Barbara is an excellent host. Very personable, kind, considerate and provided a very lenient check out time which was helpful because I ended up getting sick. The resident cat, Maumau, made our stay even better. Maumau is the cutest, cuddliest, sweetest cat queen. It was very thoughtful for Barbara to provide tea, coffee eggs, snacks, and other drinks. We are very grateful for you and your husband, as well as Maumau. Look forward to coming back when I’m feeling better. Thank you ☺️

The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating in a short notice! I had no problems with checking in and the place exceeded my expectations! The entire place was VERY VERY CLEAN and the attention to details was obvious! 💗 enjoy my stay very much, look no further & book here!

This is a great place for the single traveler. Just minutes from Venice Beach boardwalk and the Ocean. Only 1 avenue over on 4th. catch Big Blue Bus 18 to Santa Monica Metro, which connects you to all of LA, Hollywood, and even Universe Studios. The shower is absolutely AMAZING! Susan has provided lots of extra items to help you out with your stay. Several other buses connect you to Marina Del Rae, Lincoln Blvd., and Long Beach. Great place at a great value. The tv buffers a lot, not sure why? The Apple TV remote stated disconnect ,maybe written instructions could assist.

Great location, walkable to many restaurants and parks. Peaceful at night. Host is responsive and well communicated. Thank you.

everything was perfect

The place was very nice, as advertised. The one hiccup was a brief interruption of the on-demand hot water that Dawn got fixed as soon as I emailed her about it The location is un-matched, in a very quiet neighborhood near shops and restaurants in my favorite part of LA. Highly recommended!

Thanks to perfect instructions, we had a wonderful stay!! If you’re local-ish, bring your own pillows 🫣 but it was a great set up, parking included, and trader joes/target right downstairs for anything else you need!

Really clean apartment, spacious and equipped well. Conveniently located, just 15mins from airport, Venice Beach is close by. Overall a pleasant stay!

The place was great for me traveling alone. Nice there in parking in the garage in the building. You can walk to many things. You do have to enter a code to get into the building, use the elevator and get into the place, so make sure you keep them handy. All in all great stay.

I accompanied a lifelong friend to Los Angeles to visit his son unknowingly Airbnb is in the same complex that his son lived in, so it was ideal for us as we are elderly. Signage in the complex could be more detailed, but what I said was we’re elderly so go figure .

Nice place. The building is very confusing. My girlfriend didn’t feel very safe in the garage, since there’s drug consumption and lots of dark corners. But to be clear: This is not the Mona’s fault!

The apartment is spacious and cozy, providing ample space to sleep and relax — a great pied a terre for visitors looking to get around the city's various corners. The building is clean and the heated pool and hot tub are welcome additions. The bus stops outside the building, but a parking spot is available upon request, making it a convenient jumping-off point. Maxime herself was proactive in making sure we were comfortable, reaching out during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly and that we were satisfied with our accommodation. I'll definitely be checking in again next time I visit the city.
