Historic Harbour Masters House right on the beach

Nothing could do this place justice than to actually experience it. Overlooking the harbour, a mere pedestrian path between you and the sea, the picturesque jetty, and the moored boats. Old world charm with modern convenience and literally 2 mins across the expansive foreshore lawned area from all the supply and food options you would need, even for an extended stay. (The fish 'n chips from the Green room get a thumbs up from Tracy and I, as does the Lobster Pot for their freshly cooked cray. The museum is worth a look too..) The facilities are right up there, from the multiroom bluetooth sound system, the studio games room, to the quality beds and furnishings. There are 2 smaller apartments on the Southern side of the larger home, but you wouldn't know they were there. It was a perfect spot to stop as part of our 40th Anniversary road trip. Can't wait to get back there, perhaps for a special family event coming up as it sleeps 10!

As Mary Poppins said of herself, ‘Perfect in every way.’ This accommodation is 5⭐️. Such a treat. We have travelled the world and Birches on Patricia has everything covered- practical and bespoke layout, comfortable bed, complete kitchen and excellent fuss free bathroom. We had an amazing weekend stay at this beautiful home! The four bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for our group. The decor was absolutely stunning, with every room thoughtfully designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. the house was spotless, and you could tell a lot of care went into maintaining it. One of the highlights was the lovely area to sit and chat, the undercover area was the perfect place to relax and enjoy each other's company. The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, adding to the overall experience. Thankyou so much Faith, would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and stylish getaway.

'Tawarri' Top of the Town! Blue Lake at Backdoor

We were greeted by Christina making sure everything was tip top and we were not disappointed. She was than happy to bend over backwards to give us some tips around town and surroundings and supplied an extra bed due to some changes in plans amongst the group. The house is a great find on top of the hill with an awesome view of the town and bonus Blue Lake literally at your back door step. Lots of space with some funky retro decor in areas. Great leisurely walk into town also. No complaints here would happily stay again in a heartbeat.

Abode - Luxury Accommodation Central Mount Gambier

We were a group of 5 girlfriends on a trip to a music festival at the Old Mount Gambier Gaol that conveniently ( and unbeknownst to us at the time ) was walking distance from this amazing place . "Luxury" is definitely worthy of being in the title of this accommodation. Beautifully appointed, with generous supplies of incidentals including gorgeous body and shower products. There is plenty of space inside and out, we felt very spoilt having a room to ourselves. Abode would have to be one of the best accommodations I have booked on abnb. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Chris's place for 2 nights, 3 adults with 2 toddlers and we had a great stay. The house is beautiful, super clean, comfy and child friendly. We highly recommend Chris's place when you are planning on visiting Mt Gambier.

This apartment is in the five-star class; exceeded my (high) expectations. Quite exceptionally well furnished, including high quality bed linen etc. You really feel you are staying in a very up-market hotel.... and THAT VIEW!!! Utterly beguiling. Only regret that we were only there for one night. Unreservedly recommended.

Karly’s place was in a fantastic location just behind the Main Street . There were spacious luxurious bathrooms, fantastic kitchen, perfect place for a family catch up!. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Karly was very easy to communicate with.

Your Place is centrally located in the Robe township and a short, leisurely walk to all the shops & cafes in the Main Street. The house was beautifully presented and the host fantastic to deal with. It was perfect for our family holiday, we will book again for sure!

our family had a wonderful time. The house was as described and clean and tidy. Kim was excellent to talk to giving us all the information we needed to have a peaceful family time away. Highly recommend Kim and Charlie's properties for a family vacation. We have stayed at a couple of their houses now and we will return for sure.
