Manila: soggiorni in appartamenti vacanze

The place was good enough for our stay when we needed to visit a relative nearby. Location is great - very accessible, walkable to local food stores, and easy to find using Grab (we used Patricio's Apartelle as was seen in the listing pictures). The room we stayed at was clean and big enough space for 2-3 people. Front desk provided extra foam bedding for our 3rd companion. Sudden extra person staying can be paid on front desk. AC is working. Bathroom is clean - flush and shower worked well, sink faucet moves when opened but it functions. Staff are accommodating. There's a cafe on the 4th floor/rooftop. There is no kitchen - it's bed, a living area, a vanity space, and bathroom. The unit we stayed at was in the 3rd floor and only stairs can get you there. Walls and ceiling are a bit thin. I can hear the moving chairs of the cafe above from our ceiling. If that bothers you or you're a light sleeper, it may not be for you. But overall, we had a good stay. Thanks for accommodating us!

The unit has a nice home-like feeling. There's no excessive clutter, no kitschy signs all over the walls or striving for 'gram photos. It's a simple environment with a small sink and a lower quiet room where a small child could sleep. The loft area had a standard bed for two adults and a floor mattress for one. The aircon had no problems keeping the unit cool. The bathroom was a bit tight but you have what you need and the shower water is heated. Hosts were responsive and straight-forward. We had no trouble using Grab to get to & from (use Mario Mio or its parking lot). And to remind readers, you will not have Internet in the unit unless you bring your own.

The room was clean and comfortable makakapag pahinga ka talaga ng maayos, very responsive ni ate lawrence sa mga needs mo, maganda naman yung place. I would defininately stay here again in the future.

I recently stayed at an amazing Airbnb in the Philippines, and it exceeded all my expectations! The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with modern amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully stocked kitchen. The highlight was the balcony with breathtaking views, perfect for enjoying a sunrise coffee or a peaceful evening breeze. The location was ideal—close to tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet in a quiet and private neighborhood. The host was incredibly accommodating. This Airbnb perfectly combined comfort, convenience, and Filipino hospitality, and I can’t wait to return!

sobrang ok yung place lalo na kung may mga plans kayo around Manila. Madali lang mahanap yung place, tahimik, secured, malinis and responsive yung host. The only concern is the parking medyo pricy, but over all highly recommended for family kasi malapit sa mga pwedeng puntahan.

This place was above expectations. Everything exactly as described and shown in pictures. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. They also had random snacks/drinks stocked. Definitely a perk especially for quick stays waiting on flight. Would definitely stay again, thank you!!!

Highly recommended. The place is ideal for relaxing, with nearby convenience stores, restaurants, malls, and church. It is also student/reviewee friendly due to its peaceful atmosphere (we could barely hear the severe rain and thunder outside during Typhoon Kristine). Aside from that, the host is quite friendly and accommodating. Thank you, Ms. Bel! We will definitely book again next time.

A great unit. The building is a bit older, but it's well maintained. The unit is in a very good shape. The building staff are polite and professional. The hosts are easy to communicate with and responsive. I enjoyed my stay, and I recommend staying here. The only thing that could be improved is the television - it never worked from the day I arrived, but I hardly ever watch TV, so it didn't really bother me.
