rush the morning of the race. Check in was easy. Josh responded quickly when I did have 1 question about check in which was just me double checking I was in the right place, nothing that was his fault! The apartment was clean and the bed was so comfy. We ate at both the brewery downstairs and curklins next door and both were very good! We hope to come back next year!

Tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, this hidden gem offers a truly delightful experience. From the moment we stepped inside, we were struck by the cozy decor and cleanliness. The bungalow has clearly been lovingly cared for and thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Beyond the beautiful space, we were also treated to some exceptionally thoughtful touches. The homemade cookies were a delicious welcome, and the inclusion of a hand painted bookmark was a charming addition. These small gestures truly elevated our stay. Overall, we cannot recommend Ginger and Kenneth's bungalow highly enough. If you're visiting Whitesburg, this is without a doubt the place to stay. It's a haven of peace and comfort, offering a much more personalized and enjoyable experience than a standard hotel
